Tendons: [Willow Tendons] There was once a stunningly talented monk surnamed Liu, who directly entered the Upper Five Realms with refining tendons alone, and achieved the supreme immortal body, which can be called unprecedented and unprecedented. Therefore, this place is specifically named after the willow tendon. There is also a saying of "staying in the human realm", because many monks who have the luxury of taking shortcuts have gone astray, and in this realm, they have gone astrayed into the broken cheats left by the monk surnamed Liu, delayed for too long, and delayed for life.
Bone: [Bone Qi] comes from the saying of a senior monk who "creates a thousand golden bones, and there are one or two qi". Confucian monks have a unique advantage in this realm, because Confucianism attaches great importance to nurturing Haoran righteousness, and generally speaking, the number of tractions is slightly more than that of others, and the quality is also better.
Body: [Casting Furnace] or [Zhulu]: "Between the world of life, the body is the furnace". It can be regarded as stepping into the threshold of cultivation with one foot, and the monks of Buddhism and Taoism have the greatest advantage in this realm.

[Middle Five Realms]: Each realm is divided into upper, middle and lower triple buildings.
[Cave House]: The door of the house is opened, that is, the hole is opened, and the aura is absorbed from the heaven and earth, and the three hundred and sixty-five points of the human body are like three hundred and sixty-five natural caves and blessed land, which is why it is said that people are the chief of all souls. In addition to the "seven tricks" that naturally open when people are born, men only need to open nine more tricks to enter the next realm, but women need to open fifteen tricks to advance, and the root of many female monks' low realm lies in being blocked here, but the more women open their minds in this realm, the more they often benefit in the middle five realms.
The realm of the cave is extremely difficult, because once you decide to open the acupoint, it means that the human body will accept the aura outside the body at the same time, it will also form a precipitous situation of "sea water inflow" - because the capture of the aura outside the body must be drawn from the countless miscellaneous qi machines in heaven and earth, and the enlightenment is like the battlefield of the secular world, and the defender of the city gives up the only advantage and takes the initiative to open the door to meet the enemy, which is easy to be defeated by a powerful enemy. Seawater inflow - the human body's knots and meridians are like towns and roads, which are deeply flooded, the land is barren, and it has never recovered. Therefore, the realm of [Dongfu] is the first threshold for cultivation in the true sense. Many monks, especially Yeluzi monks, as well as qi practitioners of small sects who did not have a backing background, were stranded in the last realm of the Lower Five Realms because they were afraid that after the failure of the Cave Mansion and the complete loss of their roots and bones to become immortals.
[Viewing the sea]: Taken from the meaning of "I climb the tower to watch the hundred rivers into the sea, that is, into my arms", the aura of heaven and earth began to expand the meridians of the human body (just like the rivers that eventually enter the sea, and like the expansion of the official road of the post road in the world), the aura gradually condensed, sublimated, and began to feed back the body, so as to make the monks prolong their lives. Normally, Qi practitioners in this realm can live up to 100 years old.
[Dragon Gate]: The abundant aura precipitated in the dantian (sea of qi) finally condenses into an essence breath, which flows upstream in the body, like a carp jumping over the dragon gate, turning into a dragon when it becomes a dragon, and losing it is all over the body. If the monk fails to rush through the level, he will fall back to the realm of the cave in one go, and the sea of dantian qi will completely dry up. Therefore, this pass is the second big threshold for monks, and monks in the Longmen Realm have three chances in their lives, so there is a saying that "nothing more than three". Once you fail three times, you can only stop at the realm of Dongfu for the rest of your life.
[Jindan]: "Forming a Jindan guest, Fang is my generation", and is also described as the "eyeblot" after "carp jumping over the dragon gate". The entire sea of qi is condensed and condensed into a golden pill, and the artistic conception in the body of the knot pill is different among the monks. Some monks are geniuses, and when they are married, they are magnificent, and they will even attract visions of heaven and earth. There is a huge difference in size between the "Dan Chambers" of Qi practitioners, and there are also differences between the advantages and disadvantages. However, there are also special circumstances such as "big and empty", "small but wonderful", etc., and the will of heaven is unpredictable.
