The boxing method focuses on one beat, two takes, three falls, and the frame style requires to be mighty and beautiful, vigorous and agile, flashing and moving, slow and urgent, and witty and flexible. Heart, refers to the human thinking organs, refers to the thinking activities of people, the form is reflected in the spiritual temperament of people, the inner intention is moved, the spirit is uplifted, the eyes are bright, the whole spirit can cover the other party, such as the cat catches the mouse, the eagle grabs the rabbit, and the heart and the mind are together.
