Chapter Seventy-Six: The Missing Diary and the Dueling Club

Three hurried figures weave through Hogwarts Castle.

It's a quirky combination, one Slytherin, two Gryffindors, and one of them is a Gryffindor prefect.

They walked all the way to the girls' bathroom on the second floor, pushed open the door to the bathroom, and they walked inside.

"Where!"

Percy was really angry this time, his sister almost became the heir to Slytherin.

He grabbed Ginny by the shoulder, and she couldn't help but let out a low cry because she was pushing her harder.

"Sorry, Ginny, hurry up and tell us, where is that thing?" Realizing that he had reacted too violently, Percy quickly apologized.

Ginny slowly reached out and pointed to a washstand.

John and Percy looked at each other, and they walked over to see the emptiness.

"Something missing?" John's brow furrowed.

Percy was anxious and irritated, and he quickly turned to Ginny and said loudly, "Are you sure you're not mistaken?" ā€

"I—I remember being here."

Ginny was so frightened that tears flowed again, and Percy angrily punched the mirror.

"Percy, stop!"

John stopped him from doing so, and he cried out with a solemn countenance, "Myrtle, are you there?" ā€

"Of course I am."

Myrtle flies out of a broken toilet bowl.

John breathed a sigh of relief and asked, "Is there anyone else coming over besides us?" ā€

"Someone else? Three students at Gryffindor. ā€

The translucent body flew by, and Myrtle let out a giggle.

"It was Ron, they took the diary?"

Percy, who had caught three little ones in the girls' bathroom, immediately thought of them, and said with a straight face, "I'll go find them." ā€

"Wait Percy, don't make a noise."

John stopped him, shook his head, and said, "Now that the whereabouts of the diary are unknown, let's not startle the snake, I need you to use your position to search the Gryffindor common room." ā€

They were close to the truth, and John pressed the agitated Percy and said word by word, "Don't tell anyone until you find that person, it's not just because of Ginny." ā€

"Okay, I'll help."

Percy is also a man who can get twelve certificates, he is not lacking in wisdom, but he is too rigid.

Ginny's affair is known to outsiders, and I am afraid that it will not only affect herself, but also the Weasley family.

In severe cases, they may even be sent to Azkaban.

Although Percy is strict and rigid, he will not send his sister to Azkaban.

They tacitly concealed the incident, and Ginny was appeased and taken back.

During this time, John, in order to make sure that Ginny was not lying and to protect Ginny from being controlled a second time, he gave Ginny a beating willow amulet.

"Take it with you and don't take it off at any time."

John admonished solemnly, and Ginny nodded hurriedly with a pale expression.

Send Ginny away.

...

The next day, Percy found John.

He personally sent Ginny back to Gryffindor Tower yesterday, and the Weasley twins found out about this and came over to start gossiping.

It wasn't until Percy got angry and drove the two younger brothers away, and told them to keep an eye on Ginny and not let her leave alone.

This made the Weasley twins suspicious, but they were also frightened by Percy's tone.

"George and Fred must have thought I was crazy."

Percy sighed, he also felt that he had gone too far with his brothers yesterday.

John looked at Percy sympathetically, the Weasley twins weren't fuel-efficient guys, and with these two younger brothers, it was no wonder that Percy had a headache.

"Find the diary in a while, and we'll be done with this, Gryffindor will be handed over to you, and Penelope Crivat's side will trouble you to say, it's your girlfriend after all."

At this point, there was a hint of ridicule in John's tone.

"Y-How do you know?"

Percy stammered, as if someone had discovered the secret.

"You and Penelope Crivat were on a date, I just happened to know." John smirked.

This made Percy call Merlin's beard, this monster, what else could he hide from him.

Unbeknownst to Percy, John had a map of the living spots, and when he was in the heir's position, he saw Percy hanging out with Ravenclaw Prefect Penelo Crivat.

If he didn't know, John would have simply tore up the map of the living spots.

