Then came a young man who was about to go on a voyage to the sea, and he hoped that the Bodhisattva would bless him with a safe return.

At this time, the rich man who had lost his wallet came back, and he thought that the young man had stolen his wallet, so he quarreled with the young man, and the quarrel was very strong.

The Bodhisattva's disciple had not spoken, but then he could not help himself, and came out to tell the rich man that his wallet had just been picked up by a poor man, and told him to go out and chase after him.

The rich man naturally went after him, and the Bodhisattva also appeared at this time, announcing that the apprentice's test had failed.

The disciple was naturally puzzled and asked the Bodhisattva why he had failed his test.

The Bodhisattva said that the rich man just now was not short of money in the first place, and the poor man picked up that wallet, which was providential, just to help him get through the difficulties and treat his family.

And the young man who was wronged, the ship he was on was about to be shipwrecked, and if he had to argue with the rich man for a few more minutes, he would miss the ship, and although he had been wronged, he could save his life.

But because of the apprentice's reminder, he changed the young man's cause and effect.

I asked Lin Yin, "If you don't consider the Bodhisattva's answer later, just looking at that apprentice's behavior, do you think he is right or wrong?" ”
