The battle in the Iron Claw Mountains is simply the best place for me to combine theory and practice. What Thomas wrote in his war books and diary finally gave me many opportunities to put it into practice. This is thanks to the custom of the Greenskins, because in a Greenskinned tribe, all members are required to obey the boss unconditionally. Relying on this, I had a perfect opportunity to practice, from basic training, organizing troops, assigning small leaders, and manufacturing war machinery to the command of the battle.
I could feel that I was getting closer and closer to Thomas, to his way of thinking, to his eyes. But to be honest, I'm not sure these things will work for my future, because I can't be green forever. In fact, if it weren't for my ultimate goal, I wouldn't have been with these evil, cruel, filthy creatures at all. My morals are completely different from those of the greenskins, and just playing a greenskin boss makes me sick from time to time.
Carrie told me that I shouldn't have thought that way because I was evil and cruel in the eyes of humans. This answer left me speechless.
Thomas once said that I would definitely face many more wars, and I probably didn't expect that I would be in command of a green-skinned army. But anyway, through practice again and again, I have learned a lot of things. And I also had the opportunity to hone my conducting skills again and again. In other words, be able to summarize your mistakes again and again. Several times since I started this plan, I've been on the edge of the game. On more than one occasion, I almost sent myself to hell.
Although the greenskins are natural warriors, their discipline is rather bad, and I have tried many methods, and at the end of the day, I can only slightly improve the situation. But that's all I have for now, I'm not here to improve the Greenskins' combat power or improve their habits. As long as it's convenient for me to command. Thomas once said that training is not to make soldiers all-round, but to let them be good at something, and it is the job of generals to give full play to the soldiers' strengths.
The situation is very clear. It is completely impossible to annex a tribe in a war like some time ago. Although Greenskin is simple, it is by no means stupid. Many of the tactics of the Greenskins are simple, unpretentious, yet unassailable. When it comes to timing, they're even incredibly spicy. On several occasions I was caught off guard by the enemy's counter-charges, and I had no idea what would have happened to the road had it not been for the favor of luck and the retention of reserves. But in this regard, I prefer to think that it was an instinctive choice. As Thomas says in his diary, sometimes instinctive choices trump rational thinking.
What I'm going to do now is to slowly fight those small battles, accumulate small victories, and earn fame. According to Grubb, the greenskins are eager to fight. If a boss keeps winning, there will be an endless stream of subordinates who come to him, and I've experienced this during this time.
For me, the road to battle is still long. Today I had an advantage over Wendini for the first time and between three hours, I hit it twice. Carrie told me that the power of the simulacrum was based on my memory, and that Wendini was actually more powerful than I thought. But I'm still quite happy.

"Boss!" a goblin ran in front of the Blood Banner Boss at great speed. "There's a bunch of guys who want to see you. ”
The Blood Banner Boss was sitting on his stone throne, as if thinking about something, not paying much attention to the goblin who was in charge of delivering the word. But a few big orcs beside the Blood Banner Boss strode up and surrounded the hapless goblin. The menacing look on their faces made the goblins tremble.
"Boss, who does he say he'll see?" an orc grabbed the hapless messenger and was thinking about how to clean him up. However, this scene of crisis made the goblin cry out quickly.
"Boss...... It's a bunch of black orcs...... A bunch of big black orcs want to see you!"
This shout immediately caught the attention of the Blood Banner Boss.
"Black orcs?" he repeated the word once.
"Yes, Boss, it's a kid with a pair of big fangs!" the goblin was put on the ground and hurriedly reported to the Boss.
After a short while, a team of strange greenskins walked into the base of the Blood Banner Tribe. It was the old nest of the Fangs for some time ago, but that was a thing of the past. Ever since the Fangs and all the recalcitrant Fangs (and a giant) fed Scroog, this has become the main base of the Blood Banner Tribe.
During this period of time, scattered green skins have continued to come to the Blood Banner Boss. However, this unfamiliar group of greenskins still attracted a lot of attention, because the skin color of these greenskins was very different from that of ordinary greenskins. Their skin is a darker dark green, and they are generally taller than the average orc.
It's a bunch of black orcs.
Although the appearance of the Black Orcs is slightly different from the normal green skin, the real difference between them is reflected in the customs. Unlike ordinary greenskins, who are like a rabble and can erupt at any time, the black orcs are the greenskins who truly know what discipline and unity are. They will quarrel, but it is fists, not weapons, to settle disputes. All of them agree that they are a branch of the Greenskins, a branch that does not know why the Tract has mutated. Thankfully, this mutation didn't happen to other Greenskins.
Led by the goblin, the group of black orcs walked straight in front of the Blood Banner Boss until a small leader stood in their way.
