Chapter 18: The Professors at Hogwarts (slightly modified)

"Whew!" Hallie sat up from the bed and wiped the sweat from her head.

It wasn't quite dawn outside, and I looked at the mechanical watch that Aunt Penny "sent", which showed that it was just after five o'clock.

There was still a look of horror on Hallie's face, after all, the dream was too real.

Hell, she dreamed of being hunted down by Amon again. Although the ordeal has passed, Harley still occasionally has nightmares like this.

Harley rubbed her face vigorously, and the frost on her hands sobered herself up a little.

Then Harley realized that it was just a dream. Although the dreams of the extraordinary have a certain symbolic meaning, it is because there is a spirit world in the world of the sequence pathway.

In that world, the astral spirits roam the spiritual realm, allowing certain details that are usually unconsciously noticed to be transformed into symbolic revelations under external stimuli, and telling their own spirits to manifest themselves in the form of dreams.

There is no spirit world in this world, at least there is a high probability that there is none, so it is probably ...... Maybe...... f**k!

Harley still couldn't calm down, and finally prepared to do a divination.

The potion of the witch path does not give Harley the ability to divinate or the excellent talent of learning divination, and can only have a certain anti-divination ability when she reaches the Sequence Seven Witches.

But that doesn't mean that Harley can't take the initiative to learn divination rituals, it's just that the success rate is more impressive.

Harley quickly took out various materials and performed several divination in a row to determine whether Amon had come with her.

Not surprisingly, the divination failed. However, this is because there is too little information.

Hallie also calmed down completely at this time, and closed her eyes and thought about the current situation:

"Amon can't keep up, after all, he is at that level, and he is estimated to plot against the true god above the first sequence.

If he did come with him, he wouldn't come to me again, because he was interested in the otherworldly aura of me.

Take 10,000 steps back and say, even if he really came with me and was interested in me and wanted to catch me for research, it would have been done a long time ago. ā€

Harley pondered for a long time, and finally came to the conclusion that Amon didn't come with him, and even if he did, he wouldn't harm himself again.

"Relax and forget about those things completely! I'm safe. ā€

Thinking of this, Harley opened her eyes with peace of mind, got dressed and went to wash. Anyway, they all got up, so they just went to the auditorium and read a book.

Relying on the strong memory and sense of direction that the "Assassin" brought to her, Harley easily found the Great Hall.

It was still early, and the auditorium was empty. Harley didn't care, silently opened her schoolbag, took out her Potions textbook and slowly flipped through it.

Time passed slowly, and someone else came in the auditorium. The professor who looked at Hallie rudely yesterday came.

Professor Snape entered through the main entrance of the auditorium, and as he passed by Harry, he quietly glanced at the textbook that Harley was reading.

Professor Snape nodded in satisfaction when he saw Harry drawing in circles in the potions textbook, outlining the key steps for brewing potions, and strode back to the teacher's seat.

Hallie glanced at Professor Snape curiously, and a thought crossed her mind:

Professor Snape's position in the faculty was so close to the Slytherin desk, so why would he go around the Gryffindor table?

But Harley didn't think much of it, as milk, bread, and sandwiches were already on the table in front of her. Breakfast began.

The number of people in the auditorium gradually increased, and many people looked at Harley as they ate, and kept whispering.

Hallie didn't like it, so she quickly finished breakfast and headed to the classroom.

The first day of school falls on Monday (Monday, 2 September 1991, calendar).

As a matter of common sense, professors from various faculties distribute class schedules. Professor McGonagall was very attentive, though.

She seemed to anticipate that on the first day, there would be new students who would not find their way to the auditorium and would not be able to get their class schedule.

So she magically put the freshmen's class schedule on their bedside a day early.

The first class in the morning was a herbal medicine class taught by Professor Pomona Sprout, the head of Hufflepuff.

To be honest, Hallie felt like a farmer or a druid.

Professor Sprout was stocky and covered in mud-stained wizarding robes, and had been modified to fit around on dirt roads.

The professor's hands were covered with calluses, and his shoes were dirty and dirty, and he didn't wear a shoe cover.

Hallie was very interested in this class, after all, the main ingredients for concoction were various herbs.

And Professor Sprout is also highly accomplished and knows a lot of very rare material.

When Harley asks about some of the questions she found while studying during the holidays, the professor easily answers all of Harley's questions and hints that Hallie has a chance to join her own herbalism club.

There is only one section on the history of magic in the afternoon. The professor in charge of this class is Professor Binns, a ghost.

In class, he always uses his monotonous voice to keep talking, never cares if the students can follow his own train of thought, and his voice is hypnotic, comparable to a hypnotist in the audience way.

At his voice, the classmates fell asleep. If Professor Binns had gone through the spectator route, then the Sequence Six hypnotist wouldn't have to play at all.

Only Harley and Hermione, who were sitting in the front row, did not fall asleep and listened attentively to the professor's lecture.

Hallie has never taken history lessons lightly. In that world of the sequential pathway, history has always contained a large number of secrets and ways to become stronger.

Hallie had flipped through the heavy book History of Magic. Although the book seems to only talk about some ordinary historical events, there are many key messages hidden in it.

Unfortunately, Professor Binns only read from the script and did not add much to his own opinions, much to Hallie's disappointment.

And Professor Binns's behavior of walking through the wall and leaving directly after class made Hallie very uncomfortable.

Hallie also wants to use her eloquence to try to extract more hidden history from Professor Binns's mouth!

Tuesday morning was a Herbal and Charms class, and the Charms class was taught by Felius Flitwick.

The professor was not tall and had to step on a book during class. Listen to the Ravenclaw students say that the professor has goblin blood.

And he seemed to be very sensitive, and when he clicked on Harley's name, he fell off the pile of books in excitement.

However, Professor Flitwick is very strong, and all kinds of magic spells are at his fingertips.

Many of these spells may seem ordinary and can only be used in life, but Harley has come up with many wonderful ways to use them.

For example, the gate of overlap between the underworld and the spirit world created by someone strong enough to use the lockpicking charm to deal with the gatekeeper of the Reaper's path, and it is not known what will happen.

Harley guessed that it would be funny, and that the door might be forced to open, unleashing undead spirits far beyond the janitor's personality.

Unfortunately, there is no way to realize this speculation.

Wednesday morning's Defence Against the Dark Arts was Harry's most anticipated class, as Professor Quirrell was a demigod powerhouse.

It's a pity that the professor seems to have forgiven himself and no longer handed in any additional knowledge other than stammering textbooks.

Coupled with the fact that he always looked at Harley with malice, this made Harley's spirit crazy and didn't want to contact him at all.