[Yuan Baby]: The monk raised a yang god or yin god, if there is a child living in the sea of knowledge, the "child" raised by the Confucian monk is either holding a book or a jade wat, or wearing a variety of complement official uniforms, and may even hold the jade seal of the town (this person is either an unauthorized prime minister, or a famous minister through the ages). The immature children of the Buddhist family may sit on the lotus platform, or make seals, or the Bodhisattva may lower his eyebrows or the Vajra will look angry. In addition to the various Yin Gods of Taoist monks, the monks with the qualification of "Puyu Dao Fetus" also have a unique feature, that is, they are born with a Taoist classic, which can make the monks practice in the future. The kendo monk is the appearance of a boy holding a sword, but the sword he holds is of high and low quality. Some "born sword embryos", luck, and the swords they hold will be those famous swords in history.
In addition to the Yin gods of the soldiers and monks, in addition to wearing armor, the others are varied, some people ride horses and hold guns, some people carry divine bows, some people carry tripods, and so on.
The so-called reincarnation of the true Buddha in the world means that it is born with the Yin God who incarnated in the previous life, the Taoist immortals, the natural sword embryo of the swordsman, the Confucian reading seed, and the loyal and heroic soul of the soldier, the same way.
The second floor of this realm can allow the Yuan Shen to travel far away, absorb the essence of the sun and the moon, and drink the dew as a sustenance, and those with strong talent have been able to drive the Yin and Yang Yuan Shen out of the body to kill the enemy. The yin god can also appear during the day, and the yang god is at night, which is like the "great day of the world" to ghosts and evil creatures. Yuan Ying Lingzhi began to open seven orifices, which is equivalent to a human child of seven or eight years old. The temperaments of the yin and yang gods are often very different. The so-called "match made in heaven" between monks means that if the monks in this realm are attracted to each other, they can become "Taoist couples". If the yin gods of the same gender also look at each other, and the will of heaven dictates it, then the qi practitioners, who are their respective masters, can only watch and do it themselves......
The third floor: In the small world of Zhihai, the Confucian sage above the Confucian "gentleman", the land immortal of Taoism, and the golden-bodied Arhat of Buddhism are all titles that can only be possessed after entering this realm.
The importance of the "earth realm" began to come to the fore, for example, in the Academy of Learning, where it was difficult for the land gods and golden-bodied arhats to compete with a Confucian sage.
After entering this realm, Yang Shou has a minimum of 300 years and a maximum of 600 years.
[Upper Five Realms] is also known as the "Five Realms of Immortality"
[Yupu]: Practicing Qi is a great achievement, returning to the basics, and at the same time making the physical body tend to be perfect, cultivating into a "pure glass body", "Daluo Golden Immortal Body", etc., which can naturally be fearless of fire and water, and invincible to all evils.
The lifespan is at least 500 years, at most 800 years, or even 1,000 years. Being able to invade the body without fear of any filthy breath, the accumulation of spiritual energy has gradually reached a bottleneck, so there is not much difference between practicing on the mountain and practicing under the mountain, and it is far more flexible and casual than the "immovable as a mountain" of the Yuanying realm monks. The female monk dreams of entering this realm the most, because she can have an opportunity to change or beautify her original appearance, and ensure that she is "not bad", (a person's physiognomy that has become a "fixed formula" since the mother's womb actually involves a person's popularity, and the common people in the world are taboo to break the appearance, which is not groundless, but they don't know why it is.) )
This realm is divided into two realms: heaven and earth.
Therefore, in the circle of monks, there are sayings such as "I am not afraid of meeting the old, but I am afraid of meeting the young", "there is a jiazi in the mountains, and the world has been a thousand years".
The "Qingyin World" dominated by Taoism, the center is the ancestral court of Xuandu, and the middle and high-level monks here are mostly in the realm of Yupu.
