Summing up the past year.

This year, I have been open all year round, and I have not had a day off. In the first half of the year, I wrote the end of "The Final Song Dynasty", and on June 1, "Full Tang Huacai" opened the book, and there were no chapters released for more than ten days in the middle, and I was also preparing for a new book.

According to the statistics of the writer's assistant, I will have a total of 2.65 million words in 2023, an average of 7,470 words per day, 98 times throughout the year, and the cumulative code words are ahead of 99.9% of the writers on the whole site.

For me, no matter what the results were, I lived up to my time this year.

In addition to writing, I have also made efforts in other aspects, and no matter what I gained, at least I have no regrets.

Report on the results of December, I updated a total of 220,000 words this month, and "Mantang Huacai" has been ordered to break 55,000.

Speaking of which, I think it's about the same every month, and I hope that I can maintain it and create for a longer time. Whether it's life or writing a book, there will inevitably be lows, and I feel lucky enough to be able to maintain a state where I can continue to work hard at any time.

"Mantang Huacai" is written to 1.78 million words, and the plot is still a process of steady progress, and it is obvious that at about 2 million words, it will start the biggest contradiction in the whole book, that is, the chapter of the Anshi Rebellion.

Before that, I have to lay the groundwork.

Tell me about a recent long story.

After a million or two million words, gradually, there will be more and more structured content.

If you compare a lot of plots and good-looking content that everyone likes to meat, structural content is bone, and to keep it intact, the whole book must have flesh and bones. Every time I write about a structured plot that must be there but not necessarily good-looking, in fact, the author generally knows what the reaction will be, and after all, the structure must be set up before the content can be filled in.

In the last part of "The End of Song", my approach was to remove all the structure and write only the content and the part with the story that I wanted to write. changed from a time narrative to a content narrative, so those are not actually called extras, they should be called afterwords.
