In the same way, cultivating in some blessed lands and caves is much more efficient than in the great rivers.
If it is combined with some special exercises, it can collect several kinds of vitality at the same time and polish the superior mana, and the efficiency can be even higher.
This is also one of the reasons why many Xuanmen authentic monks can practice for a few decades to outperform the side monks who have practiced for hundreds of years.
The environment, exercises, diet, and the cultivation benefits brought by many inheritances make the difference between the two levels of mana in their bodies and refining true qi too great.
