Later generations respected Li Luoneng as the ancestor of Xingyi Boxing.
Xingyi boxing has three layers of truth and three steps of kung fu. There are three ways to practice.

3. Washing the marrow: practice it to clear the void from the inside, to relax its body, the image of the void in the inside, the use of spirit, the circle without stagnation, the body moves, and it is as light as a feather.
Three ways to practice
1. Mingjin: It is not easy to practice with rules, the body should operate harmoniously and obediently, and the ups and downs of hands and feet should be neat and not scattered. Fist Jingyun: The square is in it, that is, this meaning.
2. Dark energy: The spirit of practice should be stretched and not restrained. The use of Yuantong is lively and not sluggish. Fist Jingyun: The circle should be outside, that is, this meaning.
3. Strength: The limbs of the whole body are running around the practice, and the ups and downs can not be focused, and the use of the divine will is concentrated, although it is the use of the divine will, but the formal rules are still the same as the first two can not be changed. Although the whole body does not work, it cannot be completely unfocused, and it is always in the ears of God's will.
Three ways to practice
The strength of the punch is also the strength of the fist. Those who change bones are also practicing the way of refining qi and changing bones. Because the innate qi in the human body is not compatible with the acquired qi, and the physique is not strong, it is invented. Great mortals are born in a place where there is no bad nature, no body is healthy, and no roots are solid, which is purely innate. In the future, as soon as the knowledge is opened, the spiritual aperture is closed, the heavens are not compatible, and the yin and yang are not intertwined, all of which are acquired blood and qi, so the blood and qi prevail, and the righteous qi is weakened, so that the body's muscles and bones cannot be strong. Therefore, the former master of Bodhidharma, passed down the two scriptures of easy tendon and marrow washing, and used it to strengthen the body of a person, and returned the first appearance of the person. King Wumu of Houyue expanded the meaning of the two classics, as the three classics, easy bones, easy tendons, and marrow washing. The three scriptures were made into boxing techniques and used to invent the principles of this scriptures. Quan Jingyun: "Stillness is the body, and movement is the effect." "It is different from the ancient five birds and the eight stages of practice, which have a body but are useless. Because boxing has infinite uses, there are first easy bones, easy tendons, marrow washing, yin and yang mixed, rigid and soft, silent and odorless, and the whole of the void and spirituality. Therefore, there is the whole of its void and spiritual power, and it has the wonderful use of deification and unpredictability. Therefore, the fist is one inside and outside, one source of movement and static, and one body is used, so static is the body, and movement is also the effect. Because man is a small world, all of them are in harmony with the principles of heaven and earth

