When Yin and Yang are transformed by themselves, the sixteenth level is cultivated.

The seventeenth level requires the ten qi to be gathered into one. When cultivating, you need to "be quiet, keep the brunt, and know your spirit", and then you can hold one and keep the center, and gather into a round ball with the five elements and ten qi. The power of this ball is the power of the palm.

The most difficult is the eighteenth level, which requires the ten qi of yin and yang to be transformed into an image of dragon qi.