[Immortals]: It is divided into two realms, the immortals are in front and the people are behind, and the former means that he has now cultivated the Tao and is already high. (In fact, the truth is that monks need to use various qi numbers in the world as advanced food, and the aura can no longer improve the realm) The latter is to remind the monks of this realm that they should not forget the original intention of ancestors and immortals. (In fact, the qi of the laity, and even the qi of ordinary low-level qi practitioners, can no longer fill the stomachs of these immortals, and they must devour the majestic qi of the entire country and dynasty.) )

The root of this realm comes from Chapter 77 of "Lao Tzu": "The way of heaven is like a bow and the higher one suppresses it, the lower one lifts it, the surplus loses it, the insufficient one is with it, and the way of heaven loses more than enough and makes up for the deficiency." Humanity is not, the damage is insufficient, and the sacrifice is more than enough. Who can have more than enough to serve the world? It is only the Taoist. That is, the "Heavenly Dao" is characterized by the reduction of surplus and the shortage of supply, while the "humanitarian" is the opposite, "insatiable greed" and "the rich get richer and the poor get poorer". Therefore, the cultivation and immortality of qi practitioners is itself a rebellious act of "great rebellion", which is against the current, and there is no way back, because people have reincarnation, once they practice, as long as they cannot reach the last two realms, they will still be wiped out, and they will completely become the crushed scraps of the heavenly millstone, and there will be no afterlife. In fact, the active entry of Confucianism into the WTO, the persuasion of Buddhism to be good, and the untainted cause and effect of Taoism are all helpless compromises made by the ancestors of various religions after "studying heaven and man, investigating life and death", "hitting the south wall headlong", and "crossing the road to the river", in order to delay and reduce the coercive rebound of the Heavenly Dao.

[Ascension]: It is already the pinnacle of the "world", and the next life is nothing more than this (just the world's opinion, in fact, the monks of this realm have found an embarrassing dilemma, and they have no afterlife at all, so they can only break through the barrier of heaven and earth, fly away, and go to the legendary heavenly court.) It's just that as soon as you enter this realm, you will be noticed by the Heavenly Dao, and you will think that it is the great thief and giant of heaven and earth, and it must be eliminated quickly, and it will not be tolerated by heaven and earth. Therefore, the top qi cultivators in this realm will not easily appear in the world, otherwise they will be forced to soar, and once they fail, it will be a miserable situation where their souls will be scattered. Therefore, he was ridiculed by "the scholar" as "the thousand-year-old king and eighty-thousand-year-old turtle".
[Lost Second Realm]: Any monk is silent, always secret, and the secret must not be revealed. The heavenly court, which has always been speculated to be "proven to be the way of heaven" and to be among the "heavenly heavens", is called "heavenly immortals" (the realm of immortals, habitually called human immortals), and truly lives with heaven and earth.

Although it is not enough to move mountains and seas, it is also able to crack the city wall and split the river. The body is extremely strong, and it is better than the body of a Buddhist arhat. Once a qi practitioner is close to him, within ten zhang, unless he has a high-grade talisman magic weapon or higher, he will definitely die.
Attached: In the realm of martial arts nine grades, the root and core lie in the word "dispersed qi", so it is diametrically opposed to the path of practicing qi.
In the realm of refining the body, the first step is to eliminate all the acquired qi in the body, whether it is the filthy qi or the essence vitality, as much as possible. The process of practicing qi is a process of removing the turnip and preserving the essence, and it is necessary to carefully screen and intercept one's own vitality as much as possible, as the "foundation" of the path of cultivation and the "foundation" of the high-rise building of the sea of qi.
And the reason why a soldier monk can cultivate both is that he must first take the martial arts, and after refining his body to perfection, he will practice qi. Without hesitation, he frantically absorbed the murderous, aggressive, and dead qi of the battlefield, so as to fill the acupoints of his body and create a sea of qi that was completely different from the atmosphere of the qi practitioners.
