Chapter 520: Death Lightning
"Don't worry."
The Flash stood between the tar pits and the officers escorting the cash truck.
"I'll take care of it."
"Okay, no problem."
A police officer in the back smiled with relief when he saw him appear, resting his elbow on the car and saying lightly.
"Went on vacation before? I have to admit that we all miss you."
The Flash focused on the tar pit and didn't reply.
The tar pits had caused him a lot of trouble when they first met, but that was in the past. Many people tend to ignore that the Flash is more or less a scientist than the "fastest man in the world". He relied on his mind as much as his speed against opponents he had played before.
"You were lucky last time, Red!"
The tar pit was drunk, and a punch was thrown out of the air.
"But not this time!!"
Flames erupted from his fist, enveloping a huge black mass like a meteorite. The Flash's figure pans and dodges sideways, deftly avoiding it. Flames slammed through the red afterimage.
"I doubt it," said the Flash, who circled the tar pit for most of the time, "you look as slow as a turtle as always." β
"Drink!"
The tar pit screamed angrily, its entire pitch-black body was like burning coal, and the heat distorted the air, making it look a little erratic.
He snapped his palms out, and flames fired one after another. But the Flash drifted through the flames like oil on the soles of his feet, and still didn't hit.
"Didn't hit, poorβ"
The red afterimage moved as it taunted.
But at this time, the Flash himself didn't notice.
At the same time as he launched his divine speed and moved horizontally at super high speed, there was a trace of purple-black impurities in the golden electric light surrounding him at some point.
"Soon, Red. I may not be able to hit you."
The tar pit turned and blasted flames at the officers near the cash truck.
"But I can predict your goal!"
The officer over there was taken aback, and had no time to react. The Flash hurriedly turned around and flew away with lightning, as if turning into a whirlwind and swept the police officer more than ten meters away, avoiding it in a thrilling way.
"Ha, you're lucky with this one." The tar pit palmed out, "Then what are you going to do next?" β
Fireballs continued to blast at the innocent people. The Flash flashed in all directions, as fast as if splitting into several clones, and at the same time flew in different directions to save the targets of the tar pits.
"Soon, Reds, but not enough! See what I'm going to do next!? β
The tar pit came out with his right palm again, but he suddenly noticed the abnormality.
Its flames can't be shot.
No, it's not just flames. Its entire body, the high-temperature flames like body armor, extinguished on its own at some point.
It's cooling down.
"No, what did you do? I'm capable of me."
The tar pit's massive body stumbled back, looking in disbelief at its own hissing palms emitting white smoke.
"I can't breathe anymore"
It bent its knees and fell to its knees.
"Looks like you've finally noticed, yes. It's not that you're exhausting me, if you can pay attention to the trajectory of my running in advance. β
The Flash chuckled.
The direction of his rapid running, the trail of lightning dragged out behind him, intentionally or unintentionally, drew a huge lightning vortex centered on the tar pit, enclosing it in the middle.
The Flash's super-fast run led to a very high cyclone, which formed a whirlwind in the direction of his circle, and the air in the whirlwind area was drained in a matter of moments.
"Even superpowers have to follow the laws of physics, and you can't burn without oxygen. And now."
The Flash strode towards the tar pit, charging a golden charge on his right fist as he ran.
There was also a hint of inconspicuous purple and black lightning mixed in.
"Give me a good night's sleep first, I promise you'll be back to your VIP suite in Iron Mountain Prison when you wake up!"
He precisely controls the speed and power of his punches, as well as the infusion of speedy energy. The Flash had calculated exactly how fast and how fast he could stun each of them without damaging their lives.
The tar pit is one of the more durable in Midtown, and the force it can withstand is about Mach 3. The Flash suppressed his speed and threw his punches at the most precise speed, slamming into the face of the tar pit like a cannonball.
But what happened next was beyond everyone's expectations.
With a thunderous bang, the originally clear Midtown sky seemed to suddenly fall with an amazing thunderbolt. A flash of lightning fell from the sky, attaching to the Flash at this moment like Thor.
Turned into a jet black lightning bolt that crossed the block!
So everyone only saw that the pitch-black electric light pierced the tar pit head-on. The huge body was pierced in the chest, leaving a transparent hole. Within a few tenths of a second, the current began to spread around the hole, permeating its entire body in an instant.
Under the lightning, the tar pits began to disintegrate.
The body fell apart, and the asphalt-like structure began to fall off. The organs that had long since mutated, and the bones buried deep in them, all fell apart with a clatter, falling to the ground like a mess of garbage.
The Flash rushed between the scattered and shattered bodies, staggering a few steps before barely stopping the car, and turned back in a daze, as if he didn't realize what had just happened.
And everyone in the back was stunned.
The change was only in a second, and there was no time left for them to comprehend what was happening in front of them.
"Is this the Flash killing him?" A police officer asked blankly.
"Don't talk nonsense, the Flash never kills."
"But I can see it. We see "
Even the Flash himself stood there without knowing why, completely unable to figure out what was going on.
He had calculated the strength clearly, he had carefully studied the body of the tar pit, and he was sure that the speed was perfectly controlled, and such a speed could only knock it out, not fatal.
Wrong.
Not because of the speed. The whole tar pit disintegrated directly, as if the body had been corroded by something, and even the bones were scattered into a large handful. This is by no means the type of damage that physical shocks can cause.
The reason for this is . Speed Force?
Standing for two seconds, Barry looked down at his hands.
Only then did he realize that a strange energy was radiating from his body.
Dark, unsettling energy, in the form of lightning, wrapped around his body like an electric snake.
What he didn't notice was that among the frightened crowd around him and the people who were holding up their mobile phones to take videos, the stranger in white was sneering silently.
"yes, that's it, Barry."
He muttered to himself.
"Let them understand, and let yourself understand that you are death!"