With a wave of his hand, John gave Percy a mysterious look and left.

December is coming.

Before Christmas, Professor McGonagall collected the list of students who stayed at the school as usual.

Originally, John was going to go back this Christmas, but now that the secret room has not been completed, he will not go back.

Have Basil send a letter to Mrs. Wick, along with two wizard cards.

Ever since Daddy Watson Wick learned about the Wizard Cards when he ate the Chocolate Frog, he fell in love with these cards with moving portraits.

John was also forced to collect some, and he wondered if he should exchange some with Ron, but unfortunately Daddy was obsessed with collecting them himself.

Neville has become a little sharper with his chubby face because of the devil's training.

Malfoy approached John and wanted him to teach him.

After all, after a semester, everyone can see that John is the real teacher of Defence Against the Dark Arts.

To that end, John gave Malforo a list of training plans, one of which, like Neville, went to the Screaming Shack to practice his guts.

One thing to say, Malfoy's guts weren't much greater than Neville's.

When I was in Potions class, I didn't know which immoral guy threw fireworks into the cauldron and pulled out fireworks, and the explosion turned the whole class into an accident.

When the swollen potion was about to fly in front of him, John subconsciously raised his hand, and the potion was bounced off by the invisible barrier and flew out.

Glancing at Crabbe, who was still gloating and turning his head, he pretended that nothing had happened.

Professor Snape was heartbroken, and John noticed that Harry was the only one left who hadn't been affected by the few people who weren't affected.

And Hermione didn't know where to go, he squinted his eyes and smelled the conspiracy.

"John Wick, you're in charge of refining the swelling agent."

John was innocently lying on the gun, and the swelling agent was not enough, so John was temporarily pulled in as a man.

Of course, plus points.

John did not give up on finding the heir, and although he did not startle the snake, the prefects of the four houses were involved.

He didn't call too many people, and when he heard that it was about the heir, the prefects also actively cooperated.

As a result, many dormitories were turned over, making the students of various houses suspect that Hogwarts was a burglar.

Percy focused on his brother, who was afraid that the Weasley twins would keep a diary for fun.

It's a pity that there is nothing else but a bunch of prank props.

Ron didn't let it go, searched it several times, and tossed the bed-lying rat aside.

A week passed.

John had thought it would be safe before Christmas, but he was wrong.

There was an extra piece of parchment on the bulletin board, and Lockhart was doing things again.

"So...... You don't have points? ā€

John looked at Lockhart, pleading with him, tell you not to do anything, you make a dueling club.

It's okay to get a dueling club, and you're embarrassed to beg me for your support.

With John's face darkened, Lockhart shrunk his neck and sneered, "John, I know you have a way, like this." ā€

He took out his amulet and ring, and in one class he had experienced the benefits of this thing, so he had a crooked thought.

How could the great Lockhart not be in the limelight.

John glanced at him and said lightly, "Everything has a price, Gildero." ā€

Not called Professor Lockhart, but Gildero.

Lockhart also understood what John meant, with a struggle on his face, and finally bowed slightly, gritted his teeth and said, "I hope Gilderoy Lockhart can be your friend." ā€

"Well, I'm not going to refuse a friend's request."

John lifted his chin slightly, Lockhart belonged to his connections.

He never skimped on cultivating his connections, taking out two spell rings and two amulets from his small bag.

Inside the amulet is an Iron Armor Charm, and the Spell Tribulation is different, except for one is a Disarming Charm and a Petrification Charm, the other difference is that they are no longer a one-time spell, but can be used three times in a row.

This was the result of John's alchemy upgrade, and that alone was enough to make Johnny the Silver Hand irreplaceable in Aurora.

Lockhart is like a treasure.

At eight o'clock in the evening, the auditorium was designed by Lockhart himself, and the crescent moon stage was designed.

John didn't expect that Lockhart would dare to find an assistant, and this assistant was Professor Snape.

He sighed: "It's a long life." ā€
