The reason why Xu Gan people are looking for a lover

Xu Gan is probably the least famous of Jian'an's seven sons. But he has a soft heart and can be relied on, so a person like Liu Zhen, who is tough on everyone, is willing to show him the weakness in his heart, because Liu Zhen knows that Xu Gan can give him comfort. Liu Zhen's song "Gift to Xu Gan" in the quarry, Xu Gan replied like this:

There is little else to do with the son, and it has not been ten years.

I think about it, and its sorrow is like three springs.

Although the road is close at hand, it is difficult to wade through nine levels.

Tao Tao Zhu Xiade, the grass and trees are prosperous and prosperous.

Liu Zhen is not comforted. He was originally to blame, but Xu Gan couldn't tell him clearly that his fate was all about Cao Cao's mood. So Xu Gan can only say, I miss you too, although we have been separated for less than ten years, but the melancholy brought by deep longing is like the twilight of falling flowers. The distance between us, though close, is insurmountable. However, summer will still come, and there will be flourishing vegetation again.

When people are in trouble, they want to find comfort and courage most than wisdom, and rational analysis is sometimes no more effective than deep emotional longing. Xu Gan gave Liu Zhen a vision, no matter what happens now, the future can be promised as long as it is imaginative enough.

Xu Gan and Liu Zhen are both rigid and soft. Zhong Rong later commented on these two letters, and said that Xu Gan's poems were compared with Liu Zhen's, using grass stems to deduct Hong Zhong. It means that its literary style is average, which is not as good as the pine and windy literary atmosphere in Liu Zhen's poems. However, Zhong Rong probably forgot that there is another realm of grass stems: cattails are as tough as silk. Not majestic, not heroic, but tenacious.

This year, Xu Gan was forty-two years old, and like Liu Zhen, he was Cao Pi's subordinate: Zhonglang will be a literary scholar. He has been a priest in Cao Cao's place for seven years, and he is either a secretary or a staff officer. Xu Gan's era is the second era of Jian'an's seven sons: Kong Rong was born the next year when he became famous for saving Zhang Jian, and he was not impregnated with those high-ranking people in the late Han Dynasty. When Xu Gan began to work, it was Cao Cao's era. What he saw was basically those things in Cao Cao's mansion. After almost ten years of official status, although the official is not small, a wish in Xu Gan's heart is becoming more and more obvious. Cao Pi understood it, and said in "The Book with Wu Quality": Huaiwen is quality-bearing, tranquil and has few desires, and has the ambition of Jishan.

He wants to retreat, wander in the deep valley, pick chrysanthemums, forget about the landscape, and can't help but keep a glamorous job, for his own face and for the family. When you can't deceive yourself, being an official is like chewing wax and helpless. Later, Xu Gan was sent to Shangai, Shanxi Province to be the county magistrate. Cao Cao probably wanted him to exercise at the grassroots level and then go up, but he didn't expect Xu Gan to have no desire to be promoted at all, so he simply couldn't go this time. Xu Gan, who was middle-aged, watched Cao Cao kill Bian Rang, Kong Rong, Yang Xiu, and Lou Gui as a bystander...... are all the world's junjie, the original blood was poured down by this heart-pounding basin of cold water, it should have been cold a long time ago.

But Xu Gan's flexibility made him destined not to seek death in a posture like Kong Rong, and when the lost political enthusiasm turned to literature, there must be good works.

He wrote six poems "Room Thoughts", expressing the unspeakable in his heart from the perspective of a thinking woman. Beginning with the vanilla beauty that appeared in a large section of Qu Yuan's "Lisao", Chinese poets often compared themselves to beautiful women or resentful women, expressing their political grievances about not being pitied by the Lord or being born in troubled times, and Xu Gan was no exception. However, even from the point of view of pure love poems, these six poems are also excellent.

There are four sentences in it: "Don't worry about food, you are always hungry." Sitting upright and doing nothing, as if you are a gentleman. "Xu Gan understands women too well, these four sentences make people think of the story of the poetess Xu Shu during the time of Emperor Huan of the Eastern Han Dynasty. Her husband Qin Jia was on a business trip, and he was afraid that she would be lonely, so he collected a lot of beautiful headdresses and delicate rouge for her, and sent back the piano he often played to her, wanting her to be happier. However, Xu Shu replied, I wore a headdress and looked in the mirror, and I thought of you standing next to me, and when I played the piano and recited poetry, I touched the scene and felt a knot. After all, you will be able to enjoy the makeup reflected in the mirror, and you will want to listen to the music that plays out. You're not here, I'm not even in the mood to pretend to be myself.

The ancient Greek playwright Aristophanes said that the reason why people are looking for their lovers is because they are a ball, and because they are so perfect, they are cut in half by God, so they have to desperately find the other half while they are alive and put the ball together. This is love, and it is also the meeting of the monarch and the minister. The woman waited for the man who loved her body and her soul, and the courtier waited even harder for the king who loved his ideals and his talents. Therefore, there are depressed literati who regard themselves as thinking women.

Xu Gan's colleagues, Chen Lin, Jia Xu, and Wang Cang, all went around and around with several bosses and found several jobs, but they were sold again and again among the warlords, embarrassed, and trampled on their self-esteem. If it is said that the other people of the seven sons of Jian'an are more embodied in the courage to move forward, to excite words, and to discuss the way of the world. In Xu Gan's body, it is a kind of low-level contemplation and introspection, and the inexhaustible speculation in those poems is put into the philosophical treatise "Zhong Lun".

In the "Treatise on the Middle Ages", the poetry of the Jian'an literati began to develop in a more rational and deep philosophical direction, but the theme remained the same: why did they still suffer so much because of their power, status, and achievements? They all believe in Confucianism, and they think that to be a Confucian student is to have the dignity of their own life, and to clean up the sea under the leadership of the Ming monarch and the holy lord, and to do a career. However, the traditional ideas of Confucianism in their time can only be torn apart again and again between the ideal of the royal road and the domineering reality, leaving them with few choices. Or the two ends of the first rat, or like Xun Yu, he didn't want to violate his responsibility to the Han family, nor could he violate his loyalty to Cao Cao, so in the end he could only tear himself apart with a glass of wine.

Xu Gan may know the answer, but he can't change anything, so he can only keep the ideal of a gentleman: there is no seal of land and all people respect it, there is no power of punishment and all people are afraid of it, there is no joy of feathers and all people are happy, and there is no reward of Juelu and all people cherish it. In order to find a theoretical outlet for his gradual escapist behavior.

The dream of Jian'an Seven Sons, these talented young people, who are running for their ideals, being teased by life, and helping the world, has made Jian'an Seven Sons hit the south wall enough and sprinkle enough blood. They came out with the ideal of saving the country through the world, thinking that as long as they had morality and ideals, they could get the highest level of respect.

But in the end, some did not die well, and some became insignificant civil servants. Their ideals of supporting the world eventually became the program of the banquet and the lyrics of popular songs. The more they care, the more they despise it, but they are still obsessed. Xu Gan understood, understood, and it was time to say goodbye. If the story of Jian'an's seven sons is a piano song, then Xu Gan is a low and slow ending.

Their next generation, at last, has wiser people who are beginning to pick up the pieces of their lives and fix the absurdity of traditional Confucian rules in practice. Some of them aspired to academics, and some participated in the political situation, so in the first years, three philosophers appeared, and a metaphysical movement in the true sense appeared. This is the communism of the socialists and the rampage of the hippies, in essence, the same: the salvation of the ideal - after all, people and animals are still different, life is always painful, pain has to be tossed, in order to be able to run to a better future.
