The lungs are the master of qi, the kidneys are the root of qi, the lungs are the main qi, the kidneys are the main qi, yin and yang intersect, and the breath is harmonious.
The kidney is the innate foundation, the root of life, the true yin and the yuanyang, and the dirt of water and fire.
The five elements of the kidney are water, the place where life begins to originate, echoing with the heart, water and fire.
The kidneys store the essence, the essence should be hidden but not leaked; the kidney is the main life fire, the life fire should be latent and not exposed, the human body originates from the kidney, the growth and development is based on the kidney, and the life activities depend on the kidney.
The kidney is the gathering of the human body*, and the kidney essence is full of energy, so that people have the desire to survive, and only then can they give birth to the seven spirits of joy, anger, sorrow, fear, love, evil, and desire.
The five internal organs are hidden: the heart hides the spirit, the liver hides the soul, the spleen hides the mind, the lungs hide the soul, and the kidney hides the zhi (essence).
Five Tibets: Soul, Spirit, Essence, Qi, and Spirit.

The lungs are hidden, the five lines are gold, the gossip is matched with the dry exchange, and the nine palaces are six or seven.
The kidneys hide the essence (Zhi), the five lines are water, the gossip is matched with the water barrier, and the nine palaces are one.
The life gate of the kidney is the middle palace, and the nine palaces are the fifth.
