Chapter 130: The Last Emperor in the Wasteland

In the hazy city, the dazzling light of neon lights flickered in the dark night, casting a cold and unforgiving light.

The tall buildings are like mechanical monsters, pouring dazzling lights onto the streets, creating an electronic maze.

Every drop of rain that fell was like a sharp steel blade, cutting through the air, hitting the street with a gurgling sound, and the cold wind howled through with a wailing cry that made people's hearts tremble.

In the city, on the corner of most streets, there is a robot dressed in a green robe and an iron mask, staring at passers-by, with a glimmer of green light flashing in their eyes and palms from time to time.

The Iron Mask was cold and unforgiving in the rain, and the metal moistened by the rain shimmered with sporadic reflections.

The mechanical guards are stiff, like statues, but they are always vigilant. Their bodies swayed slightly, and their mechanical joints murmured, as if waiting for something.

Seeing these robots, passers-by hurriedly walked by with their heads bowed, outlined into vague phantoms by the light and shadow of the rain with a refractive effect.

They hoped that this would reduce the attention of the Doom robots a little bit, and they could walk home safely, but after taking a few steps forward, everyone couldn't help but look at the tallest metal tower in the city.

At the top of the tower, a flash of lightning pierced through the depths of the dark clouds, like a giant dragon winding through the dark sky.

The thunder didn't come imminently, only a few seconds later to penetrate the dense clouds and echo around the city.

However, what stands out more than the forces of nature is the figure standing at the top of the tower.

The man, clad in a green cloak indistinguishable from the robots on the streets, was fluttering in the wind, an iron mask covering his head, similar to other machines, but completely different.

Beneath this mask is flesh and blood.

"Buzz"

Behind the figure, a block of ground suddenly rose, revealing a hidden entrance. The elevator doors open on the raised platform, revealing a faint glow.

Out of the elevator stepped a dark-haired woman wearing a golden mask, her golden mask reflected a faint light, which stood out in this solemn atmosphere.

The woman was dressed in a black tight-fitting outfit that seemed to wrap her body tightly. Her dark hair fell down the sides of her cheeks, hiding most of her countenance, except for a pair of deep eyes that shimmered through the golden mask, glittering with an elusive light.

Her eyes reflect complex emotions, where jealousy, envy, and lust intertwine to form an unfathomable darkness.

However, as she stepped towards the cloaked figure, her expression suddenly became solemn and loyal.

When she came to the back of the cloak figure, she knelt lightly on one knee, and her voice was low and respectful: "Emperor Dum, I have news to report. ”

Whoever seems to him, this guy is full of reverence and obedience, as if those previous emotions never existed, only infinite loyalty to this Emperor Doom.

She is the daughter of Count Nefara, who was disfigured after a conflict with Iron Man, so she put on a golden mask, called herself Mrs. Mask, and began to have a pathological infatuation with Iron Man, falling in love with Tony Stark.

I love to cut Tony into a slicing squirt.

The figure in the green cloak slowly turned around and glanced at the Lady Mask, however, he did not speak, did not say yes or no, but silently returned to the elevator, and stepped into the elevator calmly.

The elevator doors closed silently behind him, separating him from the woman in the golden mask.

Madame Masked gritted her teeth, a hint of anger in her eyes.

In her opinion, the interjection seemed to interrupt Doom's appreciation of his accomplishments, touched his sensitive nerves, and then used it as a way to express his dissatisfaction.

Madame Mask's eyes fell on the elevator display, glanced at the elevator numbers that were slowly moving down from the hundred floors, and finally sighed helplessly, stood up from the rain, and walked to the stairs to the side.

Damn, why did Doom build this tower with only one elevator to the top floor?

Walking up the long staircase, the Lady of the Mask finally reached the hall.

She stared at the massive throne of yellow stones, on which sat Doom.

Deep down in her heart, Madame Mask seemed to hear her own laughter.

She imagined Doom sitting on this throne every day, wondering if the yellow stones were crushed by the way he sat and if they made him feel uncomfortable.

The thought made her feel extremely satisfied and disgusted, as if she had somehow mastered the power of the Head of Doom.

"Tell me, what the hell are you interrupting Doom?" Doctor Doom, seated on the Stone Throne, raised a hand and looked at the Lady Mask, who was covered in droplets.

She coughed lightly, still respectful, and responded, "My lord, I didn't mean to interrupt your business, but I have an emergency to report to you. ”

Doctor Doom tilted his head slightly, as if to examine Mrs. Mask, and after a moment, his voice sounded in a low voice, "Emergency? Say, don't hide it. ”

"There's nothing in this world that threatens Doom."

"Of course, Emperor Doom." Mrs. Mask got down on one knee again, then said, "Red Skull, Magneto, and Bruce Banner, they're all dead." ”

After these words came out, even she felt a little incredulous that three of the four rulers of the wasteland had died at the same time?

It's a little too appalling.

But no matter what, the news from her subordinates was like this, and even if she longed for the chair under Doom's ass, she had to answer it truthfully.

"The reason for the death?" Doctor Doom's voice blew like a cold wind, staring at Mrs. Mask. His gaze shot through the cracks in the iron mask, sending shivers down the sleeve of the woman in the golden mask.

"Magneto of Salt Lake City was killed by the current ruler Jin He, but there are still many suspicions, and we suspect that he is just pretending to be a tiger."

"And the other two." Speaking of this, Madame Mask couldn't help but raise her head to look at her emperor, and some of them didn't dare to speak.

If the news of the deaths of the three rulers of the wasteland was appalling, the rest of the story was alarmist, even whimsical.

The green-robed figure on the throne narrowed his eyes slightly, "Come on, Doom's patience is not for you. ”

"According to credible sources, it's all done by superheroes."

"Boom!"

Doctor Doom slammed his fist into the Stone Throne, sending yellow stones flying in all directions, as if his anger was in the air.
