In this set of education reform plans, Cai Yuanpei, who is the dean of the graduate school, proposed to learn from the French graduate school system, and wanted to regard the graduate school as the highest educational institution in the country.

The country was then divided into several university districts to replace the abolished local education halls.

In 1927, the Ministry of Education, which was controlled by the warlords, ordered the merger of eight other universities in Shaojing to form Beijing Normal University.

In 1928, when the Northern Expeditionary Army entered Shaojing, it took the opportunity to change the name of Beijing Normal University to National Chinese University.

Not long ago, at a preparatory meeting for the establishment of a graduate school, many elders of the Chinese government proposed to follow the example of the British Royal Society, the French Academy of Sciences, and a series of foreign academic organizations to establish a scientific research organization in the style of the people's own academy of sciences.

In the end, the proposal was unanimously approved by the people attending the meeting, and the topic of the meeting became, what should this organization be called? Who should be chosen as the first head of the organization?

In the choice of name, there was no mistake, and in the end, everyone unanimously approved the name of Academia Sinica.

The central government naturally refers to the capital of the future Chinese government, and the word research includes not only scientific research, but also history, culture, philosophy, and many other social disciplines.

But to whom should the first director of Academia Sinica be entrusted with the burden?

The people attending the meeting have not been able to reach a unanimous opinion on this issue.

It would be a great move for research-focused academics to have an institution that provides the space and scientific funding for their research.

It has not been a day or two since the Beiyang government embezzled education and scientific research funds, and the world has suffered from Beiyang for a long time.

Perhaps the new government in the south will bring something new and usher in a new spring for academic research.

But for the bureaucrats, the Academia Sinica is the highest academic institution in the country under the Ministry of Universities.

Think about how many military talents have been cultivated in the small military academy established with the help of the Sulian people in Huangpu in Hungdong?

As the main force of the Northern Expeditionary Army, they were invincible along the way during the recent Northern Expedition and established outstanding military achievements.

And the principal of that military school has also become a respectable title.

If the president of the military academy is still like this, then the president of the Academia Sinica, that is, the leader of the highest academic institution in the country in the future, will train talents from all walks of life for the country in the future.

There are no factions in the party, and there are all kinds of strange things.

This is still the case in the team that was driven to Jiangxi Province, not to mention the team that has just beaten half of the country, and the mountain factions are simply not countable.

There are Li, Wu, Zhang, and Cai, who are known as the four elders, and the Cai refers to Cai Yuanpei.

Li is Li Yuying, Wu is Wu Jingheng, and Zhang is still an old acquaintance of Chen Muwu, the uncle of Zhang Naiyan, one of the three Chinese in the audience of Einstein's lecture at the Ministry of Industry Bureau on New Year's Day in 1923.
