Chapter Seventy-Two: Touching the Heart
"Supervisor...."
Andy chewed on the term.
"What do you mean by custodian?"
Thor didn't answer, Andy looked at Chrissy again, and the other shook his head.
"Thor... Why don't you answer my question? β
Andy looked directly at the screen.
The golden chaos fluctuated for a while.
"I... Unable to answer your question, it is not procedural to exchange information in your area due to the information restrictions set by the custodian, and I hope you will get out of here as soon as possible. β
Andy keenly grasped the hidden meaning of this sentence.
"So, where do you think I go you can answer more? What is the area where you can limit your so-called information to allow you to speak freely? β
Thor was silent for a while, as if this conversation was a difficult thing for it to choose.
"Forbidden Zone."
"Heaven is in the forbidden zone."
It finally uttered such a strange answer, and a map appeared on the screen with a dot marked on it.
Andy was stunned at first, then thought of Helia's words.
The beep-beep boy shook suddenly.

[Mission Progress Updated: Enter Paradise]
He was just about to ask anything else, when the screen in front of him suddenly shook violently, and then fell into darkness.
Before the two of them could react, the humanoid robot in front of them began to frantically manipulate the surrounding consoles with its arms, and almost afterimages appeared.
"What's wrong?"
There was a sound of metal clashing outside, and the ground began to shake slightly.
The two of them couldn't figure out what was going on, and the screen went dark as if it meant that Thor had left the place as well.
Andy looked at the robot with its head down to operate the console for a moment, then stepped out of the cramped space to take a peek outside, and was shocked by what he saw as soon as he got out.
Almost all the metal cans were opened, and a large number of robots of various models came out of it.
Andy also saw what was inside the big jar, a large, self-propelled chariot-like robot with three legs ending in wheels and two arm-mounted machine guns, covered in heavy metal armor, roaring when walking, and some steam coming out of its back.
"Threat detected, threat index: yellow, eviction procedure executed."
Andy felt a little familiar, and suddenly remembered that this thing was not the same robot that stopped in front of the prisoners and slaughtered many prisoners when he escaped from Tibbetts Prison. He still can't forget the hum of the bullets and the tragic scene of blood everywhere, and many prisoners were instantly shattered by the iron flow fired by the two machine guns.
He walked back to what appeared to be the control center and questioned the robot standing in the middle.
"What are you doing here?"
The robot's dazzling hands finally stopped, and it looked up at Andy, and a moment later it emitted a feminine electronic sound.
"In accordance with the procedure, the cleaning procedure is to be carried out after the facility detects an external threat intrusion, and it is recommended that you do not leave the facility for ten minutes to prevent accidental injury."
Andy and Chrissy looked at each other as the sound of earth-shattering gunfire and laser fire echoed through the narrow space, forcing them to crouch on the ground with their ears covered.
"Hum-da-bang..."
After about ten minutes, the gunfire finally stopped, and there was a continuous sound outside of the metal canisters that had been heard at first, only this time it was presumably closed.
"Cleaning procedures are complete, please leave the facility, count down to 60 minutes, and the eviction procedure will be initiated."
The robot emits an indifferent electronic female voice and gives the order to evict the customer.
Andy and Chrissy had no choice but to get out of here, and on the way, they saw robots coming back from the caves outside and entering the metal canisters, and they even had a lot of blood on them.
"What is this?"
Chrissy was a little uncomfortable with the smell of blood, and Andy ran out of here and into the cave as quickly as he could.
"It's really clean..."
Andy stood not far from the metal barrier and looked out at the cavern passage, which was now full of corpses.
A large robot was making a strange gesture not far away, it lowered its head and opened its backplate and stood still, a large cloud of steam burst out, Andy saw two cylindrical yellow unidentified objects embedded in its torso, which seemed to glow red, as if the heat was very high.
After a few moments, the robot reclosed its back, turned around and roared into the facility behind Andy.
Chrissy kicked away a section of the corpse in disgust.
"What is this?"
Andy watched as the robot finally entered the facility, the metal isolation door of the unidentified robot's storage facility quietly closed, and his thoughts came and went.
"It seems like they're all rats, and those rats are following us, and they're coming in after we get here, and as a result, some kind of defense program is triggered."
He looked back at the flesh on the ground.
"But it won't take ten minutes to kill these rats, I guess... All the monsters in this cave must have been killed. β
The two walked out towards the outside, and sure enough, they saw a lot of terrible monster corpses along the way.
What appeared to be a giant ant queen was lying on the ground, with two rows of horrific marks of torn flesh, and a huge white belly that had been blasted alive and covered in yellow blood. It can be seen that it should have been done by the huge robot that was dissipating heat before using a dual-wielding machine gun, in front of those advanced man-made killing machines in the old world, these monsters are fragile to death, even if this queen ant is a mountain if it is alive, but it is now dying miserably.
The huge slugs were burned into a mass of garbage by the heat, and the huge ants that were broken were everywhere, and blood of various colors even splattered on the roof of the cave, which looked like an abstract painting when illuminated.
In ten minutes, the creatures that had been entrenched here for a long time were slaughtered. "Terrible..."
Chrissy couldn't help but be stunned as she looked at the scene in front of her.
"I've heard that at the beginning of the war with the Brotherhood, they also had a so-called robot unit that came out, and it was very lethal to the NCR."
"And then? How does NCR solve it? β
Chrissy covered her nose and walked past the corpse of the giant queen.
"The NCR is overwhelmingly superior in numbers, and we have an elite unit, the Rangers, and the Followers of the Apocalypse have sent experts at the request of the government to provide some technology on countering robot units, and it seems that the massacre created by those robots is not liked by them, and they have always been at odds with the NCR government.... In short, with the Rangers' knowledge of the robot's weaknesses and the devotion of pulse weapons, the Brotherhood's robot forces were soon wiped out, and they were no longer able to form new ones. β
She looked back at the robotic facility, which had been shut down.
"There are so many robots, it's quite rare, if the Brotherhood finds out, I guess they'll go crazy and try to take this place for themselves..."
The two walked out of the cave, free from the gloomy and pungent smell behind them.
"Could it be that there is a Brotherhood here, too? Didn't you say the Brotherhood is in NCR? β
Chrissy shook the filth off her boots.
"If the NCR can send an expedition, so can the Brotherhood... Especially here is the point of contradiction Hoover Dam, the NCR occupies there is stepping on their G-spot, so the Brotherhood also has people here, they have been trying to cut off the connection between the Hoover Dam and the mainland, and then seize the Hoover Dam .... As far as I knew before I left, they were successful, thanks to their blockades and occasional raids, the loss of the fortress of Alashid, and the destruction of the Legion, the symbol of NCR domination in the East. β
She looked back at Andy.
"Where do we go next?"
Andy looked into the distance.
"Go to heaven and see if there really is a god there."
