Stand facing the wall, take a few deep breaths first, and then think about the dantian qi to go up to the middle of the body, and then run along the three yin meridians of the hand and the three yang meridians of the hand to the fingertips, bend the ten fingers into a tiger claw shape, click on the wall with the ten fingers, from light to heavy, hit 72 times and then take a deep breath (when inhaling, the imaginary qi is withdrawn from the ten fingertips, and when exhaling, the imaginary qi runs from the dantian to the ten fingertips). When practicing, you must concentrate on it, use strong thoughts, exhale first, and then inhale. When inhaling, use your fingers to grasp and suck mung beans out of thin air (do not use brute force to grab and suck out of thin air), and the palm must be empty. When exhaling, relax the muscles and joints of the hands, and the internal qi of the mind penetrates from the palms and fingertips and penetrates into the mung beans.

Those who are new to this exercise cannot grab and suck mung beans out of thin air. If you can persevere, you will be able to use your internal qi to your fingers and suck the mung beans out of thin air from the wooden basin.
