Chapter 209: Almost
Ron's injury made Harry even more reluctant to use the firebolt. He thinks that there is a curse on the broom, which will make people unlucky, and even if he is strong in driving and will not fall, it is not worth losing the game because of the curse.
A few days later, the Gryffindor vs. Ravenclaw Quidditch match began.
Harry rode the Knicks' broom around the field, and Cho Chang couldn't keep up with Harry. However, Cho Chang had a solution, and she pestered Harry to prevent him from finding the Golden Snitch. Harry wasn't helpless, he pretended to spot the Golden Snitch and swooped quickly to the ground, Cho Zhang was fooled and dived with him, Harry quickly pulled up when he was close to the ground. The firebolt's performance was very good, freeing Harry from Cho Chang's entanglement.
When Cho Chang discovers Harry's scheme, she sees the Golden Snitch in the Ravenclaw half and hurriedly flies over with Harry.
The speed of the two was very fast, and seeing that Harry was about to catch the Golden Snitch, Cho Zhang pointed to the ground and shouted, "Look! β
Not only did her movements attract Harry's attention, but they also made everyone in the audience look at her.
Three Dementors were in front of Harry, and most of them could tell that it was fake, how could any Dementor have legs, and the people around them looked at them with grin.
Harry didn't look closely at the flight, mistaking it for real, and raised his wand to call out the gods.
A puff of white gas flew out, forming a stag in the air and charging at the Dementors, but Harry didn't care about the Dementors at all, and flew over to catch the Golden Snitch.
The three Dementors were frightened, and they flipped on their backs. Everyone in the arena could see who was pretending to be a Dementor, Malfoy and his two henchmen.
Professor McGonagall was furious, and she quickly stepped out of the stands, grabbing the three of them and leaving.
Ms. Hodge blows the whistle on the field, and Gryffindor wins.
The young wizards of Gryffindor returned to the castle with joy as if they had won the Quidditch Cup, and the revelry continued into the night.
George and Fred sneak off to Hogsmeade to buy a whole bunch of butterbeer, pumpkin soda, and bags full of candy.
Harry invited Hermione to join her, trying to repair Ron's relationship with her. It's a pity that Ron unceremoniously said the Spotted thing, making Hermione cry and leave.
Tifa chased after him. Ron wanted to do the same to the Knicks, but the Knicks were not interested in repairing relations with him, and sat down to study what spell was making the broom fly.
It was only in the middle of the night that Professor McGonagall arrived to bring the carnival to an end, and the exhausted young wizards returned to their dormitories.
Shortly after lying down, Nyx heard someone open the door, and he secretly opened his eyes to see a man dressed in tatters appear, quietly walking to Ron's bedside, holding a knife in his hand, and cutting part of Ron's mosquito net.
Ron moved, visibly awake, terrified, unable to make any sound.
Nicks got up and slowly drew his wand, intending to cast a spell on the man, and Ron shook his head in horror when he saw Nyx's thing. I don't want the Knicks to do it, because the Knicks may not be able to do anything to the man, he will be miserable, maybe the man will kill him in anger.
Ron was so frightened that he didn't think that if the Knicks didn't do anything, the man would kill people quietly.
Ignoring Ron, the Knicks cast a spell on the man. "Fainted"
The man saw Ron shake his head in horror and didn't notice the Knicks up. But Nicks wasn't able to cast spells silently, and when he was caught chanting the spell, the man turned around to dodge Nicks' spell. Ron was unfortunate enough to be hit by a Nyx spell and fainted.
The man glanced at Nix and turned to leave, closing the door so loudly that it woke up the rest of the dorm room.
Seamus lit the light, looked at Knicks with a wand in his hand, and then looked at Ron who was unconscious, and said, "Knicks, you don't have to do this if you want to take revenge on him." β
Before Nix could deny it, Harry had already gotten out of bed, came to Ron's side, and slapped Ron. After a few clicks, Ron was woken up by him.
Ron flinched back in horror as he saw that it was Harry who slowly relaxed. He exclaimed, "Sirius Black, take the knife!" β
"What?"
"Here! Just now, he was standing by the bed with a knife, and he was going to kill me. β
Dean asked suspiciously, "You're not dreaming?" β
"Look at the mosquito net, he's just here. Nicks saw it and cast a spell on him. Ron said loudly.
Seamus and Harry looked at the Knicks strangely, they didn't expect the Knicks to save Ron.
Nicks explained, "There's no way I'm going to watch Ron die, what about the man who Ron is dead?" Am I watching? In the end, I had no one to help. How can I explain if I don't keep watching and wake you up, watching Ron die? What would you think? And how to explain it to the professor? β
With the front of the Knicks, Harry believed: "Maybe he's not gone yet." "Turn around and run out.
The others got out of bed and chased them out.
The fireplace in the common room has not been extinguished, and there are wreckage left behind by the revelry everywhere.
"Aren't you really dreaming?" Seamus was also suspicious.
Ron shouted, "I see him." β
The sound woke up a lot of people, the first to come down were a few girls, then twins, they excitedly said, "Shall we continue the party?" β
Unfortunately, their words were heard by Percy, who came down.
"Professor McGonagall told us to go to bed." He took out the student council president badge. "All upstairs."
Ron said, "Percy, Sirius Black, in our dorm, woke me up. β
There was silence in the lounge.
"Nonsense, you've eaten too much and have nightmares." Percy denied it.
"I'll tell you ......"
"That's enough, don't talk about it."
Professor McGonagall is back. "I'm glad Gryffindor won, but it's too much. Percy, I thought you could take care of them. β
"That's not what I approved, Professor." Percy explained, "I was about to call them all to sleep when my brother had a nightmare......"
"Not a nightmare." Ron yelled, "I saw Sirius Black, standing next to my bed, with a knife, and Nix casting a spell on him!" β
"Don't be stupid, Mr. Weasley, how could he possibly pass through the Portrait Hole?" Professor McGonagall
Ron pointed to the hole and said, "Ask him." β
Professor McGonagall glared at Ron and walked outside with the group.
"Sir Cadogan, did you just let a man into the Gryffindor Tower?"
"Of course, ma'am." Sir Cadogan shouted.
"You really did it!" Professor McGonagall was surprised, "Butβwhat about the password?" β
"He has a password!" Sir Cadogan said, "There's a week's worth of passwords, read on a little note." β
Professor McGonagall returned, her face pale, and her voice angrily asked, "Who is it?" Which idiot wrote the password for the week and threw it around? β
In silence, Neville slowly raised his hand.
