1. Principles of spirituality

To practice spirituality, a practitioner needs to master two major elements: aura and soul power.

Reiki: A general term for all the aura between heaven and earth, because the spiritual energy of the Xuan Realm is abundant, all kinds of qi can flow and transform freely between each other, and there is no strict hierarchy and type, so it is collectively called Reiki. Reiki pervades heaven and earth, it is both an energy and a message, and they can interact with all kinds of things.

Soul power: Human beings manipulate and use the spiritual power of the aura, without strong spiritual power, they cannot effectively control the aura, and the cultivation will not be too high. The soul power of human beings can effectively control the operation of the aura in the body, raise it to a certain level, and can also control the aura of nature outside the body. Soul power can also be improved through guò training.

A person's potential is related to the dual elements of "aura" and "soul power", so there are two major branches of human cultivation, one is the person who simply develops the aura, known as a cultivator, and the other is a person who focuses on the development of soul power, and mistakenly engages in higher occupations, such as alchemist, forger, beast master, and tree language master. By analogy, the methods of human cultivation are also divided into two categories, "spiritual skills" and "soul skills".

Second, the meridian system

The human beings in the Xuan Realm have the same body structure as the human beings in the present world, so the meridian system is basically the same, but due to the abundant aura of long-term existence, the number of meridians and acupuncture points is larger and the operation is more complex. There are three main meridian systems: the Jingtian meridian (corresponding to the twelve meridians), the spiral meridian (corresponding to the eight meridians of the odd meridian), and the Zhouhuan meridian (corresponding to the two meridians of Rendu).

3. Special constitution

Aura and soul power are inherently different from ordinary people, and belong to special physiques, and there are many types of special physiques, such as pure yin, pure yang, pure rigidity, pure softness, pure movement, pure stillness, and so on. The traversers of the present world generally belong to a typical special physique in the Xuan Realm: there is no aura at all, and the soul power is first-class.
