In other words, in this sharp argument, Ananda did not think that he had lost, but said that the story Fang Yi told had nothing to do with the questions he raised.

There is a difference between high and low in the argument, so when Ananda throws out this question, Fang Yi has two ways to deal with it, one is to fight with Ananda for one, two, three.

The other is to simply choose to pretend that you didn't hear it, no matter what Ananda says, just don't answer the conversation.

Fang Yi chose to take it, that is, what Fang Yi said at the beginning, to teach Ananda.

The witty debate of Buddhism is different from the war of words between Confucianism and Taoism, and the main purpose of the debate between Confucianism and Taoism is to expound each other's views, so as to obtain some gains, and the meaning of mutual exchange and communication is obvious.

The sharp argument of the Buddha Gate is not like this, and the sharp argument of the Buddha Gate must have a result.

Generally speaking, people who are advanced in the Dharma and expound the Buddha's teachings that have a very strong majesty in themselves, and some people who are not strong enough in the Dharma will be automatically convinced.

But now, Fang Yi's three stories have been told, but Ananda does not approve.

This shows that the Buddhist principles that Fang Yi explained are not such profound Buddhism, and some people can't be convinced if they don't understand and understand the Zen machine.

Of course, this is not that Ananda alone is not convinced, in fact, the other Buddhist Bodhisattvas present, as well as the Venerable Golden Arhat, don't know what they should understand from Fang Yi's three stories.

"I'll summarize it again." At this time, Mokogya also spoke: "I believe that the Buddha is the supreme saint and the supreme, and the person who cultivates the Dharma to the supreme and profound realm is the Buddha. ”

"Great goodness." Ananda was the first to speak.

The other bodhisattvas also nodded their heads and sang the Buddha horn in unison.

There was nothing wrong with what Mokogyala said, and even the Buddha nodded at Kaya.

This is not only their understanding of the Buddha, but of course, this is also the summary of the Buddha born in their Western Regions Buddha Land for so many years.

The Buddhas of Buddhism, without exception, are all the most holy and supreme beings with profound Dharma, of course, including the Buddhas of their Buddhism in front of them, who are also enlightened monks.

Otherwise, how could you become a Buddha?

Therefore, what Fang Yi talked about before about relieving the Buddha, what he put down the butcher's knife and becoming a Buddha on the spot, these things are too advanced for these people now, and it is indeed a little difficult for them to accept for a while.

"Ladies and gentlemen, it seems that you really didn't understand the three stories I just told." Fang Yi was completely convinced that what he had told before was in vain, and these people, without exception, did not understand Fang Yi's three stories.

"If the Buddha has any lofty views in the future, you might as well say it directly." Ananda spoke at this point.

"You're a little narrow." Fang Yi shook his head and said, "Or maybe you're too small." ”

"It's small, what's small??" At this time, the eyes of everyone else were all looking at Fang Yi.

"It's smaller." Fang Yi said with a straight face at this time: "That's right, what you just said, what kind of person who cultivates the Dharma to an extremely profound and perfect state is a Buddha. ”

"That's totally true. The first story I told you is very similar to what you say. ”

"But I also told two other stories." Fang Yi said at this time: "I am talking about the other two stories to tell you a simple truth. ”

"There is not only one path to Buddhahood."

At this time, Fang Yi's gaze looked at Ananda, and then he spoke, "Do you remember what I told you before?" ”

"I told you that you don't have a Buddha in your heart, so you can't become a Buddha."

"That's the heart of my argument."

"Let me tell you what a Buddha is."

After Fang Yi said a word, he stood up, and then said in front of everyone: "In my opinion, there is not only one way to become a Buddha, as long as you have a Buddha in your heart, you can become a Buddha. ”

"So, what you just said, the one who has compassion is the Buddha."

"The second story I just told you, the one who reconciles yin and yang, is also a Buddha."

"The third story I tell you, the one who put down the butcher's knife and became a Buddha."

"In addition, the one who saves people from the sea of suffering is a Buddha, and the one who has advanced the Dharma is a Buddha."

"The one who flies the dragon in the sky is a Buddha."

"Those who swim in the bottom of the sea are also Buddhas."

"The old man is a Buddha."

"Huangkou is also a Buddha."

"Those who are proficient in the Dharma are Buddhas."

"Those who don't understand the Dharma are also Buddhas."

"All the heavens and all the worlds, all the living beings."

"You can become a Buddha!"

"I have a Buddha in my heart, I think, I am, I am a Buddha!"

Every word Fang Yi said at this time seemed to have magical power, and no one of the people present could resist Fang Yi at this time.

Everyone looked at Fang Yi blankly, and for a moment, they even forgot to breathe, only what Fang Yi said to them just now still resounded in their ears.

Especially that one.

All the heavens and all the worlds, all living beings, can become Buddhas.

This is the great wish that all living beings can become Buddhas!!

This is the supreme pursuit of all Buddhists.

At this time, all of them understood what Fang Yi meant.

All of a sudden, everyone was trembling, even top powerhouses such as Manjushri and Xianglong Arhat.

They felt that something inside them was collapsing and rebuilding, collapsing and rebuilding again.

Something cracked.

This is what everyone thinks at this moment, because they have been subverted cognition, and everyone is unstable at this time, and they are almost losing their hearts.

"Amitabha." At this moment, the Buddha's Buddha horn stabilized everyone.

The Buddha looked at Fang Yi with a somewhat complicated look.
