Chapter Fifty-Eight: Attacked
The Ghost-Faced Monkey Leader led a group of clansmen to chase Kane and them, and the Ghost-faced Monkey Leader was extremely excited, and they roared all the way to boost their morale. The lizard purred endlessly, not knowing if it was scared or what.
Suddenly, the plain ahead began to hear the last thing Kane wanted to hear, and the chicken-headed monsters caught up again! The feeling of being attacked on the belly and back is the most annoying.
"There's those chicken-headed monsters in front, and those annoying ghost-faced monkeys in the back, how are we going to run now?" Kane asked, grasping the lizard's neck.
The lizard just grunted back, and then its thick limbs were as fast as an arrow. Kane looked so caught off guard that he almost didn't fall off its back.
The lizard led him to the edge of a cliff, "What are you bringing me here?" We have no way out now, we all have to die here, you did a good job! Kane tapped it on the head, disgruntled.
Kane looked down at the cliff, which was so foggy and gray that he couldn't see what was going on. I don't know what the situation is under the gray fog, I don't know what is hidden inside, the unknown always brings fear to people, and Kane is no exception. He didn't want to fall into a puddle of flesh, and even if he didn't die, it might well be a lunch for some monster.
The lizard shook its head, then screamed in displeasure, its feet jumping up and down, its tail wagging its tail. It's like venting its temper.
"Alright, alright! I'm not going to hit you anymore, it's time for us to figure out how to solve the crisis in front of us. If you bring me here, there must be a way to take me to escape, you can't just send yourself to death, right? Kane soothed the grumpy lizard companion, a temporary companion.
The lizard led him along the edge of the cliff and began to wander, and the ghost-faced monkeys got closer and closer, and they rushed towards them excitedly. It was at this time that the Chicken-headed monster also spotted Kane and the Ghost-Faced Monkey. The tripartite forces are in a delicate state. The chicken-headed monsters changed their minds on the spur of the moment, and instead of catching Kane in the first place, they launched an attack on the group of ghost-faced monkeys.
The ghost-faced monkeys are as furious when they see the chicken-headed monster as they are at the sight of their enemy, and they have given up on Kane's goal, and now is the time to deal with the chicken-headed monster.
The spear was thrown from their hands, and the chicken-headed monsters were pierced through their bodies, they were not afraid of pain at all, and they only wanted to kill the stinky monkeys, and they did not hesitate to exchange their lives for this. The roar of the monkey and the scream of the roo-headed monster mingled like a pot of sound and stew.
The inexplicable scuffle between the two parties confuses both Kane and the Lizard, and the two of them stare at each other.
"Hey, what's going on? Do they have a grudge, why did they suddenly do it as soon as they met? ”
"Gollum."
"Well, you can't answer my questions at all, except gurgling and gurgling." Kane sighed, "But this is a good opportunity for us to sneak away while they're busy fighting." What do you think? ”
"Gollum"
"Well, then, you lead the way, man." Kane mounted it on the back and patted it on the head. The lizard whispered, and the lizard slowly and sneakily made its way around their battlefield, intending to flee from behind.
The lizard wasn't too stupid, it knew when to move and when to stop. Just as they were about to run out of the battlefield, the head of a monster flew down in front of the lizard, and the sudden drop of its head startled the guy. It stood up all over its body, and Kane's hand slipped and didn't grasp its neck, and he fell to the ground.
The chicken-headed monster spotted Kane and the lizard as they were about to escape, and they didn't care that they were stuck with spears or that the ghost-faced monkeys kept poking green holes in them. They pounced on Kane as if they were desperate, green blood splattering all over the ground, and the smell of fish rushed into the sky.
The lizard screamed, and then tried to run away.
"Hey! Don't leave me! What are you doing? Come back and take me for a ride. Kane stood up and waved at him.
The lizard turned around angrily and grabbed Kane's back collar in one gulp, and its four short, stout legs ran wildly.
"You stink!" Kane was dazed by the breath it exhaled, it smelled too good! That's what this thing is. Kane felt that the pain was no less than going through a war. Or that he would rather have a good fight with a ghost-faced monkey or a roo-headed monster than be attacked by this kind of "magic".
The lizard was so annoyed by Kane's incessant spat that it shook its head and punished him slightly.
"Roar!" The leader of the Ghost-faced Monkey held up his black spear, a symbol of power and power, and if you looked closely, you could see that the spearhead had been sharpened with animal fangs. The spear, a symbol of authority and power, was stored in his hand, and a blow full of absolute power was thrown in his hand.
The spear was swift and ferocious like lightning, piercing the hearts, heads, and abdomen of several chicken-headed monsters. It sent out a cloud of blood mist, which did not stop until it was inserted into a rock, and the spear shook and was mostly submerged in the stone, and the surface of the rock cracked a few cracks, as if to tell everyone how powerful the blow was.
