Chapter 9: The Little Fishman Looks for His Mother

Waves rushed onto the beach, quickly smoothing out the footprints.

"You don't have to stir up the mind that he has managed to calm down."

Vico's tone was unusually helpless.

Ryan: "You think it's a good thing to keep him blinding himself?"

"I don't know, so I'm never afraid to say I'm doing the right thing." Vico looked at Ryan's side face, "Again, I can only follow the Queen's will and teach him all my skills as much as I can, and I will never mention anything else. Whether it's good or bad to do that, I never dare to think about it."

"Makes sense." Ryan bowed.

"So, what about you? Do you think it's a good thing for him to do that?" Vico couldn't help but look at Arthur, who had not yet woken up after fainting.

Ryan shook his head in the same way, "I don't know if it's good for him, it's good for me anyway."

His frankness made Vico feel even more helpless, and he was silent for a long time before asking, "So, what is your purpose?"

"Change his current situation."

"You might hurt him."

"No, it won't." Ryan suddenly smiled and said seriously, "Even if he does die one day, you can come to me with his corpse, and I promise to bring him back to life."

Vico's eyes were both shocked and suspicious.

He couldn't tell whether Ryan's words were true or false, but at least he couldn't find any signs of deception in his tone and demeanor.

But is the resurrection so easy to do?

"Do you think Queen Atlanta is still alive?"

"That's right, she's alive and well."

"How does she survive in the Trench Clan?"

Ryan looked at the sea: "You know better than I do under the ocean, which is far more mysterious than the land, and the connection of space and passage is far more complex than that of the land. Actually, finding Atlanta isn't as complicated as you might think, and she's in the same place as your legendary Golden Trident right now."

Vico was shocked when he heard this.

Ryan also looked back at him at the same time, "Do you know how to chase the Golden Trident?"

"No, I don't know." Vico shook his head and denied it without thinking about it.

Ryan laughed, "Don't worry, I don't want your artifact, but can you really bear to let a child grow up without a mother? Aren't you worried at all about the lack of mother's love that will lead to some kind of flaw in his personality that will not heal? Vico, by any means, is the son of the Queen, the only heir to Atlantis, and if Orm doesn't succeed in the future, won't you have to bring him back?"

Vico's lips were pursed, and although there was nothing unusual in his eyes, his sluggish expression just confirmed that he was extremely deliberately hiding his emotions at this time.

Ryan didn't debunk it, but continued: "You think you are teaching just a child left by the queen on land, but you don't know, he is very likely to be the future and hope of the entire Atlantis and even all the people under the sea, you think that his changes may only affect the happiness of a family, but you forget that he has the blood of Atlantis and landlings, he is inherently different, and no one can change or deny this. Or...... You know, but you don't dare to do something?"

"What exactly do you want?" Vico spoke again, looking nervous from the inside out.

Ryan didn't explain any more, but said, "I'll come back to you when you bring the queen back."

Vico was about to refute, but the next second it suddenly went dark in front of him, and he immediately fell headlong.

"You hear me." Ryan said.

Suddenly, the young Arthur sprang to his feet and ran to Vico's side, shaking his body in worry.

"I hear you, but you don't seem to be a good person. What happened to you with Vico?"

"He's fine. Whether I'm good or not, I'll wait until you find your mother."

"I will!" Arthur was very determined.

Ryan was very relieved and said softly, "Then, you can sleep first

Son."

Immediately, Arthur slowly closed his eyes and lay limply on Vico.

Immediately, Ryan stretched out his hand, and a faint layer of red mist suddenly floated on the two bodies, one large and one small, condensed into a stream of blood and injected into his body.

The moment he absorbed it, Ryan felt a power like no other.

Arthur's blood, in particular, seemed to be able to make him hear the sound of the ocean ringing in his ears.

After a while, Ryan restrained his hand.

Vico's blood can be sucked more, and Arthur has to be restrained, he is still a child, don't accidentally suck him to death.

After it was over, Ryan looked at his body shape again and found that there had not been much change, and it was estimated that he had grown to the limit of this age.

This trip planted a seed for Arthur that "the little fishman is looking for his mother", so I believe that he will no longer be silent or passively driven to move forward in the future.

Any slight change will continue to accumulate until it finally blooms into a completely different flower.

The next moment.

The wings of light stretched out and soared into the sky.

-----------------

Night.

Pentagon.

In the empty corridor, a cloud of black fog quickly shuttled through the night, and it didn't take long to reach the base located deep underground.

It kept moving along the crevices into every room, into every corner of the cabinet, with incredible speed, and all the protection and detection devices here were reduced to waste.

After a while, the black mist trembled slightly, and then poured into a safe.

Soon, the silver metal doors glowed red.

The brightness grew stronger, and so did the temperature, and before long, the heavy, hard metal door began to melt and flow.

In a moment, a bat flapped its wings and flew out, carrying a silver cube box many times larger than itself in its claws.

Manifesting a life form and flying with a large object, the alarm inside the base soon sounded.

