Chapter I
This is my friend, and she's lying on the couch. She's a genius, but she's a bit arrogant.
"I'm tired, Lisa. You remember to take your steps lightly. "Well, yes, she likes to talk like that the most.
But what made her so depressed, I don't know. However, this genius lady likes to stare at the power of attorney in a daze, maybe there is something difficult for her.
"Oh, okay, I'll get you a Vermouth bar, after all, Vermouth wine can make people excited." I nudged her.
"Okay, don't add old ice, put some soda!" Miss Genius spoke again.
Often, the way she speaks disgusts me, she always has a condescending face, and I smile slightly when I see her like this, a little gloating.
She folded her hands, and her long, white, slender fingers were beating patterns that I couldn't understand. Heh, she's a genius.
"Do you know what annoys the detective the most? At least that's what annoys me the most! Miss Genius broke the damn embarrassment first.
"I don't know!" I poured the drink and poured the soda and then salted the rim of the glass, "OK, Miss KIT." β
"Hey, I'll tell you myself! I hate the use of poetry in the form of a letter of entrustment. Miss Genius made a look that I couldn't read.
"What, what's the weird letter of attorney this time?" I teased and handed over the beauties.
"Oh no! It was when I looked at the letters of attorney for the strange cases before, and I found that the letters of attorney for these difficult cases were all in the form of poetry. Miss Genius put her finger in her mouth and licked it.
"yes, like the last case about Miss Chris." I nodded, "Is the Vermouth sake good this time?" If it doesn't taste good, you can try gin. β
"It's not bad, it tastes a little sweet and a little bit like drinking vodka with water." Miss Genius took a sip.
"You still remember that case!" Miss Genius suddenly became energetic, "That's really the most frightening case I've ever handled." β
"That case is also the one that impresses me the most." I licked my lips and said.
"However, that case is still not over! It was 2 years ago, and no one except the participants in that case knew the content of the case at all. However, the participants all died mysteriously. And those people all live on the same street. Miss Genius was rare for a moment.
"So we're still alive. But don't you think it's weird? Why are they alive? I stared at the serious detective in front of me.
"I guess it's because we're women." She came to a ridiculous conclusion.
"So what? What does this mean? I raised an eyebrow and said.
"Remember Jack the Ripper?" Miss Genius took out a ballpoint pen and drew in circles on the paper.
"The killer who terrified the whole of Britain?" I asked.
βgreatοΌ That's right. Jack the Ripper killed all women, and this time the dead were all men, did you find out? Miss Genius put on a haughty posture again.
"That's right, I'll pour you a glass of gin and listen to you slowly." I stood up and poured a glass of gin.
"And this morning when I was out wandering, I stumbled upon a bouquet of flowers placed on a street in London, and the giver on it was the Raven's Messenger and the recipient was Jack the Ripper." Miss Genius tastefully drank the last bit of Vermouth.
"The Crow's Emissary? The name is hilarious. I smiled.
"It's funny, but I don't know who it is, and I don't know what it's going to do. I don't know if it's a threat to society. Miss Genius gave a rare look of shame.
"So, are we going to continue to investigate the unsolved case from 2 years ago?" I lifted the gin and drank it down.
"Of course, did you forget? In the cases I have handled, there has never been a case of unsolved cases. Miss Genius pursed her lips and smiled, "Hurry up, drink some bourbon and celebrate!" β
"Cheers!"
