Serious first excludes the application of Article 1198 here, on the basis that his own sheepfold is not a "place of business", and the child who often runs to his sheepfold is not a "business visitor" in the usual sense.

This question, which is tumbling in serious minds, cannot be answered in any way in China's existing legislation.

The "duty of care" is mentioned only once in the Civil Code. Applies to "unlawful possession of highly dangerous goods causing damage to others". Moreover, it does not apply here at all either.
