Chapter 27: Slytherin!

"Hermione Granger!"

The brown-haired girl looked back at Ash, who gave her a thumbs up.

Hermione, blushing slightly, walked up to the high platform and sat on a four-legged stool for Professor McGonagall to put on her hat.

"Gryffindor."

The Sorting Hat's voice was still weak, but it was still faithfully doing its duty.

The Gryffindor students gave a round of applause, and Hermione, blushing, walked to the Gryffindor table and sat down in one of the empty seats.

"Something isn't right." Hallie whispered.

"What's wrong?" Kassandra next to her asked suspiciously.

Professor McGonagall didn't call Ash's name. Harley said worriedly.

Kassandra was unimpressed:

"There are so many more."

Hallie was still a little worried, and pursed her lips:

"However, the previous people came by the initials of their last names, and Ash should be ahead of Hermione."

After Harry's reminder, Kassandra reacted and looked at Ash.

She lowered her voice and asked:

"Is there something wrong?"

"Don't worry, it's not an accident."

Ash patted the two girls on the head and whispered:

"I'm supposed to be the last one."

He's a transfer student, and he wasn't on that list, so he should be last.

Hallie and Kassandra looked at each other, both wondering why Ash was last.

"Kassandra Malfoy." Professor McGonagall shouted.

The blonde girl stepped forward proudly and sat down in her chair, and the Sorting Hat had just touched her head before she immediately gave the answer:

"Slytherin!"

"Oh oh oh!"

The Slytherin students were excited, and Kassandra continued to walk to the Slytherin table.

M is already quite a low letter, and there are not many students left who have not yet been sorted.

So, soon it was Hallie's turn.

Professor McGonagall shouted:

"Harry Potter."

"Harry Potter? She just shouted Harley Potter? ”

"Which Harry Potter is it?"

When the students heard the name, they immediately exploded.

But Hallie was nervous, so nervous that she ignored their exclamations.

The Sorting Hat seemed to finally pick up a hint of interest, and its tone was somewhat elusive:

"Ahh You, you have courage, you don't have a bad heart, you are talented, and you are desperate to prove yourself......"

"Ah, it's hard to choose, where do you want to go?"

Hearing the Sorting Hat's inquiry, Harley subconsciously looked at Kassandra and Ash, and an answer popped up in her mind:

"Slytherin."

"Huh? Good! Good! ”

The voice of the Sorting Hat became excited, and he announced in a loud voice:

"Slytherin!"

There was a brief silence on the scene, and the next moment suddenly erupted in an astonishing cheer - it was the Slytherin students, and they almost jumped up!

"Harry Potter is coming to Slytherin!"

"We've got Potter!"

"Harry Potter belongs to Slytherin!"

Kassandra sat reservedly in her place, not rising to greet her, but her expression remained proud.

And Harley didn't know anyone else, so she naturally chose to sit next to Kassandra, which made Kassandra's expression even more proud.

Ash smiled and clapped her blessings, glancing at the long table where the teachers were.

Most of the people's expressions were not very good, and they just gave perfunctory applause. Snape was the only one who didn't hide his mood at all, laughing very happily and applauding louder than anyone else.

As for Dumbledore -

Ash looked at the old man in the middle, who was applauding Harley with a gentle smile on his face.

Ash withdrew his gaze, he couldn't see through the old silver coin, but he was sure that Dumbledore was definitely not in the best mood as it seemed.

There were four students left, one went to Slytherin, one went to Ravenclaw, and Ron went to Gryffindor. That's for sure, they're all Gryffindors, and just like Kassandra, the Sorting Hat knows where he's going with a touch.

Finally, there's Ash Black, the transfer student of this class – in fact, he inserted twice.

"Oh! It's you! Oooo This is quite unusual. ”

As soon as the Sorting Hat was placed on Ash's head, he immediately cried out in surprise:

"You're still the first ...... ever"

The Sorting Hat was amazed, but it didn't say the latter sentence - the first student to put it on twice.

The Sorting Hat asked:

"Well, where are you going? Slytherin? ”

Without waiting for Ash to answer, it shook its head again:

"No, no, no, you can't go there."

At the sound of the Sorting Hat, the Slytherin table, the eyes of Harley and Kassandra, who had been full of confidence, widened at the same time.

The Sorting Hat thought for a long time before he said aloud:

"Let me think, ah! Ravenclaw! ”

Applause erupted from the long table where the students of Ravenclaw College were located, and the students at this long table were mostly girls - the opposite of the Gryffindor next to it, where most of the students were boys, and it had to do with the character of the students.

"Oooooooooooo

There was applause at the Gryffindor table, but there were only three of themβ€”one was Hermione, who had a sad expression but still applauded Ash and gave her blessings. The other two, Fred and George.

The twins were clearly heckling, but they were also sincerely wishing.

Led by them, Ron and Percy also began to applaud, followed by applause from the entire Gryffindor camp.

Harley whispered:

"Kassandra, we should be happy for him."

Kassandra glared at the Sorting Hat as if she were looking at her enemy.

But at Hallie's request, Kassandra reluctantly applauded along with her.

Seeing Halle applauding, the Slytherin students immediately clapped together.

I don't know why, but since Harley Potter applauded, they definitely had to applaud together!

As a result, students from all three colleges applauded.

The Hufflepuff students didn't know why, but when they saw that everyone else was clapping, they felt as if they couldn't do it without applauding.

Eventually, Hufflepuff joined the applause.

Some of the girls in Ravenclaw were suddenly a little upset when they saw the people from the other houses applauding their own houses.

What do you applaud from our academy?

So they applauded and cheered harder, as if it were some kind of competition, and the other houses spontaneously increased their applause.

"Bang Bang!"

Louder applause resounded in the Great Hall than ever before, even louder than Dumbledore's speech.

Dumbledore was also clapping, with a gentle smile on his face - while Harry Potter's sorting house was completely unexpected, at least one good thing was that Ash was no longer a student of Slytherin.

And Slytherin is not hopeless, Snape is the best example, and this will not affect his plans.
