Lingwu is to melt qi and blood, pass through the meridians, open acupoints, refine spiritual energy, transform spiritual elements, form spiritual pills, and become spiritual phases, and then understand the laws of heaven and earth, and become supreme martial arts.

In the cultivation of martial artists, the practice is fundamental.

The exercises are divided into four levels: Heaven, Earth, Xuan, and Huang, and each level is divided into three levels: low, medium, and high.

Legend has it that there are saint-level exercises, which surpass the heavenly level.

The division of martial arts is consistent with the exercises. There are also secret methods of supernatural powers, which are divided into small supernatural powers, medium supernatural powers, and large supernatural powers, and the cultivation requirements of supernatural powers are extremely high, which are more rare than martial arts.

The higher the level of the exercises, the more suitable they are for cultivation, but the exercises of the higher level often have requirements for the qualifications of martial artists. The same goes for martial arts, the higher the level, the more powerful it is.

Low-level exercises usually have a limited cultivation realm, depending on the situation. Only by attaining the exercises of the earth level can one cultivate to the ninth realm.

The three acupoints of the human body's divine court, the middle of the body, and the sea of qi can all become the dantian of cultivation.

The upper dantian divine court refines the gods, and the middle dantian and the lower dantian qi sea refines the qi.

Divine refining techniques are scarce, and the qualification requirements are very high, and they are generally only used to assist cultivation.

Refining qigong is the mainstream, the two-order exercises of heaven and earth are cultivated in the middle dantian, and the two-order exercises of Xuanhuang are cultivated in the lower dantian.

The twelve realms of martial arts, there are three realms, three realms, three realms, and three realms, and the legend is divided into three realms.

They are Chuwu, Zhenwu, Lingwu, Diyuan, Tiangang, Zhoutian, Mixed Yuan, Dangang, Xiangxu, Guixian, Refining God, and Breaking Boundary.

[Beginning Martial Realm] six floors. Feel the internal qi and enter the realm of the first martial arts. Open up the twelve meridians, each of which has two meridians, one yin and one yang, corresponding to a layer of realm.

[True Martial Realm] six floors. Open up the two veins of Ren Du of the eight veins of the Qi Jing (the two veins of Ren Du are collectively called the two bridges of heaven and earth) and enter the realm of true martial arts. The cultivation of the True Martial Realm opens up the six veins of the strange meridians outside the two veins of Ren Du, and one meridian corresponds to one layer of realm.

[Lingwu Realm] six floors. Awaken the soul power, break the 'Heaven and Earth Entrance', sense the aura of heaven and earth, form a spiritual core seed in the dantian, and enter the realm of spiritual martial arts. Around the spirit core, six spiritual cyclones are formed, each corresponding to a layer of realm.

[Earth Yuan Realm] six floors. Stimulate the acupuncture points in the body and enter the realm of the earth element. Open up the seventy-two earth evil acupoints, and each twelve acupuncture points correspond to a layer of realm.

【Tiangang Realm】Six floors. Undertake the realm of the earth element, open up the thirty-six Tiangang acupoints, and each six acupoints correspond to a layer of realm.

[Zhou Tianjing] six floors. Stimulate the dark hidden acupoints in the body, open up one hundred and eight dark hidden acupoints, and each eighteen acupoints correspond to one layer.

[Mixed Yuan Realm] six floors. The spiritual power of the acupuncture points returns to the cyclone, the spiritual power of the cyclone compresses the spiritual core, and the spiritual core transforms into a spiritual pill.

【Dangang Realm】Six floors. The elixir mana communicates with the acupuncture points of the whole body, and the mana is released to hurt the enemy, which is the realm of Dangang.

[Phase Void Realm] six floors. Breaking the elixir forms a spiritual phase, and the spiritual phase of mana is the void heaven and the power of heaven and earth.

[Return to Wonderland] - the beginning of the law of heaven and earth.

[Refining God Realm] - The soul of the gods is opposite to the law.

Note: In the two realms of early martial arts and true martial arts, the internal qi in the body of the martial artist is also known as the true qi.

Lingwu, Diyuan, Tiangang, and Zhoutian are four realms, and the body of the warrior is spiritual power. The spiritual core and the cyclone form liquid spiritual power, and the meridians and acupoints flow spiritual power, which is gaseous spiritual power.

Dangang and Xiangxu are two realms, and the martial artist has mana in his body.

Elixir is of the ninth level, and the quality varies.

The elixir is nine levels, each with four qualities: lower, middle, upper and extreme.

The elixir of the same level is refined into the elixir of the same level, and the quality of the elixir is the quality of the elixir because of the different formulas.

There are nine levels of spiritual ore and spiritual materials, and the quality is different.

The cultivation realm of demon beasts roughly corresponds to human cultivation, with a total of nine levels, each of which is divided into early, middle, and late stages. Above the ninth order, there is also the third order of legend.

The fourth-order demon beast enlightens the spiritual intelligence, the sixth-order spits human words, and the eighth-order transforms into a human form.

Demon beasts do not enlighten their intelligence, they only strengthen their bodies, and they are fierce beasts.

Among the same levels, the fierce beast's combat power is stronger than that of the demon beast, but it has no spiritual intelligence, no matter how strong it is, it is no different from the beast.
