Chapter 30: Saving Nate from Thirty Years of Detours

Jamie's words, success aroused the interest of everyone in front of him.

Including Rebecca.

But Jamie didn't say the idea right away, and instead asked Serena, Rebecca, and Blair a common question.

"What did you guys think of this vacation at Yellowstone Ranch? I mean to put aside our relationship and evaluate the trip objectively. ”

"How many points can I give out of 10?"

As soon as the words fell, Serena gave a very good evaluation without hesitation.

"I love Yellowstone Ranch, the only problem is that it's too far away from New York, but it's easy for me to overcome."

The easiest way to do this is to buy a private jet.

Of course, there is a more convenient way, to get a Centurion black card launched by Amex 2 years ago.

While the Amex Black Card isn't as world-famous as it would be in the future, it's not an unreachable thing for someone like Serena who is at the top of New York's high society.

As long as you have a black card, you can get private jet services with a phone call.

Expensive things really have no other disadvantages besides being expensive.

"I'll give it eight."

Rebecca followed suit with her own rating, explaining:

"The reason I give this score is simply because I'm a vegetarian and Yellowstone Ranch is really impeccable in everything but what I eat."

When it was Blair's turn, she directly gave a high score of nine.

The extra point than Rebecca, Blair bluntly said that it was added to Yellowstone beef.

Jamie thanked the three girls for their high scores, and also told a surprising fact that none of them expected.

"Riverdale Manor has actually been vacant for a long time of the year since it was built, and John wanted to think of it as a place to entertain personal friends, but I think that would be too wasteful."

Serena asked curiously:

"So you want to open the estate to the public?"

Jamie immediately corrected that it was limited to the outside world.

This time Rebecca was more responsive.

"You want to have a membership system?"

Jamie gave Rebecca an appreciative look.

It's close, but it's not all.

"As far as I know, there are many other places where the situation is the same as the River Valley Manor, and many private estates, holiday villas, are only used for a short time each year."

"I know that the people who can own these estates, holiday homes, don't care about the cost of vacancy and maintenance, but it does create a huge waste of resources."

Jamie's gaze swept over Serena, Rebecca, and Blair, and all three girls had thoughtful expressions on their faces.

"So I wondered if there was a way to make it acceptable to the owner of the manor and at the same time make efficient use of these high-quality resources."

"So I thought of setting up a membership organization to invite people who have vacant estates and holiday villas to join, all of which are open to members and provide ancillary services for a reasonable fee."

"Unlike leasing, this model is essentially a kind of sharing, mine is open to you, yours is open to me, similar to the elite clubs in universities, which should be more attractive to those who have vacant estates, holiday villas."

At this point, Jamie paused deliberately.

Rebecca immediately chimed in.

"So the condition of membership is that the family must have a vacant estate or holiday villa?"

Jamie nodded.

Rebecca thought of her family's large estate in New York State.

When she was a child, the family lived there, but since the deaths of her mother and brother, she and her father moved out, and only occasionally returned.

"I'm joining."

This time, it was Serena who spoke first.

Not to mention that the idea of sharing a manor and a vacation home proposed by Jamie is very attractive, just based on the relationship between Serena and Jamie, she will support her boyfriend unconditionally.

Serena's grandmother, Sissi, owned a beautiful estate in New Jersey next door, which has been passed down for more than 100 years.

Meanwhile, in Europe, Sissi also owns a luxurious castle and two wine estates, which have an even longer history.

Then Serena's mother, Lily, owns a vacation home in Marbury Beach, California, Palm Beach, Florida, and Miami.

All of these can be qualifications for Serena's membership.

Blair was not far behind, using his family's vacation home on Long Island to qualify for membership.

At this point, Jamie's vision is halfway realized.

There are shared manors and holiday villas, but just relying on the four of them, it is obvious that they can't enjoy so many vacation places.

In response to this situation, Jamie proposed two solutions.

One continues to invite more members, such as Chuck.

When Chuck learned of the idea of sharing a manor or a holiday villa, the corners of his mouth curled up slightly, and he looked at Blair playfully.

"I remember you said, you give double as much as I give, right?"

Blair immediately realized what Chuck was trying to do, but it was too late to stop it.

"My dad has a private island in Hawaii and a private island in the Caribbean, so that should be eligible for membership, right?"

"And if that's not enough, there's a estate in Beverly Hills, lined with Hollywood superstars."

Looking at Blair's blushing face, Serena couldn't stand it anymore.

"Chuck, this idea of a shared estate and vacation home was conceived by Jamie, and this is not a venture capital for Nate."

Nate didn't think much of it at first, and nodded his head in agreement without hesitation in order to help Blair out of the siege.

But then he suddenly came back to his senses.

said that he would support him to start a business, but why did he end up being the first to go out?

But Nate was soon relieved.

After all, he does not have an idle manor or vacation villa at home to join Jamie's sharing plan, and it is normal for everyone not to take him to play.

However, Jamie shook his head firmly at this time, indicating that Nate must join in.

"We need to invite more members to join, and it's only fitting for Nate to do it."

Not to mention that it is absolutely stupid to leave the connections of a top political family like Nate's grandfather's family unused.

And Nate is a talented "player" in his own right.

Top family background, handsome and charming appearance, these are the favorite traits of rich ladies and noblewomen.

As long as they can sleep in their clothes, why can't they convince their husbands?

It would be even better if you met someone who didn't have a husband, and you would just avoid a 30-year detour!

Anyway, Nate will get involved with a certain duke's wife in the future, so it is better to dig out his talent now.

Isn't this much more fragrant than hard work?

When Nate finds out about the rich woman's goodness, he will be grateful to Jamie for his decision now.
