For another example, when we treat children's night crying, there is a very classic mantra of wishing for you, called: Emperor of Heaven, Emperor of the Earth, there is a night crying man in my family, and the gentleman who passes by recites it three times, and sleeps until dawn.

Write this mantra into a note and stick it on the tree on the side of the road in front of the door, and everyone will help you recite it, and the child will not cry. This is also the mental power of sentient beings.

Are all spells guaranteed to work? Of course not.

A charm is, after all, an expression of the mind. Now, we can see a lot of books about charms, which record a lot of drawing of charms, as well as spells, etc., so what are these actually equivalent to? It's the equivalent of the official document format that is written now.

What does that charm have to do with whether it is spiritual or not? Does it have anything to do with the format of the document? Of course there is, but it doesn't have much to do with it, and it mainly has to do with the person who draws the symbol.

It's the same thing that your brother tells you, you probably won't listen, but if your grandfather tells you, you probably won't listen.

It's the same thing, it's not what you write or say, it's how powerful you are.

Charms and spells are the same, with some power, but the most important thing is your personal ability.

So, why is the Five Thunder Method of Tiger Power Daxian not working in front of Sun Wukong?

Because Sun Wukong has already gone to heaven to greet all the gods and goddesses of Lei Gongdian Mother.

So Sun Wukong doesn't need a spell, he only needs to use a golden hoop stick to point, and naturally he can also ask for rain.

In the end, it's a matter of energy level.

A charm is mobilized by the power of words and words, it is either a command, or a supplication, or a deterrent.

This is like when an army fights a war, before starting a war, a division table or a letter must be written to motivate the soldiers and issue orders.

If you write well, it will naturally be more effective, but if you don't write well, it doesn't matter, as long as you have enough power.

The purpose of the spell is to win souls.

As for the altar array, it lies in the acquisition of the land.

When we are fighting, we must choose favorable terrain and lay out a good formation, which is the role of the altar array.

For example, when we ask for rain, we can't choose the time of day, we can only choose the location, so we have to set up an altar array, the purpose of which is to better gather and use energy, just as an army is deployed to better gather and use troops.

Like now, there are some exquisite layouts in feng shui, which can actually be regarded as a kind of altar array.

In addition to the altar array and charms, the rest is magic weapons, just like the weapons held by soldiers in battle.

The magic weapon is the use of different things in nature to restrain each other, such as the peach wood sword can be used to ward off evil spirits, etc., which is the most used in the town law.

This is the basic content of spells, and any spell is basically inseparable from charms, altars, and magic weapons, these three things, which represent people, land, and things respectively.

Whether a spell is effective or not depends mainly on the cultivation of the caster, not on the spell itself.

Well, the content of Taoism is basically finished with you, mainly so that you can have a basic understanding and not be confused by the many strange magic techniques outside.

So as a Taoist, do you have to practice these techniques? If you don't practice, what do you do on a daily basis?

In other words, we have talked so much, so where should we start with our cultivation?

We say that monasticism is a way of life, and as most people, let's talk about the introduction and advanced methods of daily monasticism.

As for ordinary people cultivating the Tao, they should start with daily lessons.

What is a day class? That is, the homework that should be done every day.

The daily class mainly includes two aspects, one is the physical exercise, and the other is the life of the landing.

How can we say that a person has started to monastic? The sign of a person starting to cultivate the Tao is, firstly, to start paying attention to one's own body and practicing Taoist health exercises, which is for the purpose of longevity, and the other is to start paying attention to one's own life, and to use Taoist ideas to guide one's behavior, so that life can be at ease, which is for long-term happiness. These two points are where to start.

Physical exercises, such as sitting upright, guiding, etc., should be practiced consistently. As for life, internal affairs but peace of mind, external affairs but thoughtful, this is the landing.

When a person is physically healthy and mentally stable, the next step is to move on to advanced practice.

It also mainly includes two aspects, one is the recitation of the classics, and the other is the cultivation of the Dan Dao.

The recitation of the classics is to seek the learning of the sages, and you can read various Taoist books such as the Tao Te Ching, the Yin Fu Sutra, and the Nanhua Sutra, which is to increase knowledge and enlighten wisdom. The cultivation of the Dan Dao is to practice the way of concentration and concentration, and in the end, it is to continuously improve one's energy level.

This is an advanced practice after the introduction.

That is, we must first do the humane, and then the way of heaven. We often say that if we do our best, we will obey the destiny of heaven, and if we do our best, then the way of heaven will be revealed.
