Chapter 81: A Trip to the Forbidden Forest
Led by Hagrid, the two men followed him into the Forbidden Forest. As he walked, Hagrid asked, "What's today's content?" β
"You can brand your heart today. We've trusted each other enough now that we've become connected. Harry said.
"What is the imprint of the mind?" Draco looked at the two of them suspiciously.
"An ancient dragon training spell." Harry explained succinctly.
"Okay." Draco nodded, it was a bit beyond what he had learned. Soon, his initial excitement was completely dispelled by the gloomy Forbidden Forest, and even his steps trembled, all supported by a desire to see the dragon.
Suddenly, his body slammed into Hagrid, and when he came back to his senses, his and Harry's eyes were a little more solemn.
"It smells of blood!" Harry said.
Hagrid crouched down and brought the oil lamp closer, and Harry held up his hand, "Fluorescent flickering!" β
Suddenly, a soft light bloomed in the woodland. At a glance, they noticed hoof prints on the dirt floor.
"Hoof?! Is it the Centaurs hunting? Harry was puzzled, but saw Hagrid's face turn red, and he shook his head solemnly: "It's not a centaur, it's a unicorn!" β
"Unicorn, are you hurt?"
"Hmm." Hagrid nodded, and the lantern walked along the hoof prints, he was a little nervous, "I hope it's not him..."
"No, it won't." Harry shook his head, "It stands to reason that Noble would never have set foot in that area without my permission. β
Having said that, the two of them couldn't help but get nervous, if it was really Noble who hurt the unicorn, then the matter would be a big deal.
Thinking about it, the group hurriedly followed the hoof prints and walked forward, and after a while, they found a trace of silver as white as moonlight on a stone.
It's the blood of a unicorn.
"Wow!!" Tooth yelled nervously forward, and the smell of blood and some rustling sounds were heard.
Several people trotted over, more and more bloodstains, and Draco's face became the same as the silver blood, looking at the two in front of them.
He snorted, as if cheering himself on, and followed!
Then he crossed a small dirt bag in front of him, and he froze for a moment, only to see a white body lying on the open mud floor. He had never seen such a beautiful and miserable scene.
Thankfully, it's not dead. Its originally slender feet were unnaturally twisted, and its mane lay on the pitch-black fallen leaves, white as pearls.
There is no moonlight in the Forbidden Forest, and the canopy here is too dense.
But the moonlight actually appeared here, from the beautiful creature that had fallen to the ground.
And... The black-robed voice leaning over the unicorn and gnawing at it.
Not the dragon they had guessed at first, but something else... Could it be a werewolf?!
Thinking of this, Draco suddenly became timid, but he didn't want Hagrid on his side to block his hand and forcibly break a tree with a thick bowl mouth like this.
"How dare you! Come to Hogwarts! Do this kind of thing!! β
Hagrid roared and rushed straight out, breaking the canopy of the tree and sweeping straight over.
"Who?!" The crunched over like a beast raised his head, his voice hoarse and low, his face covered in the unicorn's silver-white blood.
"All petrified!!" Harry, for his part, threw out his wand and aimed it at the figure.
It's people! That's when Draco reacted.
Unfortunately, the figure was fast, and he dodged straight away, dodging Hagrid's attacks and Harry's spell.
"Legs stiffen and die!" The next spell followed closely, blocking his retreat directly. However, to everyone's surprise, his body directly turned into a billowing black mist and flew like this.
At the same time, Harry suddenly felt the scar on his forehead tingle, as if it burned to the brain, to the depths of his soul.
"It's Harry Potterβ" the voice rang out from the floating figure.
Sigh β
Harry endured the pain and put his fingers under his tongue, and the loud whistle resounded through the Forbidden Forest.
In a short time, a dragon the size of a small house emerged from the dense forest.
"Attack!" He pointed with both hands to the shadow.
Without hesitation, Noble struck at the black mist, opening his mouth wide and full of fangs, and then the black shadow was greeted by blazing flames.
"Dragon?! How can there be dragons here?! The man panicked.
"Let's go!"
"But master, unicorn..."
"Enough is enough... Dumbledore will notice..."
Then, the black shadow flew high into the sky against the flames and disappeared.
"Bastard!!" Hagrid roared into the sky, and with a wave of his hand, the heavy trunk was thrown into the air like a javelin. Unfortunately, this blow was useless after all.
It was the first time Harry had seen Hagrid so angry, and it was a matter of being hurt by a unicorn.
"Hagrid, that's enough! He's fled. Harry clutched his stinging forehead and said, "Look at the unicorn, it's not dead!" β
Hagrid woke up from a dream as he hurried over to the unicorn, and Harry took Draco's shoulders and walked towards the unicorn.
The unicorn was already dying, its abdomen had been gnawed through a large hole, and its flesh was exposed to the air, and even its organs could be seen.
Draco's face was very bad, and his body was still shaking, Harry had already adapted to such a scene under Snape's frog training. He walked over and took out the white fresh essence from his waist bag.
"Here, Hagrid."
"Oh my God, thank goodness. Harry, it's good you brought these things. Hagrid hurriedly took it.
"That guy, eating unicorn meat?!" Harry asked solemnly. Although he was used to such a scene, the man's behavior made him feel a chill from the bottom of his heart.
"Drink its blood." After Hagrid did the basic treatment for the unicorn with white fresh essence, he directly picked it up, tears sipping in his eyes: "Good boy, don't worry, it's over." β
At his words, the unicorn fell silent, closed its eyes, and seemed to want to sleep peacefully in Hagrid's arms.
"Hagrid, I think this has to be reported to Dumbledore."
"I know." Hagrid nodded, "But who is that guy?!" β
"Quirrell!" Harry cut the railroad.
"What?!" Draco exclaimed.
Harry nodded, his forehead hurting again. The last time was at the Hogwarts opening party.
That time, the only people watching him were Hagrid, Uncle Munn, and Snape and Quirrell, who had his back to him!
Hagrid and Uncle Munn couldn't have been, Hagrid was the one who helped Dumbledore retrieve the Philosopher's Stone, which Snape had ruled out before.
All that was left was Quirrell, who stammered and was even stunned by the trolls.
yes, a lot of the older Slytherin people have talked about Quirrell's weirdness!
"Really?" Draco looked at Harry in disbelief. After receiving a very likely answer, his whole face was not good.
Laughing at Quirrell... He didn't do less.
β¦β¦
On the eighth floor of the castle, Dumbledore looked through the window at the dark shadow of the castle returning to the castle, and then turned around to look at the two letters on the table.
It was a letter from the Ministry of Magic.
Someone from the Ministry of Magic intends to initiate an investigation into Hogwarts due to reports that Dumbledore was keeping high-risk magical creatures in captivity in the castle.
In addition to this, there is an investigation document.
For last year's Halloween troll event and - Muen Jones.
Dumbledore stood at the table and thought about it, then picked up the quill with some mistaste, and added the article "Illegally raising fire dragons" to the previous letter.
He bet it wouldn't be long before the dragon was added to the investigation.
So fill it in first.
