Prophecy, a unique magic.

Few magic is as widely recognized as prophecy, and at the same time widely questioned.

In the words of the lovely Professor "Sybil Trelawney", prophecy requires talent, and she has not seen such gifted students in her ten years of teaching at Hogwarts.

But just because you don't have a talent for prophecy doesn't mean you can't make it—otherwise what's the point of this course?
