I am a little sure, but it doesn't mean that it will be 100% certain.

The Buddha said this, and Emperor Wa could no longer refuse.

If you refuse again, in the end, it must be the Buddha and the Demon Venerable who will act together and force Emperor Wa to agree.

Emperor Wa thought for a while, and said with a gloomy face: "I can agree, but Emperor Xi and King Peacock Daming cannot participate in the war. ”

"Emperor Xi doesn't go to war?" Hearing this, the Buddha's face sank, and he said, "If Emperor Xi does not participate in the war, the disciples under our command may not be able to deal with the great elders of the Void Clan." ”
