The update will be paused once tomorrow morning
Liu Zongyuan, one of the eight masters of the Tang and Song dynasties, once recorded such a story in his legendary novel collection "Dragon City Record":
During the opening of the Sui Dynasty, a person went to Luofu, Guangdong to become an official.
One evening, he was resting in a liquor shop. Suddenly, a beautiful woman in light makeup and plain clothes, exuding fragrance all over her body, came to the wine shop, and drank happily with him.
There was also a boy in green beside the beauty, laughing and singing to cheer them on.
The next day, the man woke up to find himself lying under a plum tree with an emerald bird chirping.
This person's name is Zhao Shixiong.
At the same time, this story is also the origin of my pen name.
Because I am also a person like Zhao Shixiong, who loves to dream.
"In the Sui Kaihuang Dynasty, Zhao Shixiong moved to Luofu. One day, in the cold and twilight, in the drunken awakening, because of the rest of the car in the pine forest wine shop next to the house. I saw a woman, with light makeup and plain clothes, and was surprised. It was already dark, and the remnants of snow shimmered against the moonlight. Shi Xiong likes it and speaks with him, but he feels fragrant and beautiful, and the language is very clear. Because of the door of the restaurant with it, you have to have a few glasses and drink with each other. In a few days, there was a boy in green who came, laughing, singing, dancing, and being considerable. was drunk and slept, and Shi Xiong was also confused, but he felt that the wind and cold were attacking. After a long time, the east has been white. Shi Xiong looked up, but under the big plum blossom tree, there were green feathers chirping noisily looking at each other. The moon sets, but it's melancholy. ”
It's also about dreams, but the story may not be as well-known as "A Dream of Nanke" and "A Dream of Huangliang".
My favorite last sentence from the original story, though:
The moon sets, but it's melancholy.
In just nine words, how much sadness and helplessness are expressed.
That's the end of the digression, and I'd like to talk to you about the book.
This book has not been easy along the way, and basically makes all the mistakes that should not be made.
Fortunately, there are readers like you who can tolerate my mistakes, and knowing that the stories I write are read by someone is the best motivation for me to write.
Thank you for your support and companionship for more than a month, and the book will be on the shelves after 12 noon on Monday.
So I'm sorry, but the update will be paused in the early hours of tomorrow (Monday) until after 12 noon.
Because of the limitations of hand speed and time, I can only code 4 or 5,000 words a day, and now I have saved more than 10,000 words of manuscripts by accumulating little by little.
After it hits the shelves at noon on Monday, I will update four chapters with a total of 10,000 words, which is all I have saved so far, and the landlord's family has no food left.
After that, I can only guarantee that the minimum of two and four thousand words per day is uninterrupted, and the update time is still in the early morning of every day.
I understand your desire to see more chapters, so on the premise of ensuring two updates a day, I try to exercise my hand speed, and after saving enough for a chapter, I will send out this chapter around 12 noon on the same day.
That's all for the questions about post-launch updates, and I still hope to get a lot of support from you after it is launched.
Thank!
Finally, I wish you a happy life, good health, success in your work, and success in your studies.
That's all for my listing testimonials.
Thank you for seeing here.
