It shows that 'meditation and refining qi' is just a formalism to see the end of the nose, and what really is to meditate and concentrate on the mind, and the mind is not distracted to be effective.

'Stop' and 'not looking' is called 'there is a return but no light'; 'viewing' and 'not stopping' is called 'there is light but no return', and the ambition is to do it. This embodies what "Buddhists" often say, "annihilating greed, hatred, and ignorance, diligently cultivating precepts and fixing wisdom", which is actually a "mystical method" of "meditating and refining qi".
Chapter 4: "Pranayama of the Light". Lu Zu said: "As long as the "Purpose" is carried out with a pure heart, it will be verified without seeking verification. About the beginning of the illness, lethargy and scattered, two kinds of exhaustion. However, there is a 'trick', and there is no 'heart', and the 'breath' is from the 'heart', and the 'heart is the breath', and the heart moves, and there is 'qi', that is, 'breath'.
The 'breath' of the person's heart is also transformed. Therefore, the inner breath and the outer breath are like the sound of each other, and there are tens of thousands of breaths a day, that is, there are tens of thousands of delusions. 'The gods are gone', like 'the wood is dead to ashes'. However, do you want to have no thoughts? Can't you be thoughtless, want to be endless? It can't be without interest. 'Dead heart' is not the meaning of 'withering', but the meaning of 'single-mindedness'. Buddha Yun: 'Put your heart in one place, do nothing.' 'The heart is easy to go, that is, 'pure with Qi', 'Qi' is easy to be coarse, 'that is, with the heart is fine', so what is the indefinite? This shows that the Buddhist monks "sit in meditation and settle down", relying on how to coordinate the 'mentality' and 'breathing'.
About the two diseases of 'lethargy' and 'scattered', as long as you meditate, you will have a big resting place every day. If you don't meditate, you don't know it, even if it's scattered.
Knowing that there is chaos is also the opportunity to scatter. Groggy and unaware, and drowsy and knowing, what a thousand miles away! I don't know the drowsiness, I really drowsy, I know the drowsiness, I don't know all the drowsiness, and the clarity is there.
Those who are scattered are also galloping; Those who are drowsy are not clear. Scattered and easy to treat, but lethargic and difficult to treat. For example, if you are sick, there is pain and itching, and medicine can also be used; If you are drowsy, you will be insensitive, you can collect it, you can rectify it, if you are drowsy, you will be stupid and stupid.
There is still a way to scatter, and it is all 'spirit' to be drowsy. There is still a 'soul' in the chaos, and when it is drowsy, it is 'pure yin'. When you sit quietly, you want to fall asleep, you are drowsy. But the drowsiness is only in the breath, that is, the breath in and out of the mouth and nose, although it is not the true breath, and the entry and exit of the true breath is also placed here.
Where you need to sit and meditate, how can your mind be quiet? On the rest. The entry and exit of the breath, but the heart knows itself, not to make the ears hear, not to hear the fine, the details are clear, the smell is coarse, the coarse is turbid, the turbidity is drowsy and sleepy, the natural principle is also.
Although the heart is used for breath, and it is good to be able to use it, it is also not used for it, as long as it is slightly heard. This sentence has a subtle meaning, what is 'according to the photo'? That is, the eyes are self-looking.
