I don't know what's going on lately, but I feel like something is wrong with my brain. I wake up every day like I can't secrete dopamine, I don't have the passion to do anything, the first thing I do when I turn on the computer is to think "I don't want to write and cut", I just want to play games, and then I want to vomit when I play games, and I don't know what to do.

Writing is very passionate, if I can't open the blood and anger when I code words, it is easy to get stuck in the plot, I can't write good content, and I can only reluctantly follow the outline prepared in advance and slowly climb down.

Maybe it's because the routine is not very good and I sleep too late. It's also possible that the book's review section has mixed reviews, so my mentality has been affected. It's also possible that I've been living alone for too long and I'm having something mentally wrong.

My first task these days is to regain my passion for life so that I can continue to write good books. First I adjusted my work and rest, and then I also tried to exercise more and live a regular life, and then I also thought about applying wind oil to my face when I was thinking about code words.

Of course, updates are not broken, and this is the benefit of having a habit of saving.
