Chapter 241: Identity Revealed and Princess of the Valley

After hearing Wayne's request, Elrond, the elven king, was very generous and said that he could open some of the books to Wayne for borrowing.

However, speaking of the back, Elrond unconsciously brought a hint of an imperceptible smile in his tone, and said:

"Mr. Wayne, I need to remind you that our books are all written in Sinda, and our language is indecipherable by the average foreigner."

"However, if you have the patience, I can arrange for a member of my clan to teach you Sinda in the meantime."

"As for whether you can learn this language before leaving, it depends on your understanding."

Wayne patted his head when he heard this, because he had been able to communicate with the Sindar elves, as well as the dwarves and hobbits normally, he had forgotten about it.

In Middle-earth, each race has its own language and script, and although there is a lingua franca that can be used by all races, and it allows different races to communicate with each other, everyone has their own writing and habits when it comes to writing, drawing, compiling books, and various customs and beliefs.

After all, for most races, communication is usually only internal, and there is rarely too close contact with other races.

Wayne shook his head and said helplessly:

"Then trouble Your Majesty Elrond, appoint a clan member to teach me Sinda, it is also a good harvest to be able to learn the language of the elves on this journey."

"Maybe in the future, I will often work with the elves to fight against the minions of the dark forces, and learn Sinda, which will be beneficial to my communication with everyone."

As he said this, Wayne suddenly thought of the beautiful elf girl who was his guide today.

Although the girl was not carefully dressed, her physical appearance, words and deeds always revealed a particularly peaceful temperament, which made people feel quite comfortable.

When the two were talking, there were not too many barriers between races, and there was quite a tacit understanding, so he said casually:

"Why don't you bother the lady who is my guide today to teach me Sinda."

Who knows, hearing Wayne's words, Elrond, who has always maintained a gentle and elegant temperament, changed his face, and then looked at Wayne with slightly vigilant eyes and said:

"Mr. Wayne, that's my daughter, Alwen Udomir, and even a guest shouldn't make such an unreasonable request."

Hearing the slightly angry voice of the elf king, Wayne was slightly stunned, he really didn't know the identity of the other party, but he didn't expect that the beautiful elf girl turned out to be the daughter of King Elrond, so he said apologetically:

"I'm sorry, Your Majesty Elrond, please forgive me for being rude, I don't know this."

Hearing Wayne's apology, Elrond's anger eased slightly, and after looking at him seriously for a few times, he regained his former kingly demeanor and said:

"It's okay, those who don't know are not guilty, and I forgive you for your rudeness, Mr. Wayne."

And while the two were talking, Gandalf suddenly spoke:

"Wayne, actually, I noticed from the first time we met, there seems to be some kind of magic on your face, but at the beginning, everyone was not familiar with it."

"Now, can you tell us, what is the reason for this?"

I didn't expect that my disguise magic would be seen through by Gandalf, although it was not a profound disguise.

Wayne was silent for a few seconds, then slowly removed the contact lens from his face, revealing his amber vertical pupils and rather conspicuous elven pointed ears.

After the three of them looked at each other a few times, he shrugged his shoulders and said, "Gandalf and Elrond, who looked surprised:

"Actually, I'm also a half-elf, but my origin is a bit complicated, so in order not to cause unnecessary trouble, I simply hide my identity and live as a human adventurer."

After listening to Wayne's speech, Gandalf and Elrond glanced at each other, and they didn't know what they were talking about in the team's voice, and looked at Wayne again, and there were some changes.

As the darling of the creator god of Middle-earth, the elves are obviously much more trustworthy than dwarves and humans or other races in the eyes of this wizard and elf king.

In Middle-earth, no matter which elven race, they all have a long lifespan and difficulty in giving birth, and every person is very precious, and they must try to ensure that all kinds of accidents are minimized, fights are reduced, and unnecessary casualties are reduced, which is one of the reasons why they have been hiding from the world and rarely communicating with foreign races.

Now because of the change of identity, Elrond, who is also a half-elf born elf king, will definitely make different judgments and choices for Wayne.

The next day, to Wayne's surprise, Elrond actually did what he wanted, and asked his daughter, Arwen, the princess of the Glen, to teach him Sinda.

This beautiful elf girl is just like the first time she saw people, she treats people like a spring breeze, speaks well, and her watery eyes always reveal a purity like a white rabbit, intentionally or unintentionally.

As an elf princess who has lived for more than 2,000 years, this girl is too well protected, full of curiosity about adventurous life, and while being kind-hearted, she also maintains a little rebellion in her heart, as well as a yearning for life outside.

Although Wayne was an old pervert, he couldn't bear to attack such a pure girl, and he didn't launch an offensive against the princess of the valley, and he didn't want to provoke the hostility of King Elrond.

However, he was always happy to get along with beautiful maidens, and while learning the words of luck, he occasionally told stories about his encounters in the wizarding world on missions, and some of his experiences with his friends, which made the princess listen to them with relish.

When teaching Wayne, Arwen would also bring some of the food and wine of the Sinda Elves that she cooked to him, and Wayne also sacrificed the most common and effective means of dealing with girls.

That's Lord Wayne's secret cakes and pastries in the world, as well as his ice cream made with ice magic.

In any world, no race, no woman can refuse these sweets, these variety, novelty and delicious desserts.

Sweets have always been a luxury in the Middle Ages, and Wayne's secret dessert makes Arwen smile, perfectly showing the purity and beauty of the elf girl in front of Wayne.

Time flickered, and three days passed.

During this time, Thorin and his fellow dwarves had a good rest in Rivendell, relieving the fatigue and hardship of the journey.

And this time, because of Wayne's protection throughout the whole process, everyone's mounts were not lost, and the speed of the journey was several days faster than in the original play, and the next journey was also because of the mounts, and the time was not too tight.

Elrond, as in the original books, helped Thorin unravel the Moonlight Whisper left on the map by the previous King of the Mountain.

But this time, because of Wayne, a very prestigious person, who adjusted the relationship between the dwarves and elves in the middle, the two sides did not have a conflict like the original book, and they got along quite well.

And Wayne's progress in Sinda is not bad, perhaps Elrond once revealed to the princess of the valley that Wayne is a half-elf, this elf girl showed considerable trust in him, took him to Rivendell's library without warning, and even thoughtfully helped him translate some historical knowledge he wanted to know, which also allowed Wayne to use the magic book to copy some of the basic knowledge of the Sindar elves, which can be slowly learned in the future journey.

And one night unbeknownst to Wayne and the expedition team, Gandalf the Grey Wizard, Rada Gaste the Brown Wizard, Saruman the White-robed Wizard, the three wizards, and Elven King Elrond and Elven Queen Galadriel.

The five remaining members of the Light Camp, who are by far the most powerful, convened a mysterious meeting to discuss the current situation, the mutation of Doguldu, and the mysterious half-elf Wayne who had recently appeared before their eyes.

When Gandalf told all the others present about what he had seen and heard about Wayne along the way, these people also had different opinions about Wayne's attitude.

They also expressed different opinions on Wayne's commission to kill the evil dragon Smaug in the north.