The leader of the black orc—it only took a glance to tell he was a leader—slammed into the little leader. The two greenskinned bodies collided together, and the little boss was knocked upside down and flew upside down, falling solidly onto a rock. The black orcs let out a loud laugh.
The little leader got up and angrily pulled out his axe. But in the next moment, the Black Orc leader pulled out his giant axe, which was more than five times larger than the small boss's weapon. Although the little leader glared angrily, he did not dare to make a move.
"What kind of rice is this?" asked the Blood Banner Boss beside him. He had a full view of the whole scene just now, but he didn't understand what this group of black orcs wanted to do for a while. If they wanted to come and run, it would be stupid to do so, because it might anger the boss. If they're here to fight—there are several times more Blood Banner Kids gathered around than there are Black Orcs. And as long as the Blood Banner Boss roars, the gap in this number will be magnified and enlarged.
"Boss, it looks like he wants to challenge you. Grubb nervously watched what was happening not far away, and explained softly to the boss.
"What rice? Challenge?"
Grubb explained, and the Blood Banner Boss began to figure out what that meant. In the Greenskin Tribe, the strongest is the boss, and the boss must be the strongest, so as long as any kid succeeds in challenging the boss, then he will naturally become the new boss (of course, if he loses, he has to feed Scroog). Normally, the green skin that challenges the boss needs to be big enough, strong enough, and there are enough juniors at the same time, and it is best to choose a suitable opportunity (such as the boss has just suffered a defeat or something) to challenge. However, theoretically (or the Greenskin's default rules), as long as a Greenskin comes to the Boss to challenge him, the Boss should fight, even if it is an alien Greenskin (Greenskin's collective concept is weak anyway). If an outsider can defeat the boss, he can also take the boss's place and become the new boss.
Originally, a boss like the Blood Banner Boss who was full of combat power and won consecutive battles, the small leaders under his command would not have such stupid thoughts for a while. Because they know how strong and powerful their boss is, and if they follow the boss, they will win battles, and if they fight against the boss, they will definitely die. If one day the Blood Banner Boss loses consecutive battles, they will not choose to challenge the boss, but lead their subordinates to secretly leave the boss who can no longer bring victory.
However, these foreign black orcs have never seen how powerful the Blood Banner Boss is.
As he spoke, the leader of the black orcs had already dealt with the little leader and used his momentum to force the other party to retreat. Now that there was no one in the way, the black orc came all the way to the throne of the Blood Banner Boss, clasped his hands, and put on a clear provocative posture.
"Boss......" Grabb didn't finish
"Who are you, who dare to come to us to spread wild?" another guard beside the Blood Banner boss shouted.
"I'm the boss of Tarus, I'm the real boss. The black orc, whose name was Tarus, stood proudly around him. "I'm the boss, I'm the strongest, all the boys should listen to me!"
The Blood Banner Boss jumped up from his throne and came to Tarus, standing face to face. The figures of the two orcs, who had very different skin colors, were unexpectedly close, and their four eyes were on the same level. At this moment they glared at each other and did not budge to each other.
The little bosses quietly retreated and took up a safe position far away. The other black orcs did the same, and the nearby goblins stopped their noisy shouting, all eyes on the two orc bosses in the field. Each greenskin held their breath, waiting for the inevitable conflict.
There seemed to be an invisible electric current beating in the air between the two sides. It's unclear who made the first move, but by the time all the boys came to their senses, the two orcs had already smashed each other's fists into each other.
Because the distance was so close, neither orc had the space to draw their weapons. So the fight becomes a fight between the two sides with their fists at such a distance. The two orcs punched each other and dodged each other's onslaughts. This battle went on for a long time, and there was no winner until both sides began to stagger on their feet.
The crowd around forgot to cheer. The Black Orcs didn't cheer for the leader, and the Blood Banner Kids didn't cheer for the boss. The outcome seemed to be hovering over the heads of both sides, with no sign of certainty at all. From time to time, half a tooth or a few drops of blood splattered around.
The long grappling finally came to fruition. Tarus was punched by the Blood Banner Boss and fell to the ground. He struggled to his feet and tried to fight again, but the Blood Banner Boss knocked him to the ground again with several punches, and then stomped a foot on Taruth's head.
"Who's the boss!" asked the Blood Banner boss loudly.
"You're the boss!" replied Tarus, lying on the ground and in a dejected voice. "We all listen to you. ”
"Good. The Blood Banner Boss let go of his feet, and Tarus had the strength to get up. The Blood Banner Boys all around them let out cheers that shook the cave.
"Very well, Tarus, from now on, you are my Vanguard Officer!" said the Blood Banner Boss with a look of satisfaction.
