Chapter 833: A Deal with Harry

John was looking for Harry when he saw Harry in the City of Wizards.

But the other party seems to be talking about himself, and John doesn't pay much attention to it....

If everyone who discusses the witch king had to listen to it, John wouldn't have time.

Pulling the other into his own psychic magic, John saw Harry in his pajamas.

"Your pajamas are pretty chic." John glanced at the owl on the stripe, "Kind of like Basil."

"Ahem."

The person who was still discussing before appeared in front of him, and Harry was a little embarrassed.

He looked around and wondered, "How did I get here?"

He remembered that he should be lying on the bed in the Burrow, and in the blink of an eye, he came to the magic tower.

And he didn't even notice if he was taken away by the phantom shifter.

"A kind of magic, remember the Blurry Vision?"

John snapped his fingers, and Harry had an extra packet of multi-flavored beans in his hand.

He took it apart and tasted it, and the multi-flavored beans in it had no taste.

This is the same effect as the snack John gave him after entering the Blurry Illusion at the Ministry of Magic.

"This is a mental world I've constructed."

John invited Harry to walk with them, and a path stretched out in front of them.

Walking up, you can overlook the entire Wizarding City.

Harry could even see people walking down the street at his feet.

"What are you looking for me for?" Harry followed with questions.

There are no Voldemort's Horcruxes here, everything is controlled by John.

"I want to get something with you." John said as he walked, "I'm willing to fulfill a wish for you."

"What are the conditions, you also said, equivalent exchange."

Having seen with his own eyes how John went to trap a Grim Reaper, Harry learned to be smart.

At the same time, he pondered what he had in him that was worth exchanging for the Witch King.

John chuckled, "Looks like you remember."

"That's right, equivalent exchange," John stopped in the sky above the Wizarding City, and the clouds around him also stopped.

"I want the Cloak of Invisibility," John said, staring into Harry's eyes, word for word, "yours."

"My Cloak of Invisibility?"

Harry was surprised, he thought John needed something, but it was an invisibility cloak.

With the Witch King's ability, even a phantom spell can make people hide and not see flaws.

Harry couldn't figure out why it was this.

"I'm not hiding it from you, your invisibility cloak has a high background."

John said calmly, "You must have heard the story of the three brothers."

"The three Peverell brothers, the Elder Wand, the Resurrection Stone, and the Cloak of Invisibility."

"And the one in your hand is the invisibility cloak that Peverell's third child has taken off from the Grim Reaper."

John smiled, "I'm telling you the value to make it easier for you to bid."

"I don't mind telling you that there's only one one thing I need to make up the Deathly Hallows."

His honesty left Harry in deep thought.

The invisibility cloak at home has such a big history.

Harry didn't know what John was going to do, but he knew it was a monstrous fortune.

Even if Harry made a wish for a mountain of gold, John could turn stones into gold through a magician and prepare it for Harry.

Wealth, power.

All it takes is a word, and Harry can get it.

But instead of answering immediately, he looked at John.

There was peace in those eyes, and there was no desire.

"Can you really do anything?"

"As long as you want." John nodded and said, "It's all right."

Harry was silent for a moment, then shook his head and said, "I give up the deal."

"Oh?" John looked at Harry and said, "

Did I not give you enough chips?"

"No," Harry said after a moment's thought, "your chips are exciting."

"Why?" John's scrutinizing gaze fell on Harry.

The lightning scar on Harry's forehead was gone.

Once a symbol of the Savior, there are shards of evil Horcruxes lodged there.

After John traded it, the scar that had followed Harry for more than a decade began to fade.

By the time Voldemort died, the scars were completely gone.

Losing his scars, Harry loses his identity as a savior.

Despite this, Harry had no complaints.

On the contrary, he saw that John's devastating victory was inherently destined and would change in the vicissitudes of time and the birth of variables.

Through hard work, he made himself an Auror, a star who was overshadowed.

John had read the Auror report brought by Barty Jr., who was already the British Minister for Magic.

Harry was indeed a natural Auror, and he quickly gained credit in his year as an Auror.

It is already possible to compete for the position of director of the Auror Office that will be vacant next year.

Such a genius Auror who has lost the aura of a savior, John is curious to know what he wants.

Harry looked at John and said seriously, "I don't want anything, I'd rather give you the Cloak of Invisibility."

"If it really works, it will make me feel better."

John looked at Harry amusedly, and he shook his head and laughed, "You're giving me a handout?"

"Not really." Harry was in a hurry.

John raised his hand to stop Harry.

Naturally, he knew it wasn't.

"Harry, have you ever heard a saying," John said to Harry, "the free ones are the most expensive."

"I don't want to owe anyone, so let's exchange it for the same price."

John snapped his fingers, and the road that stretched out quickly contracted.

It was as if they were standing on a high-speed train, making Harry almost unsteady.

The contraction stopped, and they returned to the Magic Tower.

John looked at the throne of the Eternal Witch King, paused and said, "Harry, give your terms, my patience is limited."

Harry also understood that John would not accept a gift from him for no reason.

He had no choice but to say, "Alright then, if you can go and meet Hermione, I'll give you the Cloak of Invisibility."

In Harry's mind, the guilt he had always felt about Hermione.

If it weren't for her, Hermione wouldn't have been in contact with John again.

So he hopes to be able to make up for that.

John paused slightly, then nodded and said, "I can promise you."

At their feet, a magical array of lines and circles enveloped them.

John stretched out his hand and said, "Our covenant is fulfilled."

Harry gripped the hand and nodded vigorously.

After the fingers of the two touched, the magic circle quickly contracted, leaving a mark on the back of the two hands.

Harry felt like something was moving around him.

Wrong!

It's yourself backing up.

John let go of his hand and said, "Well, please go back first."

Harry's body snapped backwards, and in a matter of seconds, he fell from the Tower of Magic into the Burrow.

"Ah——!h

He screamed, causing Ron to fall off the bed.

"What's wrong with you, Harry?"

Ron rubbed his head, he was still confident to confess, but now because of this fright, he has no confidence.

"You also think Hermione won't accept me?" Ron said stumblingly.

But after looking Harry left and right, and after making sure he was back at the Burrow, he said something that was confusing, "Ron, do you see?"

"See what?" Ron asked, confused.

Harry looked at the alarm clock, he remembered that he had left a little time before twelve

Dot.

Now it looks like the pointer is in the eleven o'clock range.

Only a minute had passed since he left.

How is this possible?

Obviously, I felt that at least half an hour had passed.

Ron couldn't figure out what Harry was up to, and grumbled as he crawled back into his bed.

Harry looked at the back of his right hand, and there was nothing on it.

But when he moved his hand to the moonlight, he saw a mark of lines and circles appear on the back of his hand.

Everything is true.

Own deal with John.

Harry didn't know whether to tell Ron or not, and he looked over.

Ron was already asleep on the soft pillow with his eyes closed.

"Maybe it's the right choice."

Harry clenched his fists.

He looked at the Magic Tower, the cold moonlight casting a veil over his eyes.

Hopefully Hermione and John will reconcile.

It's just a little sorry for Ron, which makes Harry decide to take Ron with him on his next mission to enrich Ron's Auror training experience.

Lying down again, Harry pulled on the covers and closed his eyes.

After a while, I fell asleep.

...
