Chapter 837: Hermione's Quietly Changing Place
Amosta and Hermione delayed their journey for a while, mainly because of Hermione.
The little witch said that she couldn't find her toothbrush cup, and that she was going to buy one from a Muggle shop near St. Mungo, looking at the back of Hermione, who was running fast, Amosta felt slightly strange, this girl has a good memory and a strict personality, how did she become a little reckless after being injured once?
But in the end, they made it to lunch.
When Amosta led Hermione into the foyer and appeared in the Great Hall, the noisy Great Hall, from the four House Tables to the faculty tables above, was as quiet as time had stood still.
The eerie silence did not last long, and then, with a sudden burst of commotion and applause, made the hanging candelabras and window panes of the Great Hall shake!
Many of the young Slytherin wizards didn't think they were making enough noise, so they jumped on their stools, pulled silver dishes with roasted sausages from the table and slammed them on, and there was no sound of cheering from the faculty table.
A group of faculty members also applauded Amosta as a sign of respect for uprooting a heinous and powerful dark wizard organization, and even Professor Snape slapped him lazily a few times.
It was Karkaroff, although he had a lukewarm smile on his face, but his eyes were still cold, and after Amosta raised his hand and smiled to keep everyone quiet, he lowered his head and continued to eat his lunch, but after eating a few bites of sausages, Karkaroff vomited,
"It's terrible!"
Karkaroff said with a look of disgust,
"The kitchen elves should be hanged, these damn guys are too old to fry the sausages!"
Dumbledore and several of the Headmasters, as well as Madame Maxime, all noticed Karkaroff's coy demeanor, but except for Professor McGonagall, who clenched the fork in her hand and glared at him coldly, as if trying to seal Karkaroff's mouth with the fork, the rest of them ignored Karkaroff.
Hermione couldn't hold back the mood to be with her friends, and with a smile on her face, she ran to the Gryffindor table under the gaze of hundreds of people, and gave her friends hugs in turn.
Ginny, Lavender, Patil, Fred and George. The two brothers put on a strange expression and said with a grin,
"Oh, stay away from us, Miss Know-It-All, we'll be unlucky with you!"
But it was just a joke, they still hugged Hermione separately, Harry and Ron were the last, and Hermione hugged him the longest.
"Professor Binns said that if I can't improve the quality of my post-class papers, it will turn me into a ghost!"
Harry's mouth was cracking to the base of his ear.
"That's not bad."
Hermione smiled brightly,
"If it makes you more focused when you're doing your homework."
When Hermione looked at hermione, Ron's expression flashed unnatural, but when Hermione generously opened her arms to him, Ron threw all his thoughts out of his head and hugged Hermione fiercely, "I thought you were going to stay in St. Mungo until the Ministry of Magic went bankrupt because he couldn't afford your treatment. โ
He said with a grin.
"Oh, it's not a bad environment,"
Hermione raised an eyebrow and said, "If St. Mungo's had a library, I wouldn't mind staying a few more days." โ
Hermione was a good person, especially after the first game of the tournament.
Many young wizards were lining up to congratulate Hermione, and even some of the other little wizards at the house head's table left their seats and walked over, for example, Cedric came with Akihari, Krum, Luna, Hannah and Ernie, Justin, and Fleur also led Gabrielle over,
"I don't want to deal with two boys alone in the second game."
Fleur stroked her waterfall-like silver hair and smiled, speaking to Hermione in her distinctive voice.
"Oh, I'll try not to hold you back."
Hermione smiled back.
On the way back, when passing by Amosta's side, Fleur paused, she raised her beautiful chin, and the face that had both eyebrows and spring mountains, and autumn water cut pupils, and a charming but not demonic face greeted Amosta,
"If there is such an exciting adventure next time, can you take me with you?"
"Miss Delacourโ"
Amosta smiled gently,
"You don't need to blindly pursue thrills, I'm sure the second game will make you happy."
Fleur twisted her upturned nose, ready to accuse the man in front of her of pretending to be confused, but seeing that the commotion had gradually subsided, Amosta touched Gabrielle's hair standing beside Fleur and looked at her with adoration on her face, and then walked to the faculty table with a smile on her face.
Harry and the others watched Professor Bryan walk to the front of the auditorium until they took their seats, and everyone's eyes were filled with reverence.
"What an amazing man!"
Angelina, who was two seats away from Hermione, took out the Daily Prophet in her pocket and shook it, the front page of the day was still the controversial report of the Joint Inquisition's progress on the conviction of the dark wizards, and now all parties were calling for Dumbledore or Bryan to come out and do justice.
"The Daily Prophet's report on Professor Bryan has collected more in the last two years than 'A History of Hogwarts,'"
Angelina turned her head to look at Hermione,
"The newspapers haven't mentioned anything related to you, but it must have something to do with the Dark Wizarding Order, right, Professor Bryan left Hogwarts to find out the truth about your attack, and it didn't take long for the news to spread that he had uprooted the organization. Did he tell you why the group was persecuting you? โ
"Hmm"
After being away for half a month, the food at Hogwarts made Hermione miss it immensely, she was asking Harry and Ron about the progress of their classes, while pulling scrambled eggs in her mouth regardless of her image, hearing Angelina's question, Hermione's eyes flickered,
"I don't know. Angelina, Professor Bryan didn't mention it to me, maybe, they just didn't like me. โ
Harry and Ron glanced at each other, as Hermione's two best friends, they immediately realized that Hermione was hiding something, but now there were too many people to ask.
Angelina wanted to ask, but Hermione, who swallowed the food, pulled down her shoulders heavily and sighed heavily,
"I've never felt so tired, I just want to go back to the dorm and have a good rest, but no, I've fallen behind so much schoolwork, I have to make up for it in a hurry, of course, I'm going to take a shower before that, St. Mungo's patients are too many, and I'm so weak that I can't always get in line."
"You can go to the prefect's bathroom, Hermione, I have the password."
Angelina said with a grin,
"I promise you, it'll be something you will never forget."
To Harry and Ron's astonishment, Hermione actually showed a genuinely interested expression and approached Angelina to ask.
"Hasn't she fully come to her senses?" Ron said in surprise
"Or is she not Hermione at all, but someone who drank the Polyjuice Potion, you know what I mean, Harry, she would never have given up studying for the sake of enjoyment."
"Maybe--"
Looking at Hermione, who quickly blended into the girls' pile and never stopped laughing, Harry shrugged his shoulders and said casually,
"She's just more confident, we just didn't realize it."
