Chapter 65: Practicing the Yi Jin Sutra
Unlike the vast majority of internal exercises in this world, the Yijin Jing is a kind of kinetic work.
The practitioner does not have the idea of practicing, but he also has to let the body make the movements in the exercises, which is extremely twisted.
However, if we borrow the realm of no self and no one in the Buddhist scriptures, we can bypass this. Directly entering the state of emptiness, at this time, only the movements on the Yijin Sutra remain in the heart, and subconsciously make only the instinctive movements of the body, let alone the idea of practicing.
At this time, Yun Tian had no thoughts in his heart, and it was impossible for him to take the initiative to attract his true qi. However, in this case, the essence and blood in his body were pulled by the strange movements of his body, and there were faint signs of chaos, as if this action was to make people go crazy.
In this case, it seems to be more dangerous than Yun Tian's earlier awakening to take the initiative to practice the Yi Jin Sutra, at this time, if he once stepped on the wrong step, it would not be as simple as the misalignment of muscles and bones, but would also cause serious internal injuries.
But no matter what the situation is, for Yuntian, he can only choose to give up this body and start over.
Of course, the situation is not so bad, in fact, it is a normal phenomenon when practicing the Yi Jin Sutra.
On the one hand, since the Yijin Sutra is called the Yijin Sutra, it is naturally a practice for the meridians, and the main effect is to change the meridians of ordinary people, so that the meridians are blocked or rugged people, and the meridians are wide and tough, and the trend is wide and wide, and the person becomes like a natural martial arts talent.
It's just that the main reason why Yuntian cultivates it is that it can regulate the true qi of different species, and of course there are exercises in this world to regulate the true qi in the body, but the Yijin Sutra is the best in this, and its efficacy in this regard is only a little worse than that of the Northern Shengong.
Because of the characteristics of its change of the Yi meridians, its actions for each person have certain differences in the subtleties, so it is difficult to put them on paper, just because each Yi Jin Jing is unique, and it is only applicable to a specific person's divine skills.
This kind of subtle change is simply difficult to grasp under normal circumstances. If the action is not done properly, the muscles and bones are easy to be entangled and misaligned, just like Yuntian tried to force it before, but the pain almost made him not recover.
But fortunately, there is only one Yijin Sutra in the world, which is written by the Bodhidharma Patriarch. This martial arts master, who created this skill, naturally knew the difficulty of putting it into a book, so when he left a text pattern to illustrate the action, he deliberately made some changes in the subtleties that may occur in the action of different people.
These changes are specifically against the natural movements of the human body, and the original intention is that when people make this movement, the body feels extremely awkward and uncomfortable, so the practitioner will subconsciously correct the movement, and in this correction process, the body will automatically find the most suitable subtle movement changes for itself.
Bodhidharma's intention is good, but people in the world often think they are smart, and they are always superstitious about authority, so they always forcibly follow the actions in the book to practice, without any change at all, it is simply against their own body instincts, so it exacerbates the risk of muscle and bone entanglement and dislocation.
Therefore, this is the reason why it is said that the practice of the Yi Jin Sutra must not have an enterprising spirit.
Because human nature is lazy, and enterprising is rebellious nature. If you don't practice it as an exercise, but only regard it as a set of ordinary movements, how comfortable it is, but because of this kind of lazy mentality, it seems that such a child's play can you get the true meaning of it.
For example, when sleeping, everyone has his own way of sleeping, some lie on their backs, some lie on their sides, even if they are lying on their sides, they are also subdivided into different sleeping positions, some legs are raised, some are bent deeply, in the end, it is not how comfortable everyone is. In fact, only in this way can the quality of sleep be guaranteed, and everything is still in line with nature and nature.
Of course, it doesn't mean that you can do this step, and the reason why there is a saying that you can't have the courage to make progress in the practice of Yijin is actually far from being as simple as doing the action in place.
On the other hand, even if ordinary people are lucky enough to get a book of exercises that are completely suitable for their own characteristics, but at such a time, the body seems to be in a situation of qi and blood walking around, and ordinary people have the idea of practicing divine skills in their hearts.
