Chapter 775: Hell

Countless feathers that radiated strange brilliance swayed slowly like a drizzle.

Countless angels have fallen from heaven.

The angels are winged like snow and wield sacred swords. Their countenances were solemn and sacred, and their eyes revealed conviction.

Dressed in golden armor and armed with a flaming sword, Michael is the leader of the angelic legions, majestic and inviolable. Raphael is as gentle as a spring breeze, and her singing can heal all wounds and boost morale.

Endless light took over half of the sky, and the thick harmony even pierced the earth, reaching the hearts of every being in the underground city.

And with those scattered feathers on the ground slowly falling.

The floodwaters are receding, even retreating into the ocean.

Mycroft could tell that they were now heavily armed, apparently preparing for a big battle.

He had already heard that being say that there would inevitably be a divine war in the future.

Who, then, are their enemies?

McCroft's doubts were quickly answered.

Not far from the kingdom of heaven, the clouds were torn, a sacred mountain loomed in the clouds, and palaces were lined up.

The gods of Olympus, clad in armor, emerge from the top of the mountain.

Zeus held the Staff of Thunder, his eyes shining with majesty and wisdom. Hera was dressed in a splendid battle robe, and her beauty and strength coexisted as if she could shake the stars.

Poseidon held a trident, and the sea water churned around him, as if to devour everything.

The momentum of both sides is not bad at all.

The two divine powers converged in the void and burst into dazzling light.

Thunder and flames are intertwined, and rainstorms dance with light feathers.

The battle, almost without the slightest words, began.

Zeus wielded the Staff of Thunder, and lightning slashed through the sky, heading for the angelic legions.

Michael swung the flaming sword, slashing out a stream of fiery sword qi, colliding with lightning in the air, emitting a deafening roar.

Endless brilliance blooms from the sky.

In an instant, the time of the whole world seemed to stand still at this moment.

There was a look of distraction and horror in the eyes of all the magicians and dignitaries of various countries, including Mycroft.

Under their gaze, the sky slowly began to crack like a spider web around the center of the impact point.

The entire heavenly vault was torn apart by the aftermath of their battle!

The earth shook violently, large chunks of the earth cracked, some volcanoes erupted directly, and magma flowed on the land.

Flames and thunder splattered on the ground below.

The forest began to burn with fire, and the animals on the ground fled in terror.

This is the Divine War, and the fluctuations generated by the first shock of the two sides are enough to shatter the heavens and the earth.

Michael is the right hand of God, the vice-ruler of the kingdom of heaven.

In the entire kingdom of heaven, second only to God, he once annihilated the 185,000 Assyrian armies that invaded Jerusalem overnight, prevented Abraham from sacrificing his only son, and captured and imprisoned Satan, the thousand-year-old dragon.

His combat power is not inferior to any of the main gods in Greek mythology.

The rest of the angels also began to collide with the gods.

The battle intensified, and the divine power intertwined into a spectacular picture. The void is filled with thunder, fire, sea, and wings.

The creatures of the whole land are fleeing in terror.

And the human dignitaries hiding in the shelter showed even more frightened looks, trembling at this terrifying sight.

Mycroft stared at the screen in front of him, his mind recalling the history of the world he had seen in the tavern, in the eyes of that being.

At that time, the dinosaurs were extinct and the scene was almost identical to what they are on land today.

Volcanoes erupted, earthquakes trembled, the sea churned, and the whole sky seemed to burn.

A race was destroyed in such a catastrophe.

And can human beings survive such a catastrophe?

"Which side is on our side?" One of the people in the control room asked curiously.

No one answered this question.

After a brief silence, Mycroft spoke slowly.

"The fate of mankind can only be entrusted to mankind itself."

He whispered in a deep gaze.

"We are no different from ants in their eyes at this moment.

Who cares if an ant lives or dies?"

His words were calm, but they made the entire control room quiet again, and the atmosphere in the hall became a little oppressive for a while.

However, at this moment, Michael collided with the forces of Zeus again.

And this time it seems to be a little different from the past.

The massive energy shook the angels and gods back a few steps, their faces filled with surprise and awe.

This energy tore the battlefield apart, forming a huge chasm.

Michael seems to have wanted to attack Zeus as well.

However, he seemed to sense something, his pupils contracted slightly, and he turned his head to look at the huge crack that had been torn open below.

And Zeus's voice came from not far away for the first time.

"I'm not afraid of fate, but I'm definitely going to face it with 100 percent energy."

Zeus's eyes burst with thunder.

"Though I am not afraid to have a fair war with you.

But in order to meet my destiny, I must retain my strength."

He slowly grinned and smiled a slightly hideous smile at Michael and the angels.

"Do you think I was able to defeat those Titans and become God-Kings just because of my strength?"

As Zeus's words fell, endless wails began to come from the cracks.

A thick black fog permeated the cracks.

In the cracks of darkness, countless demons were like beasts that had been imprisoned for thousands of years, finally breaking free from their shackles and surging out.

Their figures loomed in the twisted flames, their sharp fangs and hideous faces all the more terrifying in the dark red light.

The aura of evil spread like a plague, and everywhere it went, the vegetation withered and the lives were devastated.

This breath carries endless despair and fear, as if it can consume all life and hope. The air smells of sulfur and scorched earth.

This crack actually opened a hole directly between the earth and hell, tearing the seal of the gate of hell!

It was deliberately guided by Zeus and the power of the two of them, so that such a huge opening could be opened.

The roars of the demons shook the earth, and their laughter was sharp and piercing, like mockery and ridicule from the depths of hell.

Their figures trampled the land, leaving deep footprints with every step, as if they were about to turn the land into their domain once and for all.

In this moment of despair, the whole land seemed to be shrouded in a thick layer of darkness. The sunlight is obscured by thick clouds and cannot penetrate this darkness.

Soon, countless black feathers flew in the sky, and many beings with pitch-black wings behind them slowly flew out of the crack, and floated in the air to confront those angels.

These are fallen angels who defected from Heaven and fell into Hell.

It is the old enemy of the kingdom of heaven for thousands of years! (End of chapter)
