Later, Fahai was ordered by Lingyou Zen Master to travel all over the world and came to Zhenjiang Capture Mountain in Jiangsu. One day I found the remains of several Buddha statues, and inquired and learned that there was originally a temple built in the Eastern Jin Dynasty here, called Zexin Temple, and the incense was very vigorous that year. Fahai vowed to rebuild the temple. Since then, he has lived in a cave, and in addition to attending meditation every day, he has opened mountains and farmed fields and raised funds to repair temples. Nearby villagers also came to help.

The Zen master stood up and sang a big promise to Xu Xian, and said: "The donor walks slowly, and the poor monk is polite." Xu Xian stopped, hurriedly returned the salute, and heard the old monk say: "Don't you know that the poor monk sees that the donor's face is full of black gas, and he is full of demons, and he is dying? ”

When Xu Xian heard this, he couldn't help but shake his head again and again and said, "I don't know the mage, so I don't know where to start?" ”

Zen Master Fahai said: "Master Xu, recently there is a woman who claims to be the daughter of the neighbor who has a good time with you every night, is there anything wrong? ”

Zen Master Fahai saw that the demon had been eliminated, so he was about to leave, and said to Xu Xian: "Buddhism is boundless, the poor monk could have used lightning to destroy this evil animal, just to let you understand, and also tell the world, don't be confused by demons, demons are not connected, demons are demons, demons are demons, always want to harm people, the donor will come for a long time, you have to do it yourself."

Xu Xian grabbed the Zen master, knelt down on his knees and said: "The master is merciful, saved the boy's life, and begged the master to save people to the end, Xu Xian is willing to follow my master to become a monk and practice, and I hope that the master will accept it completely, this unfilial disciple is grateful."

Fahai promised to take him as a disciple and left a few lines of poetry as an exhortation:

The heart is righteous and naturally evil does not invade, and the body is right, how can there be demons to deceive.
