Chapter 102: The Dwarves Will Keep Their Promises

Thus, the unilateral slaughter began.

Viewed from above, the camp of dwarves resembles a silver-white mud cart, crushing forward unhurriedly, leaving a black path strewn with Orc's corpses.

The Orcs lost their courage faster than they had ever done before.

This is not a match of magnitude at all, and they are completely unable to do even the slightest damage to these dwarves.

So the crowding and shoving began, and on the narrow boardwalk and suspension bridge, the Orcs retreated in a panic, many of them were trampled to death, and many more were squeezed down and fell into the hollow depths.

"No backsliding! You rotting garbage! The huge King Oak stood on top of the platform and shouted, "Push them down!" โ€

Phew-

An arrow shot out of the dwarven formation, stabbing directly into the side of the Oak King's face.

King Oak covered his face and fell on his throne screaming.

"Shoot beautifully! Chili! โ€

Thorin complimented, pointing at the platform in the center, "Don't let King Oak and the Ringwraith escape!" โ€

The Ringwraith has run away.

They are just dead, and they are not stupid, they couldn't beat the other party when they didn't have armor before, and they wanted to control more Oak to find an opportunity, but they didn't expect that the dwarves didn't talk about martial arts at all, and they actually came to the door before dawn.

No matter how they looked, they didn't think that they, and the Orcs present, would be the opponent of these undead dwarves armed to the teeth.

King Oak finally realized that something was wrong, and he struggled to his feet, shouting in horror, "Cut off the drawbridge!" Don't let them come! โ€

But there were no Orcs to follow the Orc's orders, and the loyalty of the dark creatures had always been a joke, and they all flocked to the plank paths around the hollow, escaping through the hidden exits.

The dwarves ignored the discouraged Orcs, there were so many of them that it would take a day and a night to stand still and let everyone cut them, and the only way to conquer the lair once and for all was to remove the head of the Orc.

So the dwarves increased the speed of their advance, especially when there were no more Orcs to stop them, and they were almost overwhelmed, and soon caught up with the slow pace of the Orc.

"Fuck off! You damned intruders! โ€

King Oak waved the scepter with the goat's head pierced in his hand, and the huge force brought a foul wind and smashed it on Thorin's body, and Thorin was directly smashed away.

So, Shalin swung a giant hammer and met him.

Well, this scene is a bit familiar, and Thorin is treated the same way when he faces another Orc, Azog.

However, the Oak King was larger and slower than Azog, and happened to be Sharin's favorite opponent, and he couldn't dodge Sharin's giant hammer, the spiked head of the hammer slamming into the Orc's face with a tooth-aching cracking sound.

"Stand down! Let me! โ€

With the protection of Mithril Armor and the Curse of Immortality on his side, Thorin was unharmed, but all the dwarves could hear the fury in his tone.

The king will not tolerate being repulsed! Twice!

What's more, he is the king who relied on his own force to obtain the title of oak shield!

So he leapt to his feet, and slashed the blade of his hand into King Orc's knee.

Then King Oak fell to the ground with a bang, motionless, dead no more.

"Thorin is mighty!"

Shalin exclaimed, "You defeated the Orc King and led us to defeat the Orc's Lair!" โ€

"Thorin Oak Shield!"

The dwarves shouted Thorrin's name.

Thorin held his weapon and looked at King Oak on the ground a little blankly.

The other party's huge head was at his feet, and it had been smashed.

I don't know why, I'm not happy at all...

He glanced at Sha Lin with complicated eyes, slowly raised the weapon in his hand, and shouted, "For Du Lin!" โ€

"For the king of the mountain!" The dwarves shouted and lifted their visors.

Looking around, there is no Orcs in the entire Orc's lair, and these dark creatures will not dare to return here for a short time.

"A hearty victory." Gandalf commented in a long tone, "Your deeds will be an inspiration to many, and perhaps one day, we will be able to drive the Orcs out of the Misty Mountains once and for all. โ€

"That's why you've been sitting in the middle of the formation and watching the show?" Townsend glanced at him and found that the other party was not only watching the play, but also didn't even know when he had lit his pipe.

"I'm a wizard." He gestured to his illuminated staff, "I'm doing my job." โ€

Walking flashlight, right?

Townsend remembered the bottle of treasure on his body that contained the light of the Spirit Diamond, and suddenly felt that that thing might be a portable Gandalf...

"What's next?" Gandalf gets back to the point: "Is the thing you're looking for here?" โ€

"If nothing elseโ€”"

"We need to go to the depths of the lair, a place where even the Orcs in the lair won't set foot foot in. โ€

"But take off your Mithril armor first, I don't want the noise you make as you move around to disturb the owner there, and if we miss this opportunity, we may never find him again."

As soon as Tang Sen said this, the joy on the dwarves' faces suddenly froze.

"In fact... I feel like we can just wear the cuirass so that it doesn't make a sound. A dwarf said.

"Are the dwarves ready to be treacherous?" Townsend asked bluntly.

"No... Of course notโ€”" The dwarves shook their heads, but none of them moved to take off their Mithril armor.

"Traveler-" Thorin took a deep breath and stepped forward, "The Dwarves are the most reputable race, and we will definitely return the Mithril Armor to you, but the road ahead is still dangerous, especially our destination. โ€

"If we have Mithril armor, we will be more sure of facing the dragon."

"I'm afraid the Mithril armor can't stop the dragon's dragon flame." Tang Sen said lukewarmly: "Moreover, how to fight against the evil dragon is my business, what you need to do is to abide by the agreement, or..."

Tang Sen's eyes narrowed: "Thorin Oak Shield, you can choose to kill me here and swallow the Mithril Armor privately." โ€

Thorin had a struggling look on his face.

Shalin quietly moved a few steps to this side, blocking in front of Townsend without a trace.

"Traveler, that's too much!" Behind Thorin, a dwarf shouted angrily, "How could Thorin have such a thought!" โ€

"That's right! We'd never do that kind of thing! โ€

Townsend looked at the dwarves one by one, and to his relief, Townsend could see that the anger on their faces was not disguised.

These dwarves were greedy for Mithril Armor, but they did not have sinister thoughts, and believed that their king was just like them.

"Traveler, the dwarves will keep their promises."

So, Thorin finally opened his mouth, took off his helmet first, and handed it over.

"Of course I believe you, Thorin Oak Shield." Townsend smiled meaningfully at him, "Besides, no one can use my Mithril without my consent. โ€

Saying this, the dwarves suddenly noticed that the Mithril armor on their bodies was slowly changing, and the connections of those armors softened, and then with a bang, all the Mithril armor disintegrated and fell to the ground.

They watched the scene in amazement, and when they looked at Townsend again, the greed and anger in their eyes had been replaced by horror.

"I don't think I forgot to remind everyone."

Gandalf, who had been standing aside and watching everything silently, suddenly spoke:

"The one standing before you has been bathed in the gaze of Iluvita since he walked on his own in Middle-earth."
