The East African colony, currently covering an area of about 1.2 million square kilometers, includes all of Tanzania and most of Kenya (with Arab and indigenous spheres of influence in the north).

The area has exceeded that of the German East African colonies in the previous life, and because of the large number of indigenous countries in the western part of the Great Lakes region and the relatively dense population, they have not been annexed by the East African colonies for the time being.

In such a large area, there were more than 200,000 immigrants, of whom nearly 50,000 had been absorbed from the Austrian Empire in recent months, and the rest were Chinese.

But Alaska doesn't need much of a population, and at about 30,000, Ernst will no longer support its migration, and the number of Chinese immigrants to East Africa is estimated to be stable at about 15,000 per month.

In addition, most of the immigrants from the East African colonies are peasants, and the fertility is in the first echelon at the same time, basically doubling every year.

Not to mention the old immigrants who had lived in East Africa for some time, even the new immigrants from the Austrian Empire joined the fertility army.

But this population is still not enough compared to the nearly two or three million indigenous people in the East African colonies.

The grassland area is too large, the animals are overflowing, the climate and environment are too good, and they can rely on wild fruits to satisfy their hunger, so the indigenous people still have living space after being deprived of a lot of high-quality land by the East African colonies.

In Ernst's view, these were hidden dangers, and Ernst could only relax half of his heart if he cleared up all the natives of the current East African colonies.

But after a year of exhausting slave hunting, the slave traders in Zanzibar were able to absorb 200,000 natives, a drop in the bucket.

This is still the reason why it seized a large number of slave markets in the Middle East, and even under the influence of this wave of cheap slave trade, the Ottoman Empire ushered in a wave of small development, which greatly alleviated the dilemma of labor loss caused by ethnic contradictions, and suppressed other ethnic groups in the country more severely.

The current East African colonies face three problems, one is the gender imbalance, unlike the Austrian immigrants who dragged their families, the early Chinese immigrants had a large number of single men, which was an unstable factor for future East African domination.

In order to truly solve this problem, in Ernst's view, the proportion of yellow and white populations should reach at least 28, after all, from the perspective of the later generations of black Americans who only accounted for a little more than 10% of the population, they dared to engage in affirmative action, and the different races in the East African colonies should at least exceed this bottom line.

After the Austrian Empire was completely reduced to Austria-Hungary, it passed through this chaotic period, and the number of Austro-Hungarian immigrants in the future may not be able to maintain the current figures.

Now, after the East African colonies have supplemented a large number of immigrants from the Austrian Empire, some Chinese immigrants have been forced to learn German in their daily lives.

The ratio of yellow-white people is about a healthy three to one, but more than half of these Austrian immigrants do not know German, so this data is very watery for the colonial governments that want to implement German education in East Africa, and even some Austro-Hungarian immigrants who can only speak a few simple German words are classified as German-speaking people.

The third is the huge number of black natives in the country, and the land completely controlled by the East African colonies actually accounts for only 20 percent of the area of the East African colonies.

Black tribes elsewhere evenly entrenched the remaining 80 percent of the land.

Therefore, the current demographic problem facing the East African colonies is how to solve the above three problems.

In order to solve these three problems, Ernst has developed three policies in general.

The first is to invest in the establishment of a wedding company to purchase slaves from the Sultanate of Zanzibar in the name of transnational marriage, which is mainly aimed at the Middle East, especially the Ottoman Empire, for the purpose of Armenian women in the Ottoman Empire.

Ernst believed that with the ethics of the Ottoman Empire, they would most likely agree, after all, everything was earned, and the number of people who opposed the nation could be disposed of in a non-slaughtering way, and why not make some money? By that time it was not only Armenian, Kurdish, Greek, Christian populations...... It is estimated that the Ottomans who have no discipline will be sent out.

After all, this is not the slave trade, this is the introduction of marriage, and it is not easy for Western countries to accuse anything, as long as the unified voice is "free love".

Of course, this policy will not only be carried out in the Middle East, but Ernst will also have to seek the help of his old friends who have a large number of colonies in the Far East, the Dutch.

Second, there is no good way at present, and now the European continent has begun to move towards a temporary state of peace, which is not easy to operate, so it can only increase the intensity of deception on the basis of the original, and try to collect some leftovers from the immigrants to the Americas.

The third, and most important work of the East African colonies for the coming year, was to collect all the black natives of the colonies and exile them to the west of the Great Lakes region, Burundi, Rwanda, and Uganda.

Since the Sultanate of Zanzibar could not absorb so many slaves, Ernst had no choice but to send them west of the Great Lakes to drain the power of the indigenous states there.

After all, their land is also limited, and their population is large, and after the East African colonies drove a large number of indigenous people over, two waves of people with different cultures and systems will definitely play out their brains.

Ernst took the opportunity to wipe out at least a third of the natives, and as for fleeing further west, there was the Congo rainforest, which is a forbidden area for humans even in modern society, and it is difficult to say whether he can survive if he enters.

This third plan actually has the meaning of driving the tiger and devouring the wolf, but on the contrary, it is to send the sheep into the mouth of the tiger, and if you don't die, you will die.

After all, the indigenous countries living in the Great Lakes region are not good at stubble, and compared with many indigenous people in the colonies of East Africa who are still in primitive societies, their slave countries are already quite developed.

Slave countries, in the face of overpopulation means needless to say, referring to the Far Eastern Shang Dynasty, most of them will adopt physical means to balance the size of the population, not to mention that these East African colonial natives are to the indigenous countries west of the Great Lakes region, similar to ancient Rome to the Germanic barbarians.

All in all, the current focus of the colonial governments in East Africa is no longer on expansion, but on securing the land in their hands.

While driving out the natives, it stabilized the demographic structure of the colonies and filled the vast lands of the East African colonies with immigrants.