A high-pitched, high-pitched sound accompanied by a red siren light, and the sound of shouts and footsteps approached quickly.

Especially in front of him, there was a dull vibration from the metal door closing.

The bat's body flashed and turned into a human form.

The body was wrapped in red blood armor, and the blood flowed from the straight long knife.

With a swing of the knife, the gate was immediately cut open by a sharp edge.

The security door behind him slammed open, and heavily armed guards rushed in, and the muzzle of the black hole instantly locked onto Ryan.

I saw Ryan raise his hand unhurriedly, and his palm was facing everyone.

The moment the blood energy was activated, the fingers that fell on the trigger could not continue to move no matter what, and even their bodies suddenly became extremely stiff.

Cutting through the door, Ryan turned back into a black mist in front of everyone, wrapped in the box and quickly left.

A moment later, a cloud of mist rushed out of the ground, shattering the entrance, and the hundreds of guards surrounding the rabbit opened fire instantly, but the fog spread violently, and the crowd suddenly resounded with panicked exclamations.

Suddenly, several fires struck quickly from a distance, and after entering the black mist, a strong explosion was immediately triggered, and the flames suddenly rose, and the thick black mist was engulfed a lot, and even the color was lighter.

With a clang, the silver cube box fell to the side, and several guards immediately stepped forward to carry it away.

At the same time, seeing that this attack was effective, more rocket launchers and howitzers were erected in the high places on the periphery to quickly aim.

The black mist suddenly condensed, the crimson figure reappeared, and Ryan held the strong bow in his hand.

Several shells dragged flames and white smoke from different directions.

The same number of blood-red arrows headed towards them.

Moment.

The two collided, and clusters of fire exploded one after another in mid-air.

In an instant, arrows burst out of the flames again, piercing the guard's eyebrows with incredible precision, and the tail feathers trembled.

The bullet struck in front of him, and Ryan turned his bow in his hand

It is a long stick, rotated with one hand, and the stick shadow flies.

The sound of clanging collisions was endless, and the sparks seemed to form a star curtain in front of him.

Bullets that bounce at high velocity strike the ground, walls, or guards in a disorderly manner.

A rumbling sound came from the sky, and then a bright light accompanied the gunship through the view of the building, and fell directly on Ryan.

The next moment, a fierce fire erupted from the side of the helicopter, and the lines of fire visible to the naked eye poured out like a shower, and the rubble in front of Ryan burst out, and the hard ground was instantly punched out of deep craters.

The sound of the Vulcan cannon bursting in continuous fire even overpowered the noise of the helicopter.

Tongues of fire are about to be added.

A pair of scarlet blood wings behind Ryan suddenly opened, but when he saw the wings shook, the whole person immediately turned into a red light that pierced the night sky.

Momentarily beside the helicopter, Ryan spun on his side, his unbridled wings colliding with the steel alloy fuselage.

The blood wing was like a sharp blade, piercing the fuselage in an instant.

After the helicopter continued to fly forward for a few seconds, the rear half of the fuselage suddenly broke off and fell, and the nose of the fuselage followed with a spiral descending.

The crowd below quickly dispersed.

Rumble!

The flames erupted, and the explosion shook the sky.

Ryan stood in the air, his eyes locked on his target, and as soon as he stretched out his hand, the guard holding the box and preparing to leave immediately flew up uncontrollably. When he arrived, Ryan took the box and let the other man free fall.

In the blink of an eye.

Through the space, the bloody wings of the figure reflect the full moon.

Like a god!

Syllable!

A newspaper with the above image on it slammed on the table.

A large hand followed suit.

"I can understand that someone took things from our underground base, and I can understand that you have suffered casualties in the process of encirclement and suppression, and I even allowed you to cause hundreds of millions of dollars in losses to the country in less than five minutes, but! Please tell me why! Such a confidential incident and even a photo would have appeared directly in the newspaper the next morning!!

As the words continued to rise, the pitch eventually turned into a roar that resounded through the room.

Ahead, the people on both sides of the long table were silent.

Then the door opened, and everyone looked back.

"General Swanwick, is there something wrong?" The roarer restrained his emotions, but when he opened his mouth, he still couldn't hide the anger in his chest.

Swanwick, a black general, walked up to the other man, reached for the newspaper, looked at the photograph and then glanced at the corner of the newspaper.

"The Planet, this newspaper always gets something confidential." With that, he looked up at one of the people below, "You should have something to say."

Suddenly, the man's body shook and he buried his head lower.

Swanwick shook his head, waved his hand, and a group of men rushed through the door to torture him.

Passing by, the roaring man couldn't help but raise his leg and kick hard.

Swanwick hurriedly grabbed him: "Alright, General, he will get the punishment he deserves."

After the other party scolded for a while, he turned to look at him again: "Swanwick, you found out this traitor, so did you find out who was last night?"

Swanwick shook his head slightly, "Not yet, but...... I think I'll be able to find him soon."
