Chapter 303: Barrow's Potion
When I arrived at Snape's office, I saw Barrow the Bloody guarding the crucible at first sight. There are several herbs by his side, all of which are ingredients for crafting the Bound Pathway, Sequence 5 Wraith Elixir.
There are other ghosts in the office, and they are a little far from Barrow. Nicks sees Peeves on the chandelier, and he is quiet and doesn't yell as usual.
Barrow ignored the Knicks and said to Snape.
"Professor Snape, the materials are gathered."
Snape was expressionless, glanced at the material, and nodded. Turning to Nix, he said, "You'll talk about it when I'm done with the potion."
With that, he began to heat up the crucible.
Nicks wanted to say something, but when he saw Snape's gloomy face, he gave up again.
The water in the cauldron was boiling, the materials were processed, and Snape was going to throw them into the cauldron.
Nicks couldn't help it, "Professor, potions don't need to be heated, and you didn't handle the materials properly."
Snape looked up at the Knicks quietly.
Seeing that Knicks was uncomfortable, he finally stubbornly said, "Why don't I come?"
Just when the Knicks thought Snape was going to lash out, he put down his tools, took a few steps back, and motioned for the Knicks to make potions.
The Knicks didn't know what Snape had just gone through, but he was relieved.
In fact, Snape's idea is very simple, Nyx knows more about potions than he does, and has successfully made one, and once he sees Nyx's operation in person, he will know how to make this potion, which can save him time to explore slowly, and will not waste the materials that Barrow has collected.
Barrow didn't object, after all, the first Wraith Potion was made by Nyx, and the success rate of stopping the second potion was even higher.
Compared to Snape, Nyx only further refined the potion material. It's not that Snape isn't good at purifying, it's that Snape doesn't know which part of the material to use.
Snape's equipment was very advanced, and Nick was dealing with it while thinking about whether it was Snape's personal or Hogwarts school, and whether he could take it away.
After processing the materials, Nicks didn't use the cauldron, and simply mixed the materials, and the potion was successful.
Sequence 5 is a medium sequence, and the potion's appearance is fantastic. Looks better than what was given to Ms. Gray before.
After all, the materials used before were not as pure as they are now, and the Nix did not have advanced equipment, so they could only perform simple processing.
"Professor, it's done."
Snape picked up the potion and observed, he couldn't understand why what looked like a normal material had become what it was after a simple mix.
When Nick saw that Snape wanted to taste it, he stopped, "Professor, it's best not to drink indiscriminately, even a little bit will work, you can either drink it all or not drink it at all."
Barrow's voice was hoarse, "Snape, give it to me."
His words didn't hold Snape in any way, and now Barrow was still a ghost, and it was hard to hurt people, let alone a powerful wizard like Snape.
Snape watched for a moment, and under Barrow's eager gaze, handed him the potion.
Barrow drank it without hesitation.
Nicks once again sensed the magic of the Hogwarts ghosts, who were in physical contact with each other as they wished, and were not a threat but were also difficult to destroy, making them the best Scouts. I just don't know if the ghosts of Hogwarts can leave the school, and what is the difference between them and normal ghosts.
Barrow drank the potion and didn't hear the murmuring, the bound path is not without a higher being, he is what remains in Barty Crouch Jr.'s brain, but the brain occlusion is very effective, completely blocking the transmission of thoughts, even if he can sense that someone is a resentful spirit, it can't affect it.
In a sense, Occlumency is a typical example of a profession that only guards against mental influences, and does it to the extreme.
Barrow, who drank the potion, had the same abilities as Ms. Gray, night vision, possession, flashing, screaming, and more.
whereas
And because there are fewer impurities in the potion this time, Barrow's abilities are better than when she first obtained the potion.
By the time Barrow gets used to these abilities, he'll be better than Ms. Gray in terms of potions alone. But with Hogwarts magical knowledge, it's not necessarily.
The first thing Barrow did when he gained his abilities was to transform himself back into a human.
The surrounding ghosts all came over when they saw Barrow turn into a human, and Myrtle even put a hand into Barrow's arm.
Just as the usual ghosts do to their students, she passed through Barrow's body without any hindrance.
There was a glint in each ghost's eye, and while potion materials were difficult, they could regain their flesh.
It's a resurrection!!
Peeves leaves sadly, he is not very popular at Hogwarts, and the young wizard will not help him collect potion materials.
Myrtle, though also annoying, is better than Peeves.
At this stage, there are hopes for the Gryffindor ghost "Nick the Almost Headless" and the Hufflepuff ghost "The Fat Friar".
They are popular with students in their respective houses, and someone should be willing to collect potions materials for them. As for the price, it is difficult to say.
"How do you feel?" Snape asked.
"It's very good, it's been a long time since I've felt a warm breeze, even your drugged room intoxicates me." Barrow was excited, and his whole body looked distorted, and with the fact that he was still covered in blood, he was exactly the same as a pervert.
Nicks asked, "Did you hear any strange noises?" br>
"Strange sounds, no, I'm fine, no strange sounds."
Hearing Barrow's answer, Ms. Gray had a puzzled expression, then turned around and flickered a few times to disappear.
Barrow saw Miss Gray leave, and said to Snape, "Snape, I'm out of company."
Snape nodded, then turned his gaze to Nyx and said in a slow, gloomy tone, "You can go to the storeroom and pick up some materials. I'm sure you know what to take and what not to take."
"Yes, Professor." The Knicks were familiar with Snape's office, and once he was locked up in the past few years, he spent almost all of his time here, and he was about to become Snape's assistant.
It's clear what's on the shelves, and there's several Sequence 5 potions materials here. He has been greedy for a long time, so he took it all away this time.
The second event of the Triwizard Tournament is about water, and the Knicks first took out the material on the Tyrant Pathway, Sequence 5 Ocean Singer.
He regretted it after taking it, four of the people who participated in the Hogwarts tournament had taken potions, none of them were tyrants, and he didn't want to give Sequence 5 to Fleur or Krum, let alone the Ocean Singer, a potion that had a very high bonus to the second item.