However, the changes of yin and yang in heaven and earth are all easier, and the human body, which is in harmony with the principles of heaven and earth, is not it easy for the body to be weak and rigid? That is, the easier way, the weak are easy to be strong, the soft are easy to be strong, and the contradictory is easy to sum. Therefore, the three scriptures are all changes in people's temperament, in order to restore the beginning.
Those who change bones are the bright strength in the fist, and the way to practice refining and transforming qi is also. The scattered qi in the human body, contained in the dantian, impartial, and not flowing, with the scale of the nine to exercise, practice to the six yang pure, strong to, both the fist up and down connected, hand and foot care, inside and outside the same, so far the fist in the strength of the strength of the end, the strength of the bones, the practice of refining the qi is also completed.
The dark strength is also the soft strength in the fist (soft strength is different from soft, soft is weak, soft is not powerless). That is, the way of practicing gasification and changing the spirit is also easy. Practice the bright energy first and then practice the dark energy, that is, the meaning of Dan Dao Xiao Zhou Tian to stop the fire and then use the Great Zhou Tian Kung Fu. Ming Jin stopped, that is, Xiao Zhou Tianzhi's bath. The dark strength of the hands and feet did not stop, that is, the bathing of the four days of the Great Zhou. The strength used in the fist is to combine the form, the qi, and the spirit (the god is the will). Pull both hands back firmly (there is a contraction force inside). It means pulling a tightrope, using both hands back and forth, pushing forward with the left hand and pulling back with the right hand, or pushing forward with the right hand and pulling back with the left hand. It means tearing cotton. It is also like pulling a hard bow with both hands, and it means to pull it away slowly. The two hands or the right hand are turned outward, the left hand is wrapped inward, or the left hand is turned outward, and the right hand is wrapped inward, just like the two hands of practicing the shape of the dragon, or the wrapping of practicing chain boxing. Fist Jingyun: "Wrapped, like a wrap is not revealed." "Pushing forward with both hands is like pushing a heavy object with a wheel, and pushing forward does not move; It also seems to be pushing without moving. When the forefoot lands, the heel first touches the ground, not silent, and then satisfactorily lands on the ground, the strength used is like the hand to press the object downward, and the hind foot pushes hard, as if striding across the ditch. Boxing Jingyun: "The intention of the foot to step on is not in vain", it is the front foot. "The news is all based on the back foot", it is the back foot. Horses have the skill of galloping hooves, which are all words and two-legged meanings. The footwork of the two sections is the same, but the bright energy has a sound, and the dark energy is silent.
Those who turn into strength, that is, practice the spirit and return to the void, which is also called the kung fu of washing the marrow. It is to train the dark energy to the softest and smoothest. It is said to be the extreme of suppleness, and the end of dark energy.
Dan Jingyun: "Yin and Yang are mixed, rigid and soft, and it is called Dan ripeness." The end of softness is the beginning of strength. Therefore, coupled with kung fu, with the practice of the gods and void, to the form of the gods, and the Tao is so true that it is silent and odorless, it is called to get rid of Dan, and the boxing is said to be "fist without fist, unintentionally, unintentionally is true", which is called the transformation of strength. Even the gods are empty, and the work of washing the marrow is complete. Those who turn into strength are different from practicing strokes, and they are famous and dark, and they also have strokes. Chemical strength is the short ups and downs of both hands, also known as short strength. It's like a hand grabbing a wall, slashing down, and the hand is still on itself. Therefore, it is called the transformation of strength. Those who practice strength are no different from the form of the first two steps of kung fu, and the strength used is different. For those who will meet the three skills, the light and shade are the same formula. The nine turns, the nine turns of pure yang, turn into nothingness and return to pure yang. That's right. When practicing, the hand and foot movements, in the form of the first two steps, do not use force, not stubbornly empty and do not force, inside and outside the body, all with true intentions to use the ears. The movements of the hands and feet, the power used, there is and if there is nothing, if it is real and empty, the qi in the abdomen is not used intentionally, nor is it unintentional, it is intended to accumulate the ears of the void spirit. The breath seems to be there and nothing, and the Dan Dao Kung Fu, the foot of Yang Sheng takes the furnace, seals and stops bathing, and the breath is the same. Therefore, there seems to be nothing, all of them are true breath, and they are the wonderful use of one god. Zhuang Ziyun: "The breath of a real person is heeled", that is, this is the meaning, not breathless. Practice with your skills, don't stop, practice to the emptiness, the body has no body, the heart has no heart, the party is the state of being in harmony with the Tao. At this time, it can be the same body as the void. In the future, if you practice the way of emptiness, you can be silent and immovable, feel and pass, enter without being complacent, have no way to go, and have nothing to do.

Refining the form and being able to be strong, refining the essence and being able to be real, refining the qi and being able to be strong, refining the spirit and being able to fly.
The trend of advance and retreat is clear, and the root of movement is revisited.
Those who are vertical and horizontal, the strength of the horizontal and vertical; The soaring one, the depth of the breath.
Those who strike the enemy have the speed of form, energy, and spirit; The attacked are servants, cowards, and ropes.
Vertical and horizontal, the opening and closing of the ribs; The soaring one, the use of dantian breathing.
Quan Jingyun: "Those who are strong in the spirit and move the heart, martial arts are also; Those who cultivate spiritual roots and move their hearts are also cultivators. Therefore, Xingyi boxing is also one with Dandao.

Shaolin boxing for loose practice pays attention to curved but not curved, straight but not straight, that is, every movement is from loose to round to square, curved is round, straight is square. To achieve the outer circle and the inner square, the action is circular when the spiral is running, and the moment is square. In the action of spiral motion, it is curved, curved but not curved is called straight, and the force generated by circular motion is straight. In the instantaneous action is a song, straight but not straight is a song, and a short burst of strength is a song. The original intention of practicing boxing is to cultivate the body, and the foundation of self-cultivation lies in cultivating Haoran righteousness, which originates from the meridians, and the meridians are smooth, and the viscera is harmonious, and the viscera is qi and blood. The yin and yang balance of the body's qi and blood for a long time, and the qi of Haoran is self-righteous.
