This is the practice of the Four Meditations and Eight Determinations.

What is Meditation?

When meditating, the external detachment is Zen, and the internal chaos is fixed!

External detachment refers to not attaching to any delusional appearance.

Internal non-chaos refers to not being led by one's own thoughts and disturbing the mind, which is meditation.

However, most practitioners deviate from the right track, believing that not generating any thoughts when meditating, or even suppressing distracting thoughts, is the true way to practice, and their cultivation will increase greatly.

This is a big mistake, the thought is a wonderful being that arises in the Buddha nature, and you can't suppress it at all, and once you want to suppress the thought, more majestic miscellaneous thoughts will arise.

Just like the ripples in the lake, the more you want to smooth it with your hands, the more ripples will be, only when you observe the ripples, over time the lake surface will naturally be calm, and the two worlds of yin and yang will be clearly distinguished.

No one can suppress distracting thoughts, which are seconds that arise in the Buddha-nature.

And the most correct way to practice is to watch your thoughts go back and forth, and go freely.

When your mind is not mindful, when you are not attached to it, when you are not controlled by your thoughts, you will enter a state of empty samadhi.

If you don't stop thinking about it, you are selfless!

This is the correct way to practice, and it is also the core content of the Four Meditations and Eight Determinations.

When you don't have attachment to thoughts, the cosmic energy will continue to flow from the chakras above your head into your body, nourishing your whole body.

At this moment, along with my cultivation, not only did the vitality energy between heaven and earth integrate into my consciousness, but the vitality in Mu Zhenzhen's Yin Bead was even more surging into my consciousness like a river.

I clearly felt that the vitality capacity was growing rapidly, which made me very excited, and the white Danzhu in my mind looked more condensed.

An hour, two hours, I don't know how long it took, when all the Yin Bead energy was integrated into my consciousness, I suddenly heard a clattering sound from the soul.

As if some kind of shackles had been broken, and then, a vast fluctuation of vitality erupted from his mind and permeated his whole body.

This majestic power feels twice as powerful as before.

My whole body was shaken, my eyes were excited, and my heart was overjoyed.

I finally broke through, I was stuck in the middle stage of the first Zen Heaven realm for half a year, and now I finally broke through to the late stage realm.

"Haha." I couldn't help laughing, and suddenly subconsciously remembered Gongsun Tianqiang.

I clenched my fists and whispered, "Hehe, Gongsun Tianqiang, now I am already in the late stage of a Zen Heaven, I don't know, what realm have you reached now?" ”
