Chapter 83: The Sinner Is Myself

It is difficult to describe the organization of the Holy Advent in precise words.

To the people of the church, there is no doubt that they are a group of faithful believers who are extremely devout and will give their hearts and minds to the Lord.

But everyone else who has dealt with the Crusades of Ilning will use the same word to describe this group of people - madmen.

Because they have no other affection than to practice God's will, and they do everything to that end. Thus, to outsiders, the people of the Holy Advent appeared paranoid, stubborn, and callous, and behaved in an unacceptable way.

Bishop Wolston is a prime example of this.

He was tall and powerful, with gray hair and a manly appearance.

On weekdays, Wadston was like a true ascetic, he did not drink alcohol or get close to women, he only wore rough clothes, and his food on weekdays was only water and bread, and occasionally a little smoked meat.

Whorston is a devout believer who believes that everything in the world was created by God, and that mortals are born with original sin, and that only by serving God and firmly practicing the doctrine can they wash away their sins and ascend to heaven.

Worthton had to go to heaven, so he could burn pagan babies in the flames, he could hang cursers in the crypt of a church, young and old, and he could send the nuns of the convent to the beds of the powerful in order to expand the power of the church.

He was convinced that he was doing God's will, that he was doing what was right, and that it was all worth it as long as he could go to heaven. br>

With this will, Wadston slowly rose from an ordinary believer to a bishop of the Holy Crusades, to the true top of this transcendent organization.

It's just that lately evil seems to be growing.

There have been more than a dozen cases of missing babies in St. Lin's crusaders around the world, with Gotham being the most numerous.

There is an evil organization known as the Witch Cult that is stealing babies to be used as sacrifices to summon demons.

But this demon never seems to have heard of it.

The Truth Grimome contains the names of countless demons, all of whom like to deal with humans and are more famous, and their preferences and summoning methods are recorded in this book, which is a practical dark magic book recorded by countless dark wizards at the cost of their own lives.

The Coming Crusades also have several editions of the Truth Tome in their collection, and have compiled a more detailed and accurate Plus version of the Truth Tome based on the Coming Crusaders' own collection.

However, after digging through these texts, they could not find the slightest bit of relevant information, and the demon summoned by the evil witch group was more terrifying than Lucifer, but there was no record of it.

A sense of foreboding hung over Wolston as he was keenly aware of the uncontrollable changes taking place in the dark Ones.

At this time, Whorston heard the news of the Holy Spirit's incarnation, and he did not hesitate to bring ten paladins to Gotham.

The presence of the Holy Spirit at such a critical time is a coincidence, but it is also very reasonable.

Isn't it normal that the forces of darkness are rising, and God, who represents the light, will not sit idly by and bless mortals to create the Holy Spirit?

Perhaps it was precisely because of the Holy Spirit that he appeared to settle the events of the Witch Cult.

But when Worthton arrives in Gotham in a hurry and gets information about the Holy Spirit, his face suddenly changes.

"A murderer who claims to be the God of darkness could be the Holy Spirit of God's favor?"

Whorston felt insulted, and in the most vicious way.

As a devout servant of God, how can you put up with a gangster claiming to be the God of darkness? The place where you live is still called the Garden of Dark Eden?

This was nothing short of a provocation for the Holy Advent crusade, to be burned at the stake.

Lord Worthton directly ordered, "William and Fernando were tempted by demons, how could the Holy Spirit blaspheme God so much? Go and bring back the lost brother, and by the way, bring back the sinner who blasphemed God."

There was a paladin to warn

He said, "Perhaps there is some misunderstanding here, Bishop, but don't we ask it first?" I'm sure William and Fernando shouldn't make that mistake."

Bishop Wolston glanced at the paladin, "Brother Roland, I know that you are friends with them, but no one can blaspheme God, including all of us. To speak of a sinful heathen as the Holy Spirit is already a great sin. Bringing them back now will give them a chance to atone for their sins."

The paladin, named Roland, couldn't help but say, "But what if they're right? Is this really a Holy Spirit?"

Bishop Worthton did not hesitate to say: "Then all this is God's arrangement, the test that God has lent my hand to the Holy Spirit, and I am willing to be a whip in God's hand to drive the horse forward."

Bishop Worthton spoke to this point, and all the paladins were in awe.

That's right, everything is God's arrangement.

Everything they do is just a part of their fate, and as long as they have a strong faith in God, everything they do is right.

In order to deal with the two paladins who were bewitched by the devil and the sinner who blasphemed God, all ten paladins went to the place where the Gotham Emperor lived, and asked the sinner to be captured and interrogated.

Bishop Worthton came to the prayer room of the church and knelt reverently before the cross.

"Thank you for all the grace and blessings bestowed upon my Lord, and give me wisdom, guidance, and strength to destroy the wickedness and filth of the earth......

A low prayer sounded, and Bishop Wolston slowly entered a special state, and a white holy light slowly appeared around him.

He is not the Holy Spirit, but he is a devout believer in God, and through prayer, he can also communicate with heaven, borrowing a little of heaven's holy power.

Because of this, Worthton didn't believe what William said.

Even if he really saw the holy light from Sui Feng, it was possible that Sui Feng had obtained a special holy relic, and through this holy relic, he communicated with heaven and obtained a little holy energy.

This alone is not the Holy Spirit at all.

The true Holy Spirit is no longer human, but has been transformed by the divine forces and is close to the presence of angels.

All the people of the Holy Presence crusade are just borrowing the power of heaven and running out of it. But the Holy Spirit can generate holy power on its own, like a part of heaven.

Seeing that Sui Feng had holy light on his body, he decided that the other party was a blessed Holy Spirit, and this argument was obviously insufficient.

Anyway, as long as you catch the person back, you will know, once it is confirmed that the other party is a heretic who has stolen the power of heaven, then it is better to be burned at the stake.

What Gotham Emperor, what Dark God, are nothing more than the blasphemous words of mortals, and they are not worth mentioning to them, the servants of God.

Bishop Wadston prayed reverently, waiting for the good news to come.

Three hours later, Roland waited for the paladins to return, along with William and Fernando.

Bishop Worthton looked at William, and found that the paladin armor on his body was incomplete, and said in a heavy tone, "Brother William, it seems that you have really encountered a strong enemy that is difficult to resist. But it's okay, just come back, and we'll fix your bewitched soul."

William didn't speak, just stared at Worthton with strange eyes.

Wolston didn't care, people who were bewitched by demons were like that, and he would recover when he purified the evil power of demons.

Bishop Wolston looked around and saw that the paladin had returned, but the man in disguise was nowhere to be seen.

Bishop Wadston wondered, "What about the sinner who blasphemed God? You didn't get him back?"

At this time, William raised his reliquary shield, walked up to Bishop Wolston, and announced in the most solemn voice: "Bishop Wolston, your actions have offended the incarnation of the Holy Spirit, and I bring you to the Holy Spirit in the name of the Lord to atone for your sins, and I ask you to give up your resistance!"

Bishop Worthton looked at the remaining paladins in shock and said excitedly, "What are you doing, William has been bewitched by the devil, you ......."

The words of Bishop Worthton have been said

No more, for all the paladins raised their weapons against him, and the firmness in their eyes remained the same, as they had done when they set out.

But this time, the sinner became Bishop Wolston himself.
