Chapter 16: Bloodborne Curse
Baron Buck put away the anger on his face, he had no doubt about the words of the emir.
Anyone could lie to him, but the emir couldn't.
"Traitor? Well, I know, there have always been traitors in the castle. But...... What can he do with me? Baron Buck stood on a high platform and looked around, his eyes so oppressive that no one dared to look at him.
He has been able to be the lord of the Dor Valley for so many years, relying on the strength of his own great knights.

There was a strange sound of horses' hooves in the quiet banquet, the sound was similar to the sound of horses' hooves, but it was not when you listened closely.
A brown-haired man in a black robe appeared at the banquet riding a strange creature, which was hairless, had silver-white skin, and a pair of bat-like wings on its back.
The brown-haired man had a simple face, with large freckles on his face, and he smiled, "I'm sorry, I'm too late to process the spell casting materials." My name is Malcolm O'Neill and I'm from Green Cottage. β
Malcolm rolled over from the creature, then stroked its head encouragingly and said, "Good job, go ahead." β
He saw that the people around him were looking at him strangely, so he smiled and said, "Oh, most of you shouldn't have seen it, his name is Thestrals, and he is a creature that can only be seen by those who have seen death." How's that, it's cute, right? β
There was silence all around, no one spoke, for most of the people looked at him with fear in their eyes.
Malcolm had just suddenly appeared in an empty place, as if he had stepped out of the void on a Thestrals.
"Wizard?" Baron Buck asked with a solemn face.
Malcolm looked at Baron Buck and smiled, "Yes, I'm a first-level wizard in Grimm Hut. But you don't know what Grimm Hut is, let alone who Malcolm is, so you won't be afraid of me. For example, you, can still talk to me, it's good. β
"After all, you are only the natives of the Carlson Continent, and you know that the Carlson Continent is only the size of my little finger on the map. Oh, and you may not even know the name of the land you're treading on. Alas, why am I telling you this, it is important to get down to business. β
As he spoke, he rubbed the two fingers of his left hand, and there was a transparent crystal ball in his hand.
"You're Buck Sarah, aren't you?" Malcolm asked politely.
Baron Buck was still calm and replied, "It's me." β
"Oh, good." Malcolm nodded, and touched his head a little embarrassedly, "I'm sorry, I'm sorry that I was entrusted with the life of your whole clan." β
As soon as he said this, there was a deathly silence, and Malcolm said it as naturally as if he had spoken a few words to the ant nest before destroying it.
"How can Your Excellency let me go, let my family go. What Simon gave you, I'll double it for you! Baron Buck's fists were clenched so hard that sweat was pouring out of his forehead.
Malcolm sighed, "No way, you can't give what he gives, because he gave his soul to me, a soul who is willing to be a slave." A strong person like you can't be willing to be a slave. β
"Soul?" Baron Buck wondered if he had misheard.
"That's right, and a soul who has a deep grudge against you. Such souls are excellent spellcasting materials, and I can verify that my spell model is perfect. Malcolm looked excited, dancing and talking about it all.
No one dared to interrupt him, and even the birds in the surrounding mountains and forests stopped chirping.
When Malcolm was excited, he looked around and was a little embarrassed: "Ah, I've talked too much again, I'm sorry for the delay." Let's get started, Mr. Buck? β
"I'm not going to sit still!" Buck drew his sword and slashed at it first.
This sword was the all-out effort of the Great Knight, and Herag couldn't see Baron Buck's sword drawing and drawing his sword with his own eyes.
If he faced this sword, he wouldn't have time to react even if there was a reminder from Deep Blue, because the speed was too fast.
However, after Baron Buck rushed out, he remained in a splitting posture and froze in mid-air, and even his expression was frozen.
Malcolm shrugged his shoulders and spread his hands, and the crystal ball floated in front of Baron Buck, and then said, "Barbarians are always so rude and impulsive. β
"Time is running out, but I still have to introduce you to this spell of mine, called the Bloodborne Curse, which can kill anyone who is related to the target within three generations. This spell of mine requires the blood of the target's whole body, as well as a soul who hates the target so much, and this soul voluntarily signs a soul contract with me. These conditions are indispensable, and I didn't expect them to be met so quickly. β
"Originally, what was this called, oh yes, when Simon came to me with the token, I was kind of tempted to send him away. As a result, I didn't expect him to have such a deep hatred for you, just in time to complete my spell experiment, so I came. β
"Now, let's get started!"
Malcolm spread his hands and whispered something out of his mouth. The crystal ball spun rapidly, then stopped.
Baron Barker's mouth was open, but it looked strange, more like something was holding his mouth open.
"Warning! A strong source of mana has been detected! β
In Herag's eyes, the situation was even more dire.
Malcolm's whole body was filled with terrifying magic, and his whole body was wrapped in a huge amount of magic.
The crystal ball extended a pillar of magic and plunged directly into Baron Barker's mouth.
Then, the blood in Baron Barker's body began to rush towards the crystal ball along the pipes made of mana.
The transparent crystal ball quickly turned red, and the blood in Baron Barker's body continued to pour into the crystal ball.
The crystal ball looks small, but it seems that it can never be filled, and it can hold as much blood as it wants.
The originally burly Baron Buck quickly turned into skinny bones, and his whole body shrank several times.
This scene strongly shocked everyone present.
Yes!!
It was only then that the crowd began to scream and run, and great fear enveloped everyone.
"It's naΓ―ve, we're naΓ―ve......"
Herag looked at the scene in front of him and suddenly felt that everything he had experienced before was too ridiculous.
Baron Buck thought that he would be able to escape by marrying Duke Tulip, but in the eyes of wizards, I am afraid that even the king is just an ant.
Who cares what ants think?
"Lord Baron!" The anger in the emir's heart even overpowered the fear, and he drew his sword and was about to rush forward.
Melissa on the high platform also tried to pounce and hug her father, but fell to the ground because of her weak legs.
