What do you mean by making excuses?

Anyone who says something on an occasion and the people who listen to him in front of him are busy with their own business, and the person who speaks asks questions, and these people in front of him can't react, then they are making excuses. If you hear "Boss, it's not me making excuses, it's the actual situation", what else do you explain to him? Isn't this still making excuses? You don't even know what an excuse is.

To use an analogy, "Oops, boss, I'm sorry, I'm late today." Because I slept too late last night and didn't set an alarm clock in the morning to be late", that's the excuse. There is no causal relationship between "going to bed late" and "being late", the reason you are late is that you don't pay attention to your working hours. Including in real life, I often listen to the following employees' reactions in the company, "Mr. Qu, because a certain business has not been completed in the front, so it will be too late to do it later". Sorry, it's all an excuse!

First of all, any business has a clear set time, and other employees can complete it on time, why do you want to do it so specially? Secondly, if you don't have time to do your business later, you can go to a colleague in the company to partner with! There is never a single employee in the company who is allowed to do business alone, it is you who feel that you are capable and can do it without anyone else. Then you can't blame the company's leaders for issuing a lot of business to employees, right?

When people encounter many things, they often have an instinctive reaction, that is, "it has nothing to do with me", which is the precursor to making excuses.

The reason why you like to make excuses starts with these four words. The original intention of this excuse was - "Something happened, this has nothing to do with me, don't look for me if you are troublesome".

Finding excuses is to protect yourself, not to really find the essential reason for this. I'm not kind to say that all the excuses around you, book friends, will become things that hinder your success. You can't do anything at all, you like to make excuses when you encounter problems, and you leave the relationship when you encounter problems, so how long can you stay in a company?! Which company boss would make you keep making excuses in your own company? Unless, this company is your family's property, otherwise such a person who likes to make excuses does not deserve to stand at the top and enjoy better treatment.

In this world, there is also a category of people who do not make excuses. Whatever happens, he bears it, he takes responsibility. Just ask, can the final result of these two kinds of people be the same?

If those who make excuses don't fail, then who fails? If those who dare to take responsibility do not succeed, then who succeeds? Including the cadres in the company, if you don't do this, you go to your boss to say "I'm sorry", and your boss will definitely fire you!

This society is very cruel, so cruel that it doesn't give you any chance to explain, so cruel that it only respects those who have results, and so cruel that you have the right to speak, speak and even make decisions when you have results!