Kane: They still didn't escape in the end, they were surrounded, in the center of the battlefield. Both the Cockhead and the Ghost-faced Monkey want their lives. Kane was as tall as a dwarf among them, and the creatures were much larger than him.
Kane moves between them, his small size is a disadvantage, but at the same time an advantage, his body is more flexible. The monsters won't be able to catch him at all, but will show many flaws, as if they deliberately opened their weaknesses in front of him for him to attack. The chicken-headed monsters have large bodies and no good defense, and the steel sword only needs to slash through them to leave a deep gap.
Kane only had to stab left and right to beat them to the ground.
Ghost-faced monkeys are more difficult to deal with than these chicken-headed monsters, and their IQ is higher, like a group of large, hairy primitive humans. lived a primitive life of bloodthirsty fur, and stayed in this barren place to survive.
The steel sword slashed all the way, and the unlucky ghost-faced monkey died tragically under the sword, and as soon as they fell, Kane would seize the opportunity to cut off his head with the sword. Not giving him a chance to live, the Ghostface Monkey leader sees corpses piled up around Kane - Ghostface Monkey and Chicken-headed Monster. With so many of his people dead, his anger rose uncontrollably.
He grabbed the spear scattered on the ground and slashed at Kane, the way it leaped was terrifying, especially with the two fangs that showed out of his large mouth. He's going to eat Kane alive!
The steel sword was clenched in his hand and could not resist the brute force of this guy, Kane could only fight and retreat, and when he got to the back, he simply did not follow the leader of the ghost-faced monkey and ran directly to the place where the chicken-headed monsters were dense.
His trick worked, and the chicken-headed monsters saw that he was followed by a sturdy ghost-faced monkey with a piercing roar and a voice full of hatred. Kane dodged the Chicken-Headed Monster with a sliding shovel, and they all rushed to the Ghost-Faced Monkey. A chicken-headed monster with the appearance of a small leader just bumped into the ghost-faced monkey, and the two faces were almost together.
The ghost-faced monkey opened its fangs and bit off half of the chicken-headed monster's face, then stabbed its spear into its abdomen, savagely picking open its abdomen, and the contents flowed all over the ground, and the fishy smell spread everywhere.
Far from frightening the rest of the monsters, the death of the little boss made them even more fearless to pounce on the Ghost-faced Monkey Leader. For a while, relying on the numerical advantage, the chicken-headed monster successfully suppressed him to death.
It was rare for the lizard not to run away this time, it was surrounded by the corpses of monsters, even in the face of five or six ghost-faced monkey warriors and six or seven chicken-headed monsters, it was like suddenly changing a soul. It was covered in scars, and it looked bloody and not lightly injured. But its steel teeth are no joke, it can bite them in two with a single bite.
"Hey! Come here! Kane shouted at it. The lizard replied and ran at him. Kane mounted the lizard, and the steel sword swung and slashed. He slashed at the Ghostface Monkey's neck, and the man's head moved with his body. The lizard's hard head slammed into the crowd of enemies like a battering ram.
"Haha! We're going to raid over there, hurry! Don't wait for the monkey leader to react, he's too powerful for us to win. We need to get out of the way before he can deal with us. He pointed in the other direction, a crystal-clad mountain and an open sandy area in the opposite direction.
They can't walk in the sand, where there is no space, and escaping in that place is tantamount to using themselves as a live target for these monkeys who are good at spears to practice with.
The lizard ran a few steps but suddenly changed its mind, and it fled to the unsafe open sand.
"What are you doing? Don't run around? Buddy! Your bad decisions will kill us! Turn around," Kane yelled at its back, hoping this guy wouldn't do anything stupid.
The lizard didn't care what Kane was saying, it was just going to run into the sand. The leader of the ghost-faced monkeys grabbed the chicken-headed monsters by the neck, and he flung their corpses with his hands towards Kane.
The enraged Ghostface Monkey transforms into a powerful living trebuchet that throws whatever it catches.
"Look at me, I'll say you've chosen the wrong path, and we're now completely his target!" As soon as Kane finished speaking, a rock came at him, and the lizard's leg was smashed, and it kept screaming in pain, and this time it was a cripple, and this time it really couldn't run around with Kane on its back.
Kane was faced with two choices, either to leave the lizard behind and get a chance to live, or to stay and take the lizard with him. Staying is a life of nine deaths, perhaps nine deaths and a life of nine deaths still overestimates this chance.
It was not his style to leave the lizard that had saved his life and run away, and if he walked away like this, he would have trouble sleeping.
Kane chose to stay. "Alas, it seems that it will be difficult to leave today, and we may die here. I'll save you this time, don't think about leaving me anymore. .... Good luck with us! With that, Kane rushed forward with his sword and confronted the Ghost-Faced Monkey leader again.
