Huang Youhuan's alma mater is the Thai Police College, also known as the Royal Thai Police Lieutenant University. It is the highest police institution directly under the Thai Police Headquarters, covering an area of 1,250 acres, and is a modern university with a long history, complete scale and advanced teaching facilities. The 97-year-old academy was founded in 1901 by the 5th King of Thailand as the Royal Thai Police Academy, which was located more than 100 kilometers away from Bangkok. In 1915, the school moved to Bangkok and became a platoon-level police academy. In 1927, the school was moved to Sam Phan District, Nakhon Pathom Province, 50 kilometers from Bangkok, and renamed the Police Academy. In 1933 it was merged with a military school and became an army school. In 1956, it moved back to Nakhon Pathom Province in Bangkok and was renamed the Police Captain's School. Before the end of the class, the content of the course had been finished, and he chatted with the students. The old gentleman said that there was a great Chinese writer named Hu Shih, and a friend once sent him ten coins from Paris with the words "P.T.T." words, Hu Shi was overjoyed, and he was inspired to initiate the organization of a "Afraid of Wives Association", recruiting only ten members, so as to use ten "P.T.T." Huang Youhuan, who didn't have a girlfriend at that time, stood up boldly and said loudly, "Only villains and women are difficult to raise!"
