Chapter Eighty-Five: The Forgotten Land

The white three-story ship moved quietly in the mist, and everyone ran to the window and stretched out their heads to look. The boat automatically makes a turn every time it travels a certain distance, but the angle and timing are random. Someone took a long wooden pole and tried it underwater, and when the pole was brought up, the part below the surface of the water was gone.

"Did this thing gnaw off?" the sailor showed the others the section of the wood, but it was so neat that it looked like it had been cut with a knife. They replaced their spears and extended the metal tip into the water, and after a moment they took it with half a cut below the water's surface.

"It seems that there is something strange underwater, we must not go into the water, and it is estimated that only the road it has arranged for us is safe. Diarlando looked at the not-so-clear water under the mist and said almost to himself.

No one knows how long the ship was in the fog because the clocks were out of order, but as if it came out of a storm, suddenly the ship came out of the fog. Everyone let out an exclamation of exclamation, and then busily watched to see what this legendary magical place was like.

The first thing that appeared in front of everyone's eyes was a small pier, which looked like it was made of logs, and it had been exposed to the wind and sun for an unknown amount of time, the color was gray, and the surface was dry and there were some small cracks, which looked full of the smell of time.

The surrounding area is full of ordinary rocks, and the edge of the island is a very large arc, and the mountains are covered with plants with black stalks and red flowers, which are dozens of feet high. The short ones are only two or three feet, which is very strange for the same plant.

The ship was too big, and when it approached the small dock, everyone was worried that it would directly crash into the old wooden dock, but the wood that looked like it was rotting was very explained, and after the dull crashing sound, the airship stopped on the shore.

Everyone looked at each other, not knowing if they could get off the boat directly, although there was a path leading from behind the pier to the high point of the island, but they didn't know what was on the island, so they were a little hesitant for a while.

Dearlando gets Ryses out. Shake it a bit. Combined with the lure of food, it finally woke it up. Before its eyes were fully opened, it sniffed around in the air with its nose tilted, and after a second it opened its eyes and flew excitedly.

"Ah, the proving ground! It's all here. So fast!" Riceth happily circled over Dearlando. Then it flew straight to the center of the island.

"Rises! Who are we going to take with us? Do you know what you're going to test?" Dearrando quickly jumped down and chased after the young dragon for two steps.

The young dragon paused for a moment, then flew back again. After looking around, he said, "Those who have a contract with me can come, and you can land on the island on your own, and those who can't come up will be kicked back."

Achille hugged Luna and Zoya carefully disembarked with Dino in her arms, and they gently stepped on the dock on their toes, and waited for a few seconds before they realized that there was nothing wrong with them, and then they completely shifted their weight to this foot.

Seeing that Zoya could go up, Dan and the Dreadhorn King also went to the island unceremoniously, leaving Princess Lovelan and the elven engineer Cantu behind. The princess was carrying a riding dress, and as soon as she stepped on the dock, she was pushed backwards by a huge force, and immediately fell down, but fortunately Cantu was behind her, and immediately reached out to catch it.

After he lifted Lovelan and put it aside, he tried to go to the island himself, and sure enough, he was pushed out by the magical power of the island.

"Damn! I wasn't allowed to go to the island, it's just discrimination! Anyway, I've also contributed to the Starlight Dragon, and it's too unauthentic to do this!" Seeing the ancient ruins he wanted to see in front of him, the blonde elf was going crazy.

He looked at Diarlando and said, "You promised me, you promised that you would show me what was going on on the island." As soon as Dearlando was reminded by him, he remembered that there was indeed such a thing, so he had to see if Riceth could solve it.

"He helped us find the compass and I promised to take him to the island as a condition. Diarlando pointed to Cantu. When Reses heard this, he simply flew over and kissed Cantu on the face, and then shouted, "Okay, okay, you can go, just make up a contract." ”

"No, and me, you promised my mother to take me on the expedition, otherwise how could she fully support you and lend you her royal airship!" Seeing the opportunity, Lovelan also shouted, she was already proficient in this kind of wordplay, and Deirlandor had indeed promised Queen Allen to some extent.

Ryses didn't hesitate at all, and without waiting for Dierlando to say anything, he kissed Lovellan's face directly: "Mua, okay, this is okay, go quickly!"

The captain and crew were left in place, trying to find a way to repair the airship with the available materials. The two groups broke up at the small pier.

Diarlando chased the young dragon first, and when they reached the halfway point of the hill, they saw the white enclosure that winded around the top of the hill and a large pile of white cactus-like buildings behind the wall.

"These houses look so strange, they don't look like our buildings at all. Dearlando asked Rieseth, "Is this the style of your hometown?"

"No, no, although I don't remember what my hometown was like, it certainly wasn't. Reseth's instincts told him that such a building had nothing to do with dragons, after all, it was not suitable for dragons in terms of size. Although each of these stacked spike buildings was so tall that it was almost the size of an ordinary temple of first sight, there were no windows or doors to be seen, and a giant creature like a dragon could not easily enter or exit.

Within a few minutes, everyone was running in front of the white wall. These ostrich egg-like white matte stones are neatly piled up without any adhesive, and they look a little incredible. When you look closely at the black plants around, you can see that it is a kind of semi-creeping climbing vine, which is generally two or three feet long, and those that are dozens of feet high, obviously clinging to some stone or building. The flowers are dotted with clusters of red fruits, but when fully ripe they seem to turn black, giving off an enticing sweet taste in the air.

Dino swallowed and asked in a low voice, "Can you eat it?" Dearlando immediately turned his head to look at the Dreadhorn King. The Dreadhorn King shook his head and said, "I don't see any records of ancestors eating this, they say that all the food came out of an inverted triangular metal object on its own. ”

"Soul Furnace?!" Deirlandor and Fair glanced at each other and said in unison, I didn't expect there to be such an evil device here, could it be that this kind of thing is really a magic prop of the dragon clan itself, and it doesn't have to be exchanged for human souls.

At this moment, everyone stood in front of the white fence, and a simple wooden fence stopped the path, which was also paved with white stones. Everyone stopped in unison, a little uneasy, and pushed the door open to see what they would see.

"Hey, anyone? I'm bringing the Starlight Dragon's hatchlings to the challenge!" Deirlandor shouted directly, and his voice was so loud that it was estimated that half of the island could hear it. However, after he shouted two or three times, there was still no movement around, as if there was no one living here for a long time.

Reses craned his neck and let out a long dragon groan, a clear and melodious cry that echoed throughout the island, and now everyone who is deaf should hear it.

"What should I do? There doesn't seem to be anyone, so let's just push the door in. Dearrando was already impatient, so he simply pushed open the wooden door and strode in. After he entered, he felt to himself, as if there was no problem, and immediately beckoned everyone to follow.

As they walked on, they realized that the white thorn ball buildings they had just seen were far more numerous and larger than they had expected, and as they walked up to the top of the hill, they found that there was a huge basin in front of them, and these cactus-like buildings were like fruits that had been randomly scattered on a large plate.

"Where did you get in?" Zoya asked curiously, looking at the large area of strange buildings without doors in front of her.

Reses let out another long cry, and this time they saw a place in the white wall suddenly dent in what appeared to be a door. (To be continued......)