Even if some people's hearts are superb, and they don't have the slightest action to meddle, they have to stop the operation of the exercises when the qi and blood attack the heart in the body finally appears.
The reason for this is also very simple, the more people want to learn divine skills, the more fierce the desire in their hearts, so the more afraid they are of death. Practicing divine skills is originally to live a better life, and who wants to seek death?
In this way, they would rather forcibly disturb the blood and qi in their bodies and make measures that they think are set right, or they are less timid and would rather not practice, and their martial arts are poor, rather than lose their lives at will.
But they don't understand this, and the more they can withstand the great terror, the more hope they have for the consummation of the right results. The Yijin Sutra is secretly in line with the righteousness of Buddhism, and only by putting oneself in the sea of suffering can one have a chance to land on the other side.
However, if you understand the Buddha's principles and break through the self-appearance and human appearance, you can skip this layer, and you don't have to bear the great horror in your heart, but only let the body react instinctively, and the Yijin Sutra is natural.
However, this kind of perfect control of the heart requires a very high degree of Buddhist attainments, fortunately, Yuntian has obtained the full understanding of the two monks, and was able to reveal the Buddha nature Yuntian, through the thorough understanding of no self and no one, to achieve the realm of no self and no other, only a set of Yijin Sutra, so that the body can naturally make the movements, which is a coincidence.
At this time, the qi and blood in Yuntian's body suddenly surged up and flowed around in the body when it was about to be chaotic, but this state seemed to be chaotic, but in fact, it contained a wonderful law, from the overall point of view, it seemed like the ebb and flow of a great river.
It's like the water in a cup, although there are always some tiny droplets flying out of the water, but in general, it still rises and falls, and so on.
Although the situation in Yuntian's body is much more complicated than this at this time, it has already begun to form a general trend, and the qi and blood surging back and forth in the meridians in the body have gradually developed a certain degree of cooperation, forming a certain rhythm, and began to wrap up those chaotic qi and blood, and also joined the tide of qi and blood with a special rhythm.
This scene is like an ocean pouring into a river, and under the drive, all water systems have the rhythm of rising and falling with the tide of the sea, different from the Zhoutian cycle of other internal strength, there is a small circulation in the body, that is, countless scattered qi and blood surging back and forth in a single or several meridians. And this small circulation everywhere has created a general trend of qi and blood surging back and forth throughout the body
In this case, I don't know when, the dots of Yi Jin Jing True Qi were born from the tide of qi and blood, which seemed to be a little fertile mud rolled up by the mud bed of the river scouring the waterway, which was thicker than the essence of the attribute yin, and it seemed that whether it was the innate true qi or the essence and blood, it was all floating water vapor, and the Yi Jin Jing True Qi was like mercury liquid, dense and heavy.
As Yun Tian finished his set of movements, he started from the beginning and did it again, and the true qi of the Yi Jin Jing in his body became more and more full, gathered together, and gradually connected into a strip.
The internal strength in this world is all qi walking at will, and only the Yijin Jing is the qi walking with you.
But also, but all the clever internal strength, each has its own special features, the innate power true qi center in the upper dantian, Yi Jin Jing true qi is not controlled at will, only let the body pull.
Just when the true qi of the Yi Jin Sutra in Yuntian's body was generated, even if the qi and blood were surging, there was no sign of shaking the countless blocked meridians, but at this time, there was a faint unstable momentum, as if it was about to be washed away in the next moment.
And Yuntian has done half of the second action at this time, and the true qi of the Yi Jin Sutra in the body is about to be connected together, what makes people feel strange is that the true qi of the innate gong and the true qi of the Yi Jin Jing have no intrusion into each other, and there are signs of conflict, more like the true qi of the innate gong has been in the empty meridians from the original, but at this time it has sunk into the true qi of the Yi Jin Sutra, and the true qi of the Yi Jin Jing all over the body is regarded as a new meridian, shuttling back and forth in it.
At the last moment, the true qi of the Yijin Sutra suddenly became one.
At this point, change arises in response to stress.
