However, the items of the Xuan and Yuan realms can be brought into this flying beam space.

Whenever we use an ability that belongs to a practitioner, we consume vitality. Even if we don't do anything, the vitality will slowly dissipate. Only by entering the Metaverse can you replenish the lost vitality.

If you allow your vitality to be depleted and not replenished, it will cause great harm to your body.

In my case, even if you stay in our world and don't use any abilities, you will feel physically exhausted and lose energy for more than four days, and by the sixth day you will become seriously ill, and after eight days, you will be unable to return to permanent stagnation, and at most twelve days you will die.
